Luxury Oceanfront 1 BR Condo - Perfect Honeymoon Spot!

Notre une unité de chambre est trÚs spacieuse et remplie de lumiÚre. La vue est spectaculaire véranda. L'unité dispose d'un lit queen-size dans la chambre principale et le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit queen-size. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée. Ce condo a été entiÚrement rénové.

L'unitĂ© est situĂ©e dans Maalaea Banyans. Le village de Maalaea se trouve sur la baie de Maalaea, le premier arrĂȘt pour les baleines Ă  bosse sur leur chemin dans les eaux hawaĂŻennes chaque hiver pour se reproduire et donner naissance. Maalea Bay est Ă  15 minutes de l'aĂ©roport et est une destination pour la plongĂ©e, observation des baleines, la pĂȘche et des dĂźners-croisiĂšres.

Une longue plage de sable blanc de sept mile offre un cadre incroyable pour se détendre tout en appréciant les couchers de soleil. Plusieurs restaurants primés sont juste une courte promenade du port et Maalaea Village est le foyer de la Maui Ocean Center, un aquarium de classe mondiale.

Nitka was amazing and this place is designed with the perfect touch and all the amenities you will need. The views are stunning and Haycraft park so close, we walked it almost daily.

Enjoy a spectacular view from this exceptional condo. See Whales and turtles right from the balcony. There was terrific communication from the owner. It has an easy entry and is located in a quiet location. It’s just a short walk to the Maui Ocean Center (Aquarium) multiple shops, restaurants and the Marina, plus a beach at the end of the street. We loved the location. The unit is well equipped with a gourmet kitchen, spacious living area, a comfortable bed, nicely updated shower and of course the balcony with an amazing view. We would definitely recommend this unit and stay here again!

Great Condo great setting million dollar view

This was the most stocked condo that we have stayed at in Maui. We have been there many times and stayed in Maalaea Village. The Banyans has always been a favorite as we go for 3 weeks and it has its own washer and dryer. We highly recommend this condo. The owner is very nice and good to work with.

Our favourite place to stay on Maui!

This is our third time in Nikta's condo at Ma'alaea Banyans, and it is always a great experience. Being able to watch the sunrise over Haleakala and then walk just a couple of blocks to a quiet sandy beach for a long morning stroll and swim makes our visits to Maui just perfect. We are visiting family in Kahului, so the location is extremely convenient, but it would also be a great base to explore any part of Maui. The condo itself has absolutely everything you might want for your stay, and the complex is very well-maintained. Nikta is accessible and generous, going above and beyond to make sure your visit is exactly what you want, including providing a lovely welcome basket.

Exceeded expectations!

The unit has everything we needed. When we arrived, we were greeted with a welcome basket with fruit and treats. Kitchen is well supplied if you choose to dine in. View from the balcony is s dream come true!

Best condo ever!

Once again, we are amazed at how well-stocked this condo is! Nikta has thought of everything. Combine that with an ideal location (a block to a great beach for walking and even a couple spots good for swimming, easy to get anywhere on Maui from here) and fantastic views for sunrise and sunset. . .it doesn't get any better. Mahalo, Nikta!

Stay Overview

The property was nice and loved how the sea turtles would camp out on the beach in the evening. The host was fantastica nd check in just to see how things were going. I wasn't 100% excited of the location because nothing was super close by. I had to drive to Kehei just to have a meal or do anything else. That's about it.

Awesome!!!

From checkin, helping in between, to checkout this week has been awesome. We did not have a good experience with lodging in Kona so we were a bit skeptical here but thankfully this place was great! The building itself seems older but well maintained except for the elevator and it just seemed to need a good hard cleaning. The pool isn’t big and didn’t appear to be cleaned daily but it could have been. We enjoyed it almost daily. This condo was spotless and welcoming. Ms Nikta had a full welcoming basket for us which provided us breakfast along with snacks. The bed was comfortable and so was the AC which we used at night. Our favorite part of the condo was the balcony. Absolutely gorgeous view and turtles they came everyday to play. Watching them frolic around has been a daily highlight. Having to remember the pool key was a bit inconvenient but I understand. We enjoyed the harbor restaurants several times so close by. This location does seem to be pretty much in the middle of Maui so going either way around the island is convenient. If we ever get back here we will definitely be trying to stay here on this condo again. Ms Nikta is a great host and we thank you for a great week and all your help while we were here.

Beautiful view!!

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. Nikta graciously left a basket for us with some fruit and goodies, and also the best banana bread in the fridge! The view from the lanai was simply amazing. We saw sea turtles daily, and a few of the mornings we were able to see humpback whales - bring binoculars!

We had a great time in Maui. Property has an EXCELLENT ocean front view but don't expect a big sandy beach. Plenty of beaches in Maui a short drive away. Coming back next year

Perfect place

Great Place

This place is wonderful. Right on the oceanfront and located only about 15 minutes from Lahaina, Wailea and the airport. It has a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. Nikta even supplied the coffee that was a real treat. We only needed one thing and she was right there to take care of it. She also has everything you need for the beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, boogie board and coolers. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Excellent Anniversary or Honeymoon Getaway!

Stellar ocean view property in quiet location, away from high traffic “touristy” areas, but easy drive to Kihei, Lahaina & Airport! Condo has all required amenities, so highly recommend staying here.

Property was exactly as described, Nikta has clearly perfected the experience! Clean, comfortable, and a gorgeous view! The grounds are well kept, and the staff was very friendly. Pool and hot tub are well kept and warm- enjoyed watching the turtles every morning from the lania
 Have absolutely zero complaints- if you’re reading this do yourself a favor and just book it :)

Constant breeze through the unit so never ran ac. Quiet and peaceful.

For a quiet, relaxing stay, this was an excellent location. It was located within walking distance to Aquarium and Marina. Clean and quiet.

Honeymoonin in Maui

This cozy water front condo was perfect for our Maui trip; just a short ride to all the main parts of the island. Everything we needed was at our fingertips - coolers, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. The ocean and Haleakala views from the balcony were stunning and Nikita was a pleasure to communicate with. Highly recommend.
