This property was lovely. It is right across the street from the beach with umbrellas and chairs waiting for you to just sit and relax. The balcony sunrises and sunsets were something to be admired each day, along with the beautiful gulf views!

This condo was just as described on line. Was our first time renting a condo, process was easy and we absolutely loved the location and being on ninth floor. View was the best ever, we have plans to return next year! Highly recommend Majestic Sun!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beginning to our stay on Sunday afternoon was unpleasant. The keypad on the door lock malfunctioned and it took about 3 hours for the maintenance staff to get us in. The operator and the management were very courteous and professional to do everything in their power to assist us. Angela was so apologetic because there was a breakdown getting the on call maintenance person to answer the call. We were able to go buy groceries for the week while we waited for maintenance. I am including this in my review just to compliment Angela and the way she treated us. She takes her job and her responsibility to the customer personally. Now as far as the unit we stayed in,it was wonderful. Our view of the gulf was awesome. The bed was excellent and the unit was well stocked with appliances and necessary items for our needs. There were several shelves missing in the door of the refrigerator that need to be added to allow more storage. We hope to come back to Majestic Sun in October for another stay. Sea Scape always treats us good. I recommend them if you are planning a visit to Miramar Beach. 🏖 👍😀😀

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was clean and looked recently painted. Location is great with a wonderful view of both the gulf and looking west up the coastline. Unit had most everything you need but not any extras. Only issue was on checking in (done remotely) there was no parking pass left in the unit and they, via email and phone, had cautioned about not placing a properly filled out pass in your car. Calling the rental office resulted in nothing but recorded messages giving the office hours which were supposed to end at 5pm. We started calling at 4:20pm and they had left early - got a daily pass from the gate guard. Price was commensurate with the unit and would use this unit again in the future.

Nice, cute and convenient condo with beautiful views of the beach! Although it was just me in this stay, there is a cute set of bunk beds for a couple with small children.
