Maison moderne avec 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains et salle de lavage attenante, cette maison est située sur un grand terrain privé de 1/4 acre avec un grand parking. Le quartier est un quartier sûr, adapté aux familles, aux personnes à faible trafic, à distance de marche de bons magasins, des restaurants ou tout simplement en profitant du parc à proximité. Il existe également de grandes possibilités de loisirs pour les voyageurs actifs, dont le célèbre vélo convivial du monde (The Loop), ou vous pouvez également vous rendre au tout nouveau centre de remise en forme Orange Theory ou au studio de yoga local. Les deux sont situés à 5 minutes à pied. Si vous êtes un passionné de gastronomie, le tout nouveau restaurant très réputé Culinary Dropout est situé à quelques minutes de marche. Le restaurant-bar Dantes Fire, situé de l'autre côté de la rue, se trouve juste en face du restaurant The Cooking Channel Late Night Eats (seul servir de la nourriture et des boissons jusqu'à 2h du matin)

La superbe maison moderne et haut de gamme du centre de Tucson se trouve à seulement 4,6 km de l'université de l'Arizona et à 14 km d'UMC. Cette maison est entièrement carrelée et d'une propreté spectaculaire. Elle dispose d'une cuisine de luxe avec des comptoirs en granit spacieux et des appareils électroménagers haut de gamme en acier inoxydable. Coin salon avec deux canapés, un pouf pour plus de confort, une télévision à écran plat et une connexion Internet haut débit fiable.

La chambre principale comprend un lit California King tout neuf, des stores assombrissants, une salle de bain privée et un placard pratique avec porte de grange. Cette maison chauffe et refroidit rapidement et silencieusement

The host Eve was outstanding! Attentive to making sure our stay was perfect. I accidentally locked myself out one day and the host arrived within 10 minutes to let me back in. The home was impeccably clean and comfortable. The location was amazing for us and close to all of the places we wanted to explore! Thank you!

My sister and I stayed here for a week while hiking in Saguaro National Forest. What a lovely, spacious house to come home to each day. We were able to prepare most of our meals in the large, well-equipped, up-to-date kitchen. The showers felt fantastic after hiking in both the east and west sides of the national park which we could reach in 45-50 minutes, depending on traffic. The beds were very comfortable. Loved the big bedroom closets with lots of hangers and space to organize our things. There was even a safe. The house was so lovely and looked just like the photos, but even better in person!Eva was a wonderful host. She made check-in and out easy. She emailed us to be sure our needs were met. And she provided a yoga mat when I asked for one after I arrived.Great outdoor spaces in both the front and back yards with shade for relaxing on cooler mornings and evenings. We used the laundry room and supplies on the property, too. This was a great location for us. University of Arizona and its vibrant evening scene was about 15 minutes away. Tucson Botanical Gardens, a top-rated botanical garden in the U.S., was only 5 minutes away. Grocery stores and Target were within 10 minutes. Parking in the large driveway was easy. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Eva, for providing a wonderful place for us to stay on our visit to Tucson.

Very hospitable

Eve is a wonderful host. This property was everything it’s described as. Very clean -nice fenced in backyard. Eve provided everything you would need. It was great to go to a place and know you have stuff if you forgot it. Eve was also available for any questions we had. Thank you Eve for making our vacation relaxing.

Exceptional in virtually every detail!

We had an excellent stay! * Nice established neighborhood and neighbors seemed friendly * Away from busy streets/traffic with room to park and nice entry lighting * Landscaping well maintained with a large backyard that is relatively private * Inside fits the hgtv listing - completely remodeled with attention to detail, clean, and done with great taste. Nice accents that make the house seem, unique, special, and beautiful * Kitchen and baths are well stocked and outfitted with little extras (like nice shampoo) that add even more to the stay. Pots, pans, glasses, etc are also a solid notch above what I had expected. * Wifi worked well * Host was awesome, very helpful, very friendly, with exceptional communication * Comfortable beds We look forward to hopefully coming back!

Nice home with recent updates. We had an issue with the refrigerator but Eve got it solved for us quickly. Kitchen was well appointed except for baking dishes: there weren't any pyrex pans for cooking.

Great stay!

My best friends and I last minute decided we were going to Tucson for Homecoming. This was the most perfect place we could've asked for. Check in was incredibly easy, the place was very clean, 2 spacious bathrooms and bedrooms. The kitchen and living area was very spacious as well. The weather was great and the backyard had so much space for us to spend time outside! I highly recommend this VRBO!

Perfect for a Quick Weekend

We had a great stay! We didn’t spend much time there, as we were out and about with friends most of the time, but the place was extremely clean and it served its purpose well! Not the most space to hang out in, but worked out fine with us and our 2 kids.

Wonderful place to stay

The newly renovated home was the perfect place for us to stay!! Conveniently located just a few miles from the University of Arizona, we found the area to be quiet and easily accessible. The accommodations were wonderful, and Jay and Eve were easy to reach if we needed anything. They even provided extra blankets for the chilly evenings! We loved our time in Tucson!!
