The condo was clean and the view from the balcony was amazing. The condo had everything we needed. The only downside was the sofas in the living room were very uncomfortable and really quite worn. This condo would be absolutely perfect if they could update the seating.

This place looked nothing like it did in the pictures it was dirty smelled bad and was Old. We voiced our concerns to the property manager, and they did nothing but come in there and spray something so that it didn’t smell. It actually had mildew and the condo. This was the most rundown place I’ve ever stayed in and I stay there a lot.

Overall a very good stay. Fantastic view. Condo is a little outdated but had all the essentials. I was disappointed to find the dryer was posted with an out of order sign. This was not communicated ahead of time. We enjoyed the sturdy table on the balcony but the chairs were hard and uncomfortable. The pull out couch matress is also in need for an upgrade. We love Orange Beach and the Phoenix facilities. This condo could use a little love but was good for the price.

Nice small apt, everything you need to get away and enjoy. Only thing that affected our stay was dryer as not working, called management and I was informed there was a part they were waiting for and it was suppose to be fixed. Maintnqnce never arrived to fix, but we enjoyed our stay. R&R was our priority and we did just that. Thank you

Beach Getaway

Perfect stay for the wife and me to get away for a short time. Great location, easy beach access, clean room, fast elevators, close to everything but still not right in the thick of everything. Nice complex and will stay again!!

Overall Great Family Vacation

This condo was great for our family. There were not a lot of extra "things" around the condo which is appreciated by our family with children, we aren't looking for fancy things. The kitchen had bare essentials for cooking but supported our needs considering we prepared our own breakfast and dinner each day, except there were not specific grilling utensils that were heavy duty for grilling. The toaster only toasted one side of the bread, so you had to flip the toast halfway through. The bathroom shower drain was not good at all! The tub would be half full by the end of your shower (sent a message to maintenance to hopefully fix for the next tenants). The deck furniture did not meet expectations at all! The table and two chairs available were VERY rusty and had rusted up a few inches from the base of the chair legs making them unstable and not safe to sit in. There was one plastic white chair that we did not use. Deck furniture needs improvement. The lay-z-boy recliners were AMAZING and much appreciated at the end of our days on the beach or by the pool! Again, we had a great vacation and enjoyed our stay in this condo but there were a few things that might need improving for those who might not be as laid back as our family.

Location is great The ac does not work at all, it never got below 75 in our room. The bed is very uncomfortable and needs to be updated. The shower doesn’t drain fast at all. The floors were also dirty upon arrival.

The condo was great the only complaints I had was the bedding very uncomfortable mattress needs replacing I ended up sleeping on the couch last two nights. Also the a/c wasn’t cooling well lucky temps were down for my stay even wet never was cool in the condo.

Everything was ok, unit is outdated, but that was expected based on photos. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. However, disappointed in cleanliness of the room upon arrival.

Needs some repairs

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room has a beautiful view and very roomy for a one bedroom. The room smells was horrible. The smell was moldy and old. When you take a shower all the floors in the condo get wet and slippery. We had to take a towel and continue to wipe them so no one would slip and hurt them self. I was very upset that we had two spend Thursday, Friday and all day Saturday with no AC. I had to reach out twice about someone coming to fix it. We didn’t get Ac unit Sat night. I didn’t think it was fair that I paid 380.00 dollars do not have AC while on vacation. I definitely think I should get some of my money back. I didn’t pay to have to do without AC. I would recommend this unit if the owners will refund some of my money due to only having AC for 1 1/2 days.
