Ce joyau de 7 chambres situĂ© Ă  East Beach se trouve Ă  quelques pas de la plage. Il possĂšde un vaste porche vitrĂ© et une piscine privĂ©e. Ceci dit Saint Simons Island toute la journĂ©e. Parfait pour des vacances multi-familiales, des rĂ©unions ou des amis qui veulent juste ĂȘtre Ă  la plage et qui restent tous sous le mĂȘme toit. Notre chalet dispose d'une immense cuisine, de salles de bains luxueuses et d'une literie confortable avec des draps bien moelleux. ComplĂštement refait avec une attention portĂ©e au moindre dĂ©tail. Vous vous sentez social? Rendez-vous Ă  une partie de billard ou Ă  un barbecue rapide dans la cour arriĂšre. Envie de nager? Avoir Ă  elle. Que diriez-vous d'une promenade sur la plage aprĂšs le dĂźner? Oui, ça aussi!

Perfect family vacation home

Check in was a breeze. Communication was excellent prior to our stay. Knew entry codes, WiFi password
Kitchen is well equipped for the number of people staying at house. Had anything we were needing. (Could have more kitchen towels available
only he one). Kids love the pool table. The screened-in room was nice. Pool was used a lot during this July stay. Short, easy walk to the beach.

Room for Everyone

This house had a perfect layout for our family, which includes 2 grandparents, 2 adult couples, and 4 grandchildren. We had a lot of family fun in the pool and on the screened-in back porch. The East beach location and proximity to the ocean were additional advantages. There was an issue with the second TV that was not addressed; but we had better things to do than watch TV. Overall, it is a wonderful house.

Excellent large group venue

We found this gem for a two family get together over Labor Day weekend. We were able to get five cars in the semi-circular driveway. The pool was nice, and the screened in porch was a good place to eat in. The den is cozy for a large group of adults who want to watch Ga. Football. If you are a TV junkie, you should bring your own streaming service. The direct tv channels offered at this venue are somewhat limited. We will be back if the opportunity presents itself.

Great property. Short walk to the beach. Plenty of room for large families. Pool was a nice bonus!

Plenty of room for our party of 14. Less than a .25 mile walk to the beach. Nice pool area. Outside porch was a great gathering place. Only minor concern was the pool vacuum system didn’t really seem to do the job and hooking/unhooking was a pain. Overall a very minor thing in the grand scheme of things! Would def consider staying here again!

Perfect all the way around!

Now we’ve stayed on SSI many times in different rentals. This one is just PERFECT. It’s newly remodeled in many areas and has a ton of space for gathering and for everyone to feel like they’re not on top of each other. It’s a comfortable walk to the beach and here’s the best part, it’s down towards the end of East Beaxh where there weren’t many people! Lots of beach space, not crowded at al all like it was further south. The pool was big and roomy for all 9 of us. The furniture out there was plentiful and new with umbrellas, pool noodles and toys. Everything was updated and in excellent working condition. We’ll definitely stay there next time!

Great Family Getaway

Loved the home and location. Everyone had a great time from the youngest 4 yr old twins to 71 yr old Mamaw. Plan to do it again next year.

Christmas gathering for our extended family

The home is beautiful and located in a perfect setting, two houses from the beach walk entrance and a block from the marsh. The rooms are generous and organized in a manner to provide space and privacy for everyone. The adults loved the screened porch and the kids loved the game room. We are already planning our next visit.

Best SSI Rental Yet

Amazing house and amazing property management. House was better than photos! The lay out was perfect for our multi family Thanksgiving celebration. We had an issue with the dishwasher which the mgt team resolved WITHIN AN HOUR. (One small point for improvement: there wasn’t enough cutlery for 14.) We will definitely book again. Thank you for a great, carefree rental.

What a really nice home for a family getaway. Home had everything we needed and was a close walk to the beach. We spent most of our time in the screened porch and pool. Photos do not do this home justice.

Island Relaxation

This island is laid back, relaxing, fireworks in all directions on the 4th of July. Very nice home and property. Easy beach access. 5 star stay in my book!!!

Family week in SSI

The pool was especially popular with our family! The pool table also enjoyed a lot of use. The house has spacious living areas which lead to a lot of interaction with among the eleven of us. We hope to return again next year for another enjoyable, comfortable family week.

Great House

This house was perfect for us! Tons of room! Great location! We absolutely loved the pool, the game room and the screened patio! We would definitely stay here again! We have stayed in many beach houses but felt this one stood out with the quality of the pool/patio area and plenty of towels.

Fantastic Family Fun

We had a great vacation at this property for the past two years. We especially enjoyed the 7 bedrooms, the pool, pool table room, and the large screened porch. We enjoyed biking several times in the nice neighborhood. We were very blessed to enjoy our time together there at St. Simon's.

7 Cousins and 4 Parents

My husband and I and our 4 children along with my brother and sister-in-law and their 3 children wanted a beach getaway with a pool (in case the beaches were too crowded to socially distance). This beautiful property was even better than we anticipated. It was spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. The screened in porch and pool were absolutely wonderful. This place was much bigger and better than the pictures represent. It’s definitely my favourite rental ever!

Family Vacation 2020 in St Simons

Perfect house for a family vacation!

We rented this house for us to enjoy a family vacation with our 3 daughters and their families. It was a wonderful location and the pool was a nice way to relax after spending most of the days on the beach. We will definitely plan on renting here again 😁
