Cette maison est situĂ©e prĂšs de la marina Lakeshore. La location de bateaux / jet-skis, des excursions de pĂȘche guidĂ©es et des randonnĂ©es sont tout aussi intĂ©ressants ici. Notre maison offre une cour avec une pente douce Ă  l'eau. Permet un accĂšs facile Ă  l'eau pour tout le monde. Cale de bateau et jetĂ©e de natation. Besoin d'un peu de temps? the cabin was very cozy and has a great floor plan/layout for our family! Very peaceful and relaxing. Property was exactly as described in the ad. We visited property in the off season but still had a wonderful time and was able to enjoy some lake activities. Absolutely loved the back deck! I can honestly say we did not want to leave when the time came. Would recommend staying here to anyone and we hope to be able to come back and enjoy it again.

A Great Place to Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for our group of 12 and the physical property was just as described in the listing. I would certainly recommend this property with no reservations.

Very enjoyable

The lake house was really nice Basically we were checking the place out for a longer stay in the spring Our only disapointment was the level of the lake but we understand and it was still nice and very beautiful. Plan to come again The amount of wildlife {deer) was a special treat to see

Lake get away

Very nice and spacious property! Very comfortable. Beautiful view! The weather was horrible while we were there, so we didn’t get to enjoy the lake, but the inside of the cabin was so comfortable that we had a great time just sitting around chatting.

We fell in love with this place

Even at low pool winter water levels, it was charming and well cared for. Beautiful winter get-away to a peaceful quiet water view. Also, the marina and Goldiggers restaurant is only 5 mins away. They make a delicious hamburger and sweet potato fries with marshmallow crĂšme dip! We would actually be interested in buying this place. :)

Lake Life

House was great and location was good. A few items for the price. Lighting, there needs to be more lighting in the kitchen and dinning room. Other suggestion is upgrade the shower heads. But all in all nice place.

Annual Family Trip - 2023 Smith Lake Experience

The location was wonderful and we all loved the gentle slope down to the water. The dock area was enjoyed immensely but the children. They swam, played, and fished. The big catfish was almost on the dock when it got off the hook! We all really enjoyed the back outdoor porch. Great place to relax, watch tv, listen to music, or read a book. The firepit area was the favorite place on Sunday night for making s'mores. The interior of the house was very nice and served us well. The view out the back wall of windows was awesome! Hope to be back someday!!

Location

The location was inconvenient for us. The listing says there are restaurants and stores nearby but we didn’t find them to be reasonable . The water line broke while we were there and we had one whole day we had to leave bc we had no water. Owner did not compensate our time. It was disappointing. The house is nice but it is inconveniently located abs we would not stay there again. Thank you.

July 2020 - Warner Vacation

Awesome stay in this location. First-time visit to this property and will not be our last! Had a great time, location was awesome, dock was awesome, back deck was awesome! Great communication with owner! The only opportunities I would note would be: - Coffee maker did not work. Contacted owner and he stated he would replace the following weekend. - AC didn't keep the upstairs area very cool, family we had up there had to move to one of the lower bedrooms, but it all worked out due to the size of the family we had visiting with us. - The grill is located on the far side of the deck, but rules stated could not grill on deck. Thankfully we had a couple of strong young men that could carry that down the steps to the yard. I would recommend putting a grill pad off of the deck so no one has to carry the grill down. All-in-all, I cannot say enough great things about this property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was nice to be able to unplug from society, sit on the dock and just stare or play in the water. Very relaxing. We'll definitely be back!

Weekend Getaway

The property is fine however it did not look like the house had been properly cleaned. When we arrived the smoke detector battery was going off, so we had to go purchase a battery to stop the chirping. The towels were left in the dryer and smelled soured. Kitchen cabinets need repainting, and not enough glassware and pots and pans for cooking in the kitchen. The deck is nice however, again leaves in chairs and under cushions. It did not appear it had been prepared for our arrival. The amenities at this property need improving.

Must stay location

We were very impressed with the house! Kids loved the loft area amd we loved the deck. The water was down but we could still dock our boat. I wish we could have stayed longer, and I do recommend bringing your own pillows, other than that it is a beautiful home amd perfect for the family to enjoy the lake.
