Récemment rénové à partir du 01/03/19, 1BR à Phoenix VI, en bord de mer !!

Serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé pour que vous ne soyez pas obligé de garder les clés pendant votre séjour! Nous avons terminé notre condo entiÚrement rénové sur les photos! Nouveaux sols, cuisine, salle de bains, murs, meubles de salon et de chambre.



Nous venons également de mettre à jour notre vitesse de téléchargement Internet à 50 Mo et nous avons ajouté une prise dans la chambre et le salon si vous avez besoin de connecter n'importe quel appareil !!



Phoenix VI est l'un des complexes de condominiums les plus relaxants sur la cĂŽte du golfe. Il y a une raison pour laquelle plus de vacanciers sïżœïżœjournent dans ce condo que tout autre Ă  Orange Beach.



Ce condo 1BR Phoenix VI est l'un des meilleurs sur la plage! IdĂ©al pour un couple ou une petite famille. De nombreuses activitĂ©s sont proposĂ©es, notamment une salle de musculation, un terrain de racquetball, un sauna, une piscine intĂ©rieure chauffĂ©e, des bains Ă  remous, des courts de tennis, un terrain de basket et une piscine extĂ©rieure. Il y a mĂȘme une belle zone de gazebo pour se dĂ©tendre pendant que vous ĂȘtes en train de bbq'ing.



Venez vous détendre sur le balcon du 4Úme étage avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe parfaitement situé au-dessus de la piscine extérieure. Le condo a une salle de bain complÚte du maßtre et la chambre principale a un lit king size. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée. Nous sommes idéalement situés à proximité des restaurants, des épiceries et non loin des centres commerciaux.



Notre condo est situĂ© au quatriĂšme Ă©tage, et pas loin des ascenseurs. Envoyez-moi un email et posez des questions sur les nombreuses rĂ©ductions. En gĂ©nĂ©ral, cette unitĂ© sera moins chĂšre que la sociĂ©tĂ© de gestion sur site. Nous avons Ă©galement une unitĂ© 2br et 3br sur le mĂȘme Ă©tage pour les grands groupes.

Stationnement: Vous devez acheter vos laissez-passer de stationnement Ă  votre arrivĂ©e. Ils sont facturĂ©s une fois pour 35 $ plus taxes par vĂ©hicule. The condo’s recliners were a definite plus! It was nice to be able to communicate, with the owner, before the trip. Upon arrival, there was an issue, with the toilet’s newly installed float. When notified the support-service sent a guy to correct it, immediately. I bought a nice, new manual can opener for the unit.

I loved everything about the condo. It was clean, updated and visually appealing. It was well supplied as well. Great view of the beach. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that the bed was harder than my comfort level. A nice mattress topper would have made it 5 stars for me. I would rather have given 4 1/2 stars but it’s not an option.

Reviewer Comments: The room is very nice and clean, the only problem is they did not leave but one roll of toilet paper and we asked for more towels and wash cloths but they never came. Also you have to contact the company that you rent from instead of the front desk to get the towels and toilet paper which is annoying but not a big deal. But once again it never showed up after we requested it. But overall we were very happy with the room and location.

Very nice. Super clean. Just like the pictures on VRBO! Only complaint is not enough soap and TP, so bring your own soap. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Location But Needs Some Deep Cleaning

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the property was ok. The rug in the living area and the furniture were disgusting. The rug was filthy and the furniture was filthy and covered with stains. I went to Dollar General and bought a set of king size sheets just to put on the couch and chair so we did have to sit on the filthy fabric. The furniture in that area just needs to be refreshed. My only other complaint was the air vent in the bedroom. It was filthy and covered with black something filth that I hope was not mold. Also, almost forgot, when we got there, we opened the drawers to list some clothes in and found a dirty shorts, dirty underwear and a dirty shirt for the previous guests (I presume). The cleaning staff needs to give a thorough cleaning of the unit. I would not recommend this unit until some changes/updates are done.

Great vacation

Overall the room was great and clean! However there were a few issues upon check in. -Internet wasn't working, we had to call the provider and reset system which took a couple hours. -Batteries in the remotes were dead, we purchased AA and AAA. Smoke detector battery was beeping. We changed the the battery with the one that was left, but it was worse than the one that was already in it. -Cooking supplies in kitchen were very poor quality. -The kitchen faucet is hooked up backwards, which is against code. Hot is cold and Cold is hot. -The dryer felt seal is bad and in return it was EXTREMELY loud to operate. This also caused damage to a pair of shorts. We had to be very cautious on clothing placed in the dryer (nothing with pull strings). -There is also an active leak in the upper right corner of the laundry area ceiling possibly from the room above. It is causing a small amount of mold.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I thought the condo was darling and well decorated. We did have a couple of issues. The garbage disposal didn't work. There was all kinds of glass in it. The smell was horrid. I called it about the next day with no response. The dryer is on its last leg. It took two hours to day one load and the noise was really bad. This is a personal preference I guess but the shutters didn't close well and the light from the outdoor hallway made it so light it was hard to get to sleep or stay that way. Besides that we really had a great time and didn't let the problems effect our fun.
