Joliment aménagées -Notre maison de plage à trois niveaux est dans un beau complexe de style des Caraïbes sur 700 pi. De plage privée Space Coast.
Conception au niveau -Tri offre espace et d'intimité. L'entrée est de niveau 1, l'espace de vie et les chambres sont sur les niveaux 2 et 3.
-La Promenade à la plage est juste à l'extérieur de l'entrée du condo. Soyez sur la plage en 2 minutes!
-Chaque Des suites de 2 chambres ont salles de bains et un grand placard et un espace de stockage.
Plafond et lucarnes -Vaulted créer un concept ouvert salon / salle à manger lumineuse.
Sofa-lit -A dans le salon fournit des lits supplémentaires.
-Cuisine Équipée avec bar est parfait pour les repas en.
-Sliding Portes à la fois dans le salon et la chambre à coucher principale de-chaussée donnent accès au balcon.
-Balcon A une table haute-haut et des chaises qui sont parfaits pour profiter de la vue imprenable sur l'océan et les levers de soleil magnifiques.

The location at Royal Mansions is right on the beach, with balconies to enjoy the ocean breezes. It is located near many restaurants and bars, but down away in a quiet section of cape canaveral. The property is well appointed with a dishwasher, beach chairs, beach toys, and an in-unit washer/dryer stack unit. I stayed for three weeks and have nothing to suggest for improvement. Five stars all around.

We loved the well-stocked getaway. The balcony offered a great view of the ocean. The place felt very inviting with positive surroundings. The only negative, as we are older, is there are stairs to climb to the condominium.

Beach access is easy and direct - perfect. Pool was okay, nothing special. Unit itself was the cleanness we ever were in, fantastic. Also, view of the ocean from the balcony was absolutely sensational. Only drawback, if you want to call it that, was the steps. There are a lot of steps but for us they did not present a problem.

This is by far our favorite location and room to stay in when we visit the Cocoa/Canaveral area. The location is perfect, and the condo has everything you need! Sandy is an excellent host and makes the process very easy! We can't wait to return every year!

Great location

This place was a perfect location to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. There are a lot of stairs, so be forewarned if you don’t like a lot of stairs.

The condo was beautiful! It’s right on the beach, and the beach was not crowded at all. Love that everything is gated, and is very close to shopping and food. Can’t wait to stay again!

This place was so wonderful I extended my trip! It is very well supplied, and the location can’t be beat. The neighborhood is quiet and very well kept. It is a great spot for families, a couple, or even a single traveler. I will be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was exactly as described—clean, well decorated, comfortable, and truly had a beach feel. It was well stocked with beach chairs, a tent, boogie boards, a Frisbee, and toys for younger children.The balcony is spacious with a great beach view. One of the highlights of our trip was watching a 5 a.m. rocket launch right from the balcony—an unforgettable experience!The walk to the beach is easy, parking is convenient, and the gated property is a nice bonus. The beach was quiet and never felt crowded.There’s plenty to do nearby. Ron Jon Surf Shop, Golf N Gator (mini golf, go-karts, and arcade), escape rooms, Kennedy Space Center, and Orlando are all within easy reach. We chose to spend most of our time enjoying the beach.We also loved the local restaurants. Gators at Port Canaveral was our favorite for watching the ships go by, and Coconuts on the Beach has beautiful ocean views.Sandy was a fantastic host and very responsive. She even provides a helpful guide with local restaurants and attractions, making it easy to plan your stay. Our kids loved the pool, and we’d happily stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay

Property was just as listed. Beautiful, clean, and we’ll maintained. Everything updated. Plenty of included toys, games, movies, books - but since we had great weather we spent most of the time at the beach. Beach was quiet, beautiful, clean and never crowded. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful place!

The condo, the location of the complex and the equipement were perfect! Sandy is a wonderful host and the communication were perfect. The appartement is fabulous, perfectly equipped for the kitchen, the towels and the beach accessories. Many little details were thought by Sandy to make the trip perfect! We would come back without any hesitation!

Incredible

Condo was clean, incredibly well stocked and very welcoming! From beach chairs and toys, zip lock bags, paper towel, to plenty of bath towels, beach towels and more, we loved that Sandy thought of everything we might need! Sandy was excellent with communication and so helpful. If we are back in the Area we will be staying here again. We can’t recommend it enough!

Quiet and convenient location, beautiful views, and a great host!

This location was absolutely perfect - we loved the quiet beach, the views from the balcony, and the convenience to all the things in the area we wanted to do. The condo worked so well for our family of 5. I loved that we could spread out and the kids could have their own space and watch tv in their own room. We loved how well equipped it was for the beach with chairs and umbrellas and toys. That made packing so much easier! Sandy was also an exceptional host, as she made sure we had all that we needed and answered our questions about the area. If you are traveling to Cape Canaveral I don’t think you can find a better place to stay than this!

Love this Place!

The condo was exactly as pictured. What the pictures didn't show was all the extras provided by the host in the unit and her kindness and helpfulness. Beach chairs, sand toys, beach umbrella, pack n play, mini high chair, spices, staples, trash bags, soap, and so much more. Sandy couldn't have been more helpful or easy to work with. This is a great location on the beach. Quiet part of the beach not crowded but so close to Cocoa Beach, Port Canaveral and great restaurants and shopping. Will definitely be staying here again.!

5 Stars – Perfect Beach Getaway with Rocket Views!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Cape Canaveral VRBO! The accommodations were fantastic—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, which made it easy to feel right at home from the moment we walked in.One of the highlights of our trip was watching several rocket launches right from the property—such an unforgettable experience! The beach was just steps away and perfect for long, peaceful walks. We even found several sand dollars in the early mornings, which was such a special treat.The area felt extremely safe and quiet, tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but still just a short drive or bike ride to local restaurants, shops, and Cocoa Beach attractions. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience.If you're looking for a clean, cozy, and peaceful place to unwind with the bonus of a front-row seat to space launches, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!

We are a family who loves sun and sand! In 1994, my family vacationed here and fell in love with the condo and the space coast. Years later we were fortunate enough to be able to make this amazing beach house our own. Whenever possible, we travel from our upstate New York home (sometimes really cold but always beautiful!) to enjoy the sun and the beach. Over time we have made the condo a comfortable and inviting place to be.
We invite you to experience Sandy's Beach for yourself. Bring the kids, family and friends and explore this exciting and beautiful Florida coast.

We can't imagine a place that offers so much to do and see. Even though you really don't have to leave Sandy's Beach to have a memorable vacation, there is so much to experience within a short distance. Plan some time at Disney, visit The Kennedy Space Center, enjoy the giraffes (and lots of other animals, too) at the Brevard Zoo, shop Ron Jon's Surf Shop, and enjoy the many waterfront restaurants at Port Canaveral. You can even make the condo your home before or after a vacation cruise from Port Canaveral which is home port to 3 large cruise lines. After 20 years of travel to the Space Coast, we still have much to see!

The view from the balcony is enough to make anyone want to stay. Coffee on the balcony as I watch the sunrise is my favorite part of my days at Sandy's Beach. It's all here...beautiful and homey accommodations, a stunning view, lovely, well-maintained grounds, an amazing beach that is right outside your door, pool and hot tub, and a constant parade of ships and sea life to watch everyday.
