Escapade moderne Ă  la retraite Ă  Austin - une maison exquise!

Maison exquise pour une retraite privée, des conférences d'entreprise haut de gamme ou une escapade tranquille en ville, mais se sent à la campagne.

Avec un grand espace de vie ouvert et aéré, les clients ont amplement d'espace pour se détendre ou se connecter. Cette maison spectaculaire est située sur cinq hectares avec piscine et peut accueillir confortablement six personnes. La luxueuse suite principale dispose d'une salle de bains de type spa. Les deux autres chambres, une reine et une avec deux lits jumeaux, sont somptueuses et confortables. La quatriÚme chambre est un bureau avec un canapé-lit.

Nous sommes heureux de vous aider à rendre votre séjour confortable avec autant de luxes que vous souhaitez ajouter à votre séjour. Nous sommes également heureux de vous permettre d'en faire votre refuge privé.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is huge the pictures don’t show the outside of the property the lay out was phenomenal and private. Celebrate my husband 50th birthday with family and friends. We had dinner outside by the pool beautiful view. All my guest loved the house. I have rented multiple house on both platforms in different city and states and this one is at the top of my list. The house is a 3 bedroom but with the office room it can turn into a 4th bedroom.. We will be definitely booking here again. Also I forgot to mention there are grocery stores and convenience stores in the area just in case you need anything

Overall, the property is great. The house is so nice with lots of space, and a great kitchen! The pool area was nice and large enough for our group. We initially chose this property for the outdoor amenities (outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen by the pool)...unfortunately some things were not available during our stay. Still a nice property.

A perfect family Texas holiday

Our family thrived in this expansive modern home in an expansive country setting. Indoors included soaring wood ceilings in an open floor plan. With plenty of light and contemporary architecture. Outdoors provided a pool oasis and acres of trees and grass for children to play. (We had a memorable Easter egg hunt in this pastoral setting) we will never forget this perfect setting for our first family trip to Austin.

Beautiful home but things outdoor not as listed.

Beautiful house but disappointed that some things were not as listed. No outdoor shower, no koi pond, grounds run down. No functioning outdoor kitchen. No access to pool house.

This property has it all! Loads of the latest gadgets and very modern. Very convenient location near shopping, dining, tollway. The pool was so refreshing! Definitely recommend!

Peaceful and Relaxing

I love this property. I've stayed here twice and I have another booking in a few weeks. I feel so peaceful when I drive onto the property. My kids love the pool too, which is a big plus.

Great Family Getaway Spot

This place is a great alternative to the typical extended stay hotel. It was great to have all the extra room and home amenities. We enjoyed exploring the property and taking advantage of the outdoor spaces.

Fabulous staycation

The property and house were beautiful, everything was clean, neat and tidy. The property manager is stupendous, I was so grateful for her, she answered any of my questions at a timely manner.10/10, I would stay there again.

The modern home is beautiful and sitting on 3.5 acres of land! I can see why it’s a great place to throw parties with all the space. The host was very communicative and thoughtful: she asked how many guests we had so she could stock us up with water bottles. The master bedroom had two walk in closets (yay!) and a fantastic tub. I wish the pool were heated and at night it was quite noisy with all the traffic (the house is on the busy part of the street) but I understand you can’t have it all. The WiFi for the TV cut in and out so sometimes the TV did not turn on. I did notice a lot of spiders/bugs by the garage inside the house but maybe that’s a Texas thing.

Spacious and Comfortable Private Retreat

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was great and really enjoyed being able to stretch our legs throughout the 5 acres. The house was beautiful inside and out. We would definitely stay there again.

Great experience

This house was everything and more! The house was very clean, open space, and simply beautiful inside! The kitchen was awesome we had a personal chef one night and it had everything we needed and the stove worked properly (a review said it had a mind of its own-false) the restrooms had more than enough clean towels to use; I would suggest to bring your own pool towels, a review mention there was no lights out by the pool which was also false we had a bachelorette party of 7 and at night we would hand by the pool and listen to music and there was plenty of lights around the pool to hang out and walk back and fourth from the main house, the property even had deer walking around it at night; so cool! The owner was very responsive and gave us clear instructions how to get in the property and was just a call away for any questions we had. Great stay! Beautiful house! Clean and sanitized! We will be back!

Relaxing - enjoyed our vacation

Pros - Overall great house with pool. The outdoor space was relaxing. Cons- The stove worked with a mind of its own, sometimes it did, sometimes it didn’t. The microwave rotating plate is broken so the food never properly heated as it does not spin. Plan to wash towels repeatedly as there is very minimal in every bathroom. No extra blankets or pillows in any of the bedroom closets. The TV randomly stopped working due to a breaker that tripped. However, the owner was reachable to assist with instructions. The pool was great to hang out at night, but there are no outdoor lights near it so it is very dark. There are outdoor lights around the house and away from the pool.

Okay stay

I wish I would have known the property was functioned on well water. That was a bit shocking because I did not know before I booked. My child's skin is sensitive and started having a skin reaction to the water so that would have been nice to know beforehand. Also, the air conditioner in the master bedroom and master bathroom seems to be not working. The master bedroom gets stuffy and there is no air flow in the room and bathroom. We told the property manager and they had someone look at it while we were there but it did not fix the issue. Communication was not as prompt but eventually got a response within a day when we were staying there. Overall, we enjoyed the open living area and kitchen of the house and having our own private pool.

Escaped from it all

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was amazing to cook in. The pool was clean and refreshing - we swam at least two times every day. There is a covered area by the pool. The property is very private, but close to shopping, etc. The property manager responded immediately to my question. We really enjoyed our get-away and will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Quarantine Getaway

It's hard to find public pools due to the pandemic, but when you want to just get away from civilization and chill by a private pool all day and then stay in a beautiful home at night, I highly recommend this place.
