Phoenix VII est l'un des complexes de condominiums les plus relaxants de la côte du golfe. Il y a une raison pour laquelle plus de vacanciers séjournent dans ce condo que tout autre à Orange Beach.



Ce condo Phoenix VII 1BR est l'un des meilleurs sur la plage! Idéal pour un couple ou une petite famille. Il y a beaucoup d'activités, y compris une salle de musculation, un terrain de racquetball, un sauna, un terrain de pétanque, une piscine intérieure chauffée, des bains à remous, des courts de tennis, un terrain de basketball, un terrain de beach-volley et une piscine extérieure. Il y a même une belle zone de gazebo pour se détendre pendant que vous êtes en train de bbq'ing.



Venez vous détendre sur le balcon privé surdimensionné au 3ème étage avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe parfaitement situé au-dessus de la piscine extérieure. Le condo a une salle de bain complète du maître et la chambre principale a un lit king size. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et a été améliorée pour inclure des comptoirs en granit et des armoires personnalisées. Nous sommes idéalement situés à proximité des restaurants, des épiceries et non loin des centres commerciaux.



Notre condo est situé au troisième étage, et pas loin des ascenseurs. Envoyez-moi un email et posez des questions sur les nombreuses réductions. En général, cette unité sera moins chère que la société de gestion sur site.

I picked this condo because it had a heated indoor pool, a bathtub and an oversized balcony. Thank God, the balcony was actually as big as it looked because the pool was freezing definitely not heated and there is no longer a tub in the bathroom. There's also an accordion door on the bathroom that doesn't allow for much privacy and when someone uses the bathroom at night it lights up the entire room.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was updated from last year and was great, and we already made a reservation for next year. We only had two problems. A small one was the remote was missing from the living area TV we called an emailed our rep with no response. The other problem was they were resurfacing the parking area which I understand needs to be done to maintain the property. The problem was the contractor done a poor job of closing just some areas at a time so you could get in and out of the building when pushing a luggage cart or walking. My wife is handicap and it was not safe for her to walk day or night. Like I said we are staying again next year. The people that work at Phoenix VII are great people and to a great job inside the building.

Fabulous vacation rental

My husband and infant stayed the week of Memorial Day and it was perfect! This rental is in the perfect location and is close to everything! It is super easy to get to the beach, the pool is wonderful, and the balcony was perfect! I would definitely stay here again and I would 100% recommend it to anyone.

The break we needed

Condo was right size for us as a couple. Clean but needed a few upgrades/repairs; no cover on exhaust fan in bath, shower control terribly confusing. Would have liked more than one hand towel for the bathroom since we stayed 4 nights. Overall a good place to stay. Kitchen provided everything wewe neededplace to stay

Beachy decor welcomes you, it has everything one needs to prepare meals, close to many restaurants, wonderful large indoor pool with 3 hot tubs outdoor pool, fitness center, ball court, etc. Only issue was the property management company changed the door key code earlier than check out time, and we couldn't get back in to remove our items without a bit of a phone call fuss.

Communication with hosts was great! Condo wasn’t clean- bathroom floor was dirty died urine around commode, floors dirty, pop bottles, lids and kids toys under entertainment center. Rug in living room wasn’t vacuumed and stuck up on one side which caused us to repeatedly almost trip over it. Kitche- cabinets have liquid stuff dried down the front of the doors, what looked like peanut butter on the tile behind the sink. Bedroom-clean & nice. Had a strong smell I’m not sure if it’s some kind of deodorizer or what. Balcony- table & chair was great one of the loungers was torn. The view was good.

The kitchen was well equipped. The pools are not heated so they were a cold during our stay, but the kids didn’t mind swimming in the indoor one since the room was warm. The hot tubs were great. The beach was the beautiful white sand beach you would expect on the gulf and chair rental service was excellent. Great location, close to everything. We would definitely stay here again if in Orange beach!

Vents had mold and broke in bathroom. Toliet and trash can broke. Pan old and rusted. Frying pan everything stuck. Bathroom outdated.
