Ce condo de luxe a toutes les commodités que vous désirez, y compris un décor relaxant, des sols en travertin, une cuisine en granit, un lave-linge / sèche-linge et une immense terrasse donnant sur les piscines, la mer de Cortez et la magnifique plage de Costa Azul. Vues spectaculaires sur l'océan depuis le salon et les deux chambres avec portes vitrées s'ouvrant sur la terrasse. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et le condo a trois belles piscines et un bain à remous, un centre de fitness et un parking avec gardien.

La chambre principale a un lit king size et salle de bain privée; chambre a deux lits doubles et salle de bain.

Grands restaurants et bars et un Starbucks sont accessibles à pied. El Zalate est situé à seulement 10 minutes en voiture du centre-ville de San Jose del Cabo et à environ 25 minutes de Cabo San Lucas. Proche du golf et des restaurants. Le One & Only Pamilla est à seulement 10 minutes et le Cabo Surf Hotel avec sa crique de surf est accessible à pied le long de la plage (environ 20 minutes à pied).

Beachside getaway, awesome pool!

Clean, easy to check in, friendly staff, apartment as pictured. We love that it had laundry! Also appreciated the pool toys and beach chairs! We will be back!

AMAZING vacay spot!

The listing in VRBO sounded so amazing but it cannot compare to the actual condo. It suited our needs perfectly, and then some. We literally needed no help checking in, finding our way to the condo or amenities. The location could not be better, right on the beach but still has beautiful pools and grounds. The property management and security were so nice and helpful. We will be back!

A delight!

Our holiday here was so restorative and relaxing. El Zalaté 's grounds, lovely, immaculate and secure, create the feeling of an enclosed garden--a world away from the highway between San Lucas and San José. Leigh gets top marks as a responsive, help- full owner. Everything in her condo is well-cared for. The beds are really comfortable. We ate all our meals and spent most of our time on the spacious veranda with its extraordinary view. No hesitations about booking again!

Amazing Stay

Great property, amazing view, good location and the apartment is fully stocked. This is the second time we have stayed at El Zalate and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The grounds and pool are very well kept and staff is very friendly.

Comfortable, easy, beautiful!

We loved everything about our stay here. Leigh sent us all the info we needed to feel prepared before arriving and checked in with us on our first day to make sure we had everything. The villa is clean, comfortable, has everything you need, and is decorated so cute. We spent a lot of time on the patio looking at the ocean (and whales!), and also frequented the pool or walked out to the ocean (beach chairs and umbrella provided!) Everyone was so friendly, guests and employees alike, and on-site 24 hour security was a welcome plus. All in all I can’t recommend this place enough and highly recommend others book it if they can!

Wonderful Week in Paradise

Just got back from a wonderful week in San Jose Del Cabo. I gave this VRBO a 5* rating and have already booked again for next year. Can't wait to get back. Pro: -Condo is very clean and cozy -Nearby amenities(restaurant, Starbucks, grocery, bank) are within walking distance or short cab ride. We recommend eating at Sardina Cantina which is steps away from the condo. -Very quiet property -Patio is in the shade the entire day which is a great escape from the sun. Con: -One thing to pass along to future vacationers to keep in mind, this is a private condo complex and comes with it's own set of rules. One rule, which we found out really quickly is, the pool and hot tub have age restrictions. Security guards either watch the pool for violators or condo residents will call to alert them of rule breakers. While the pictures show 2, very nice pools, only one of them is designated for children under 15. Not a big issues but something to know before going. Recommendations: -Go to Cabo Transfers online and reserve a private pickup from the airport. Very easy and the service is safe and within budget. -When exiting customs, you go through sliding doors and into the lions den of time share salesman. DO NOT SPEAK TO THEM. Walk directly ahead through the next set of doors and repeat the process in the next room (more timeshare salesman). Once you exit the second room, you will proceed outside and across to the covered area where a representative from Cabo Transfers will be waiting for you. Follow these instructions and you'll be just fine. Enjoy!

Fabulous condo on beach

We wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed staying at your condo at El Zalate. It was very well stocked and we spent countless hours out on the spacious deck. The views of the ocean, beach, pools and landscaping were beautiful, and the sunrises and sunsets were absolutely amazing! In addition, we loved being able to walk right out to the beach. Watching the sea turtle hatchlings right in front of condo making their trek to the ocean was exciting, seeing the flying rays was thrilling, and hearing the waves crash onto the shore was "music to our ears". It was also nice to be able to walk to the nearby restaurants. Thank you so much for your part in our wonderful San Jose del Cabo vacation.

Excellent beachfront home away from home

We had a great time! We Have stayed in San Jose Del Cabo many times. This is one of our best stays at the top of the list. Great pool area. Nice big patio overlooking the ocean. The staff is very helpful, and everything is top notch.

We were extremely pleased with El Zalate and with James and the staff.

Renting thru VRBO was easy and El Zalate is a great place. Awesome views and a great staff. James is the best. He insures all your needs are meet and has great tips for things to do and places to eat. We didn't want to leave.

Very nice complex on the beach

The condo was comfortable and clean. Property management team were very responsive and quick. Security staff very friendly and do their jobs well. Location is great. Can walk anywhere if you so choose. Short driving distance to several good quality golf courses, as well as restaurants. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, our favorite thing (the art walk) wasn't happening. All restaurants, services, groceries were very diligent with masking, social distancing, and hand sanitizing..Very reassuring.

Loved everything about this condo & complex

Leigh was great to work with - great location - had the amenities that we wanted - very relaxing & quiet. Only minor issues - the master bed wasn’t the most comfortable & master shower had low pressure & doesn’t get very hot, but loved everything else about it. Would definitely come back!

We bought this as a future retirement home. We love Cabo and try to spend as much time there as possible! With Internet access we are able to work from there, but when we are not using it, we want to be able to share it. We visit regularly to make sure the condo is kept clean, modern & comfortable for us and our guests. We would love for you to be able to visit and see why we have fallen inlove with Cabo!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

El Zalate is a quieter, private community, with every unit overlooking the beach. We are also close to everything! We love that there are many restaurants we can walk to, including a Starbucks! We are close to downtown San Jose and can easily take a trip up to San Lucas for the day or just for dinner. We feel very safe here and love the views!
