Nicely furnished condo in quiet, cute complex. Upstairs unit about 1400 sq. feet. New bedding and towels. Lots of light. Freshly painted. Sliding patio doors to private balcony with chairs. 3 beds and 2 full bathrooms. Washer/dryer in unit. HDTV with Disney/HBO/Netflix. Full kitchen with dishes, and pots and pans. Parking nearby in complex. Nicely landscaped complex with palm trees. Shared pool. Very convenient central location in Tucson across from Reid Park. 10 minutes to the U of A or downtown. Very close to shopping and dining. Beautiful fountain out front.

Great location behind the Double Tree hotel on Alvernon. Plenty of rooms and beds for everyone, good closet space and air conditioning. Swimming pool felt great. There are some minor maintenance issues the property managers said he'd address. I'd stay here again.

Great property. Quiet and clean!!!

This was a great stay and the rental was clean and very nicely decorated. The interior was amazing and it was very quiet and peaceful. Only drawback is the location, as it is in a location in Tucson that doesn’t feel very safe. Overall a good experience and the interior is much better than I thought considering the neighborhood and exterior impressions.

This property provided the perfect home base and respite for us, as we were in Tucson to visit relatives in poor health. The neighborhood was quiet and close to shopping and restaurants. I especially enjoyed the beautiful landscaping in the complex.

Clean and comfortable condo

The condo was clean and decorated nicely. Plenty of seating, large livingroom and dining area to hang out in with family. Easy to check in and out without having to interact in person like other places I've stayed. Full kitchen was nice when you didnt want to eat out. Great experience

nice clean place close to golf courses

the property was in clean and tidy shape, the bushes needed to be trimmed as they overhung the deck railing. I wish we had a key to the other pool as it had a hot tub which would have been nice after a round of golf. Other than that it was a great place to stay. My friend and I played golf for 7 days and found this property to be with in 30 mins from all the golf courses around. The restaurants and shopping are very close also with in a mile or so.

Excellent Stay!

The apt unit is on the second floor of a two storey building, one of several located within a quiet community near Reid Park. It is spacious, clean, with well thought out practical and comfortable room furnishings. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots and pans (even with the appropriate lids!!) etc. There is a large side balcony with a nice South facing view. It really was the perfect place for our relaxing two week stay in Tucson.

Quiet Place in the Middle of It All

Love our stay at Casa 224! Close in and convenient to everything yet quiet. The central location made getting to everything - from downtown to hiking at Saguaro National Park and Catalina State Park - a breeze. Well-maintained condo with a small washer/dyer combo in the unit and larger laundry facilities onsite. The fountain nearby provided peaceful white noise and a nice ambience. There was a small issue with the smoke alarm and the owner was responsive and attentive. He even met us at the unit to give a personal tour of the complex and amenities, which was an appreciated touch. We'd definitely stay here again!

Spacious condo

The condo is exactly as described and just like the photos posted. It was the perfect condo for my husband's extended stay due to work and had plenty of room for the rest of the family to visit with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The condo itself is very spacious, clean and quiet. It was great to have a full size kitchen to cook food so we didn’t have to eat out all the time. There is also a small washer and dryer which was a bonus. There is a pool at the property, just wish it was heated. The location was great and felt very safe; easy to get to various amenities like restaurants, shops and grocery stores. The is also a park across the Main Street for a nice stroll around. David was great to communicate with and answered all our questions in a timely manner. He even bought a rice cooker to use for our stay as my husband is gluten intolerant. Great stay and would recommend to anyone staying in Tucson.

Tucson stay

The property was very clean, well furnished and in a great central Tucson location. Dave, the owner, was very responsive and the setup and check in process was good. I will definitely stay at this property again if I go back to Tucson.

Great location and space!

We were in town for spring break and the location and space was great for our party of 6. The deck and breeze was amazing! Close to so many great spots. Pool was only us, and although a tad chilly, really refreshing.

Central location

I would recommend this place the central location was very convenient, we stayed here while visiting the desert museum. Like another reviewer commented the blossom smell outside was wonderful. Also try barrio bread , the line moves quickly.

Desert oasis

Our stay exceeded our expectations. We are often on the road for a month at a time and have stayed at many vacation homes. This was well stocked. Great location. And the balcony was heavenly and smelled of orange blossoms. Would recommend and would stay again.

Our family lived in this cute condo for over a year and loved it. Quiet and charming. Nice neighbors. Great central location. The condo itself is nice and private even with the sliding doors wide open.

This condo complex has a charming mid-century flair. The Tiki fountain is just outside the front door and provides a nice sound.
