Stay in Cocoa beach was great and Amanda was very helpful. I would recommend them for anyone wanting a condo in Cocoa beach to go through them

5 Stars - Perfect vacation spot

Everything about this condo was perfect. It had everything we needed and then some! The balcony has the best view of the morning sunrises! We were also lucky enough to watch a Space X launch right from our balcony! We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our break.

Excellent space!

Condo was exactly as pictured and described. Master bedroom was bigger than expected and the walk in closet was a bonus. Plenty of drawer space in both bedrooms. Balcony is spacious and the view is gorgeous! The pool was clean and not too crowded. There’s a kitchenette poolside with indoor seating. Definitely recommend this property!

Perfect!

This unit was perfect! It had everything we needed for our week stay. It was spacious and super cute! The balcony was big and had several seating. My son loved the basketball court and my daughter spent most of her time in the pool. It was perfect distance to the beach.

Great place

This property, overall, was great. At first we were a little disappointed as the pictures in the listing portrayed the property as a bit more posh than in was in real life, but it was still comfortable. The master bath shower was clogged but they fixed it almost immediately. Really our only complaint is that there were not enough towels and there were no sheets for the pullout couch. Otherwise, it was a great stay and we would consider staying again, should we find ourselves vacationing in Cape Canaveral.

Place was good but lacking some amenities

The condo had a lot of good amenities. The beds were comfortable and the large porch with the ocean view was great. It was also nice to have that view from the master bedroom. The refrigerator was spacious and it was convenient to have a washer and dryer in the unit. We loved the hot tub, heated pool, and pickle ball courts. We do have a few suggestions of things that could have been better. - kitchen supplies - a pancake turner/spatula would have been helpful, the bowls and plates were not microwaveable, the frying pans have lost their nonstick coating and even with spray food stuck to them. - It would have been nice to have a smart TV to log into our streaming services or a streaming device. The DVD player did not have a remote, so we couldn’t tell if it was smart or not. - the bed frames/headboards in the twin room were squeaky, so probably need to be tightened- there’s a safety issue with the dryer because it won’t stop when you open it - it continues to run. Additionally it would’ve been nice to be disable the buzzer (EXTREMELY LOUD) on the dryer - the exhaust fan in the master bath is installed backwards, so it sucks air in instead of exhausting it out- hanging blinds in master bedroom are hard to open and close.- things that were missing when we got there: second key to pool, measuring cups/spoons, a fourth dining room chair, remote for dvd, any detergent for the dishwasher. If these things are supplied it would move from ok to good!
