Magnifique condo au rez-de-chaussée face à l'océan à Cap Canaveral sur une plage privée.

Ce condo est situé au rez-de-chaussée des Royal Mansions à Cap Canaveral. Moins d'un mile à Port Canaveral et moins de 2 à Cocoa Beach Pier.
Profitez de la journée sur la plage privée sous le soleil de Floride en sortant juste votre porte tous les matins.

Cet incroyable condo d'une chambre mis à jour peut accueillir 6 personnes avec un murphy dans le salon et un canapé-lit dans la chambre bonus. La salle de bain a été mise à jour avec une belle douche à l'italienne et un lavabo a été ajouté dans la salle de bain pour permettre à quelqu'un de se préparer dans la salle de bain tandis que quelqu'un peut se préparer pour la belle journée ensoleillée dans la vanité qui contient également un lavabo et un grand comptoir de vanité.
Cuisine pleine grandeur avec un bar assis pour 2 et une salle Ă  manger pour 4.
Un patio spacieux pour s'asseoir et profiter des sons des vagues pendant que vous savourez un café ou votre boisson du soir.

The location and proximity to the beach was amazing. I loved waking up every morning and walking across the boardwalk to the beach and watching the sunrise. We walked every night after the sunset finding sea shells, jellyfish, crabs, star fish. Our family came over from Titusville and enjoyed the beach with us.It was a much needed relaxing Christmas vacation.Check out Salty Gator e-bike rentals too. We had an amazing ride on the beach.

It was very nice but my only issue was the non stop construction going on in the unit above all day long. But I went out a lot while I was there. And the room had everything we needed

This condo is in a great location and it was convenient to do everything we wanted. The condo is equipped with with what you need and the the bedfelt like the one we have at home. We enjoyed walking the beach and got to see a rocket launch. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location

Private beach. Watch launches from the beach. Condo has everything you need. Cooler for beach, chairs, sand toys. Games and books to read. Host was super nice and easy to contact. If we go back next year we will definitely stay here if it is available.

Beach front

This is a great property on the beach. Ground floor was perfect for us (60) with no stairs. The communication with Wendy was excellent. The property was clean with extras such as a cooler for the beach and plenty of hooks in bathroom/bedroom and a laundry basket. The queen bed was very comfortable and so was the Murphy bed in the living room (my husband snores so was a great addition to the stay). We were a little challenged getting the TV remote working but we finally figured it out. The full kitchen allowed us to just walk in off the beach and eat breakfast/lunch. Great stay and will definitely book this again when we are in the area.

Great stay

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend and enjoyed this condo so much. It's in a safe and convenient location. It is cozy but has plenty of room to sleep 4 or 5 people.

Go For Vacation!

My wife and I had a great time at this property. The size was perfect for the two of us for the week that we were here.The location worked out great as a home base for visiting the theme parks in Orlando, visiting the Space Center, as well as catching multiple night launches in the time we were here The pool and beach access were great and let us enjoy a mix of activities and just plain relaxing.Wendy was a joy to work with throughout the process. Would definitely come back again in the future.

Quiet & spacious

We found the condo as described. It was clean and had many items included to make our stay comfortable. Access directions were easy to follow. We had no problems getting into the complex, the condo, or getting around the grounds.The area was very quiet. It is completely a residential area, both inland and on the beach. The Cocoa Beach pier, with nearby restaurants and shopping, is about an hour’s walk down the beach.I should note that some of the keypads to access the walkways to and from the beach are getting worn, making it difficult to read the buttons. Otherwise, the complex and grounds we clean and in good working order.

Great for us!

Perfect for my family of three. Our 17 year old son was able to rent a rod minutes away and just walk out to the beach to fish. Love how quiet a safe we felt.

Amazing!

Everything was just as advertised! My wife is super picky and she lives the coziness of the condo with its proximity to the beach. The host was easy to work with and responded promptly. We stayed here as a go between before leaving in a cruise and the port access was amazing as well! Great condo, great neighborhood, loved the place and we plan on staying there again!

Since owning the condo I have loved the area so much I left PA and I moved to Cape Canaveral and still use the condo to visit the beach whenever I do not have renters.

I decided that my daughters and I would love this as a family vacation home. I decided to open it up to rental when we are not there to supplement the cost of our vacations allowing us to use our own condo more.

I believe the location being right on the beach makes my vacation home one of the most desirable places to visit. If you decided to visit and you love the quiet beach life you will definitely find it be unique.
