We had a wonderful stay. The unit is very nice and fully equipped! Great location on a terrific beach and a gorgeous pool. Everything is very well maintained…and our hosts were incredibly thoughtful and responsive!

It was a lovely accommodation but unfortunately on the 2nd day the elevator to the property broke down and stayed inoperable for our remaining 5 days there. Climbing stairs up to the 4th floor got old fast, especially in 95 degree heat. We did get a 50 refund from the property owner for our trouble.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused by the elevator being out of service. Unfortunately, an area-wide power surge affected the elevator, which was completely beyond my control. I’m glad you enjoyed the condo and hopefully you will not let this one off keeping you from coming back to visit.

Beautiful condo right on the beach with fantastic ocean views from two balconies, living room and kitchen. Great location in San Jose with easy access to all that San Jose has to offer. Belen was an amazing host who handled all our minor issues quickly and personally. We’ve booked again for next year and can’t wait to go back!

We just came home after 2 weeks at this fantastic property. Everything about this place is top shelf..from the views, to the property amenities, to the overall comfort of the condo, to the beach access, and to the responsive hosts. Belen’s condo was immaculate! The decor was very tasteful. It was really nice to have a W/D in the unit as well. The location was perfect for us to be able to check the surf spots, and they were so close! The grounds were beautiful, and staff was very friendly. The on site gym was terrific, all you needed, and hardly anyone there. I mostly had it to myself. It felt super safe, security was making their rounds on the property 24/7. Pools were beautiful. It is a quiet family spot. We absolutely loved it and are already making plans to return!
