The house was in a very convenient location to the places I needed to visit over the weekend. It was an easy on and easy off the freeway, and the neighborhood was relatively quiet. I appreciated how clean the house is. The warm toilet seat was an unexpected luxury, and I was very comfortable.

Perfect for what we needed... far enough away from the hullabaloo of the game and Short North, but close enough to get there within 15 minutes, except on game day- to be expected... nice amenities and everything that we needed was there, even snacks :)

Amazing stay in Columbus

This house was so cute! We had such a nice stay. The location to downtown Columbus was perfect about a 10 minute drive. We were able to check in early for our stay and we didn’t even ask. The house was clean and the rooms were perfect for the two of us. The bidet was an added plus for my friend. She absolutely loved it! The kitchen had basic tools to cook but they were enough for basic meals. 100% would stay here again if we were going to Columbus!

Perfect for us in every way!

Katie's House was exactly what we needed. The home itself is cozy and welcoming, and the bed is super comfy! The private backyard features a pollinator garden, and has chairs and a hammock for relaxing. The house's location was in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood, but also has easy access to the highway. Katie was very attentive with communication and made sure we had all we needed. The house not only provided games and books, but a guide to local restaurants and small businesses that are unique to the area. This is definitely a place we will be recommending to friends and family!

Great location

Wonderful, quiet neighborhood. Most seemed to be young professionals. This was a great location -close to the fairgrounds where we were working. Definitely would stay here again!

Quick wedding trip

It was great to have a nice, clean house for our homebase while we jumped from venue to venue for the wedding this weekend. Beds were comfy, the cute house was extra clean and easy to find. It was the perfect location for us, almost equidistant from the three wedding venues. Katie was the perfect hostess, quick replies to questions and willing to help. We would return in a skinny minute without hesitation. Thanks so much!

Great house in a great neighborhood

We had a great stay over Christmas. The house has everything you need and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. Close to all the good things in Columbus. This is our new place to stay in Columbus. Katie was great to work with.

Cute bungalow in Clintonville/north campus

We stayed here with two other friends for two concerts at Summit Music Hall. You’re only 2 miles away, so getting an Uber/Lyft was super quick and easy. You’re close to great restaurants, two food trucks, bars, shops, coffee and Yellow Springs Brewery. Neighbors were friendly. The street is quiet and safe. The house is historic with charm, warm, inviting and nicely decorated. It’s great to have a driveway to park in.

Convenient and comfortable

Owner was very accommodating to any requests we had. House is perfectly situated and stocked with everything that is needed. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of linens are provided. Appreciated all of the extras- coffee, creamer etc. we will definitely rent again when we have family in town.
