Spectaculaire condo de luxe sur la plage flambant neuf à la fin de 2007. Ce n'est pas votre condo 'boxy' moyen. Les finitions haut de gamme comprennent des armoires en aulne personnalisées, de la pierre naturelle et du granit, de la quincaillerie en nickel brossé, un éclairage encastré sur les variateurs de lumière, des portes intérieures en aulne, des placards en bois à obturateurs de plantation et tous les appareils en acier inoxydable. Le salon est spacieux avec une énorme lumière émanant des énormes glissières en verre qui disparaissent dans le mur, faisant du balcon de 600 pieds carrés un avec le salon! L'îlot central est le point central de la magnifique cuisine entièrement équipée.

La chambre principale et la deuxième chambre ont toutes les vues sur la mer avec des portes en verre qui mènent directement au balcon en bord de mer Le maître a un lit king-size et sa propre salle de bain avec baignoire surdimensionnée. Les volets de la plantation s'ouvrent dans la chambre et laissent place à la magnifique vue sur la mer de Cortez. La deuxième chambre a 2 lits queen et sa propre salle de bain aussi. Un canapé-lit queen dans le salon pourra accueillir deux personnes confortablement.

El Zalate Beachfront Resort est aménagé de manière tropicale et se trouve à quelques minutes de San Jose Del Cabo et à quelques minutes de route de l'aéroport. Le complexe dispose d'un spa et de 2 belles piscines - une avec entrée à la plage (idéale pour les enfants) et une autre piscine à débordement. Vous aurez également accès à un centre de remise en forme sur place. Le centre de vente au détail adjacent à la propriété comprend un café, un dépanneur et un centre médical ouvert 24h / 24. Le géant "Mega" supermarché est à seulement 800 mètres. Plusieurs restaurants sont accessibles à pied. Vous pourrez écouter de la musique en direct et dîner sur le sable à l'hôtel Coral Baja situé à côté.

Les clients ont un accès complet au Vidanta Golf and Tennis Club, y compris à leur centre de remise en forme et à leurs cours.

Clare was such a good communicator and had a ton of suggestions regarding good restaurants, etc. The condo was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped for any kind of meal you wanted to prepare. The grounds are immaculate and all the residents were very pleasant. A great vacation!

We were 3 ladies traveling together and really enjoyed our stay in the condo. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The guest bedroom with 2 queen beds is a bit tight for luggage space, but that was easily solved by utilizing the seating area near the condo entrance for one of our suitcases. Clare and Mauricio were very helpful with a few minor issues that were easily resolved. We had massages done right on the balcony. Clare had provided us with their contact information and they even gave us a 25% discount since Clare had referred us! The view was amazing and pool area was great. Highly recommend this condo.

We’ve just returned and had an amazing trip. The condo is perfect. The deck is angled in such a way that you never have direct sunlight streaming in through the front windows, and you can sit in sun or shade. Sitting out on the deck was the best thing ever! There were also 3 different pools to use, plus a hot tub. There were lots of places to sit around the pool and lots of umbrellas and shelters for shade. Walking down the beach was a real treat and seeing the whales in the distance was a real wow factor. The beds were really comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment you would need, and there were several different seating areas for everyone to either gather or have their own space. The property manager was responsive and very helpful, the guards at the gate were friendly and helpful, and having an Oxxo at the corner was super convenient. The closest restaurant (Sardina Cantina.) was the best restaurant we visited all week - cash only but so worth it. We highly recommend this condo for anyone visiting the area!

What an amazing stay at Clares! The views alone made the trip special. The condo itself was well equipped and very homey, we had everything we needed from plenty of towels and blankets to cookware and beach supplies!

Relax on the Beach

Nice spacious unit with a large terrace balcony. Overlooks the two pools and long wide sandy beach. Direct access and a fun restaurant right next door. Close to downtown San Jose!

Week in San Jose del Cabo

Vactioned with our 2 college-aged kids. The property was spacious and clean just as advertised. We loved the large rear patio and the view! The location is convienient to San Jose del Cabo as well as Los Cabos.

Relaxing stay

This condo has a fantastic location, you can to the beach, breakfast, dinner or a fun time at a sports bar. The pool area is good and the views are beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! The cable was fantastic and we were able to watch our local football, basketball and baseball teams!

Great property in a terrific location

We really enjoyed our stay in Clare's condo at El Zalate. This condo's location is well suited to enjoy both Cabo San Lucas and San Jose and is importantly, a very quiet location. Its a great property for families as it is steps away from the beach and there are multiple pool options (two pools and a hot tub). We would certainly stay here again on our next trip to Baja.

Perfect getaway!

The condo was perfect for two couples. Lots of space to relax and enjoy our vacation. The property is incredible...beautiful gardens, lots of pool space and easy access to the beach. Restaurants and grocery stores all walking distance from this lovely property. We would love to come back!

Great vacation rental

Condo was extremely well kept, owner responded to any and all inquires. Walking distance to many stores, local restaurants, and pool, with small children this was a plus. Other residents at the property are welcoming and friendly. Cant wait to return soon enough.

After a long career in the investment business, I shifted gears to the hospitality business, which gives me the opportunity to interact with people from all over the world and the flexibility to travel.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We fell in love with the fabulous beachfront location at El Zalate. We bought our condo before the last phase was built in 2007. We stayed at El Zalate on 2 occasions and just loved falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves. The resort was very kid friendly with the beach entry pool and we loved being just steps to the sand. The resort was never too crowded but yet we could go next door to Coral Baja if we wanted something a little more lively. The plans for the new phase were very impressive with really luxury finishes and we particulary loved the pocket doors off every room which disappear into the wall so the terrace and the interior become one. We were not disappointed with the result, only that we cannot get there as much as we would like due to work and school constraints.
