Passez vos vacances dans une belle maison de luxe nouvellement construite donnant sur la baie de Fort Pond et à quelques pas de Duryea et de Montauket. Cette maison est parfaite pour les familles avec 2 espaces de vie ouverts, manger dans la cuisine, enrouler autour de porche / terrasse (avec l'un des meilleurs couchers de soleil à Montauk), piscine d'eau salée et à seulement 1,5 km de la ville

1er étage:
Salon ouvert avec TV, bar complet et baby-foot, accès à la piscine / terrasse et terrasse couverte (avec hamac). 2 chambres queen, 2 salles de bain complètes - une chambre avec salle de bain attenante.

2ème étage:
Grand espace de vie ouvert avec cuisine entièrement équipée, salle à manger et salon ouvert avec des plafonds voûtés, tous avec de belles vues sur la baie de Fort Pond. Grande chambre des maîtres (très grand lit), avec accès à un tour de pont. Bureau avec balcon donnant sur piscine et patio.

The Perfect Montauk Home

My family had the most amazing week in Jack's home. Not only is the house exquisite and in a great location with breathtaking views, Jack was the perfect host. We hope to make our stay a new annual family tradition and couldn't recommend it more.

Fantastic vacation

We had a great stay. The house is immaculately clean and beautifully laid out. Jack, the host was extremely helpful throughout the process. We enjoyed the sunsets every night and the kids loved the pool after days at the beach. We can't wait to stay again.

Fun family week in Montauk

We had 3 generations of family staying for a week in this great Montauk home. The views of the water and sunsets were absolutely lovely. The open kitchen, living, dining, and patio were perfect for our family gatherings. The house is beautifully appointed and well stocked for all your needs!

Perfect stay in Montauk

My family (aged 27 to mid 80s) absolutely loved our stay in Montauk at Jack’s house. The house is designed beautifully and perfectly equipped for a large family. We are still dreaming of watching the sunset on the terrace. The location of the house is spot on and we have fallen in love with Montauk! Thank you Jack for facilitating such a wonderful family holiday.

Girls trip

Lovely home, absolutely beautiful. Plenty of bedrooms with bathrooms for privacy. Comfortable beds with nice linens. Open kitchen, living space with wonderful porch for sunset cocktails. Kitchen had all you need for cooking a stay in meal. Enjoyed the pool and lounging in the sun! Great location- Close to shopping and beautiful beaches. Easy morning walk for great little coffee, pastry shop, speciality grocery and Bontique! Bar crawl right down the street for live music and beautiful sunsets. Highly recommended.

Stunning House with Breathtaking Sunsets

Beautifully furnished house with everything you could think of and some things you did not know you needed. The kitchen was fully loaded, the beds were really comfortable, the pool was warm and inviting. The quiet location was the perfect place to enjoy incredible sunsets on the water over cocktails or dinner at the large dinning table on the deck. Minutes walk to Duryea’s which really helps if you are a large group; one of you goes ahead to put their name on the waiting list and have everyone joins you within a few minutes when the table is ready. Short drive to Gosmans fish market and town. Really incredible spot. Very responsive host. Thanks for having us!

4th of July Week Overlooking Fort Pond Bay, Montauk!

We just spent a wonderful 4th of July week with extended family at Jack's beautiful summer retreat. The house is super spacious with an airy open layout that takes advantage of the sunlight/sunsets, beautiful patios, lots of room to relax on all three levels, large bedrooms + bathrooms, super clean and very well appointed furnishings and interior design that captures the relaxed, seaside vibe of Montauk. The photos on the listing are as true as you can get! The location is on a private street, raised with spectacular sunset views that convey a seaside feeling the moment you arrive. It is also only steps away from Duryea's, which was a big plus for local cocktails, festive dinners as well as great coffee + breakfast in the mornings at Duryea's market. The home comes very generously stocked and Jack was the ideal host- always accessible/responsive for any questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Montauk and can't imagine a better place to stay- we hope to be back before too long! Thanks for sharing your home with us Jack!

Hello, I wanted to share my thoughts on our recent stay at this first-class property. From the very beginning, Jack—the host—was incredibly communicative, responding promptly throughout every phase of the booking and stay. He also provided a comprehensive house guide that answered all the typical questions, making our arrival seamless and stress-free. The house itself was immaculate when we arrived, with towels and toiletries arranged in elegant patterns reminiscent of luxury hotels and resorts. We were pleasantly surprised to find basic items thoughtfully stocked, including garbage bags, spices, shampoo, and more. The property is very new and beautifully decorated, spanning three levels with decks on the second and third floors that offer stunning views of Fort Pond Bay and an abundance of sunshine every day. The heated pool was a highlight, maintained with an automatic filter schedule and weekly upkeep, ensuring a consistently enjoyable experience. The location is truly outstanding, providing breathtaking views of Fort Pond Bay and convenient walking access to The Montauket and Duryeas. Plus, everything Montauk has to offer is just a short drive away, making it easy to explore the area. We visited in early to mid-June, which proved to be an excellent time for a getaway. Overall, the house exceeded our expectations in every way, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay. Best regards,

A brand-new house in a terrific part of Montauk. We spent the entire summer of 2020 here & couldn't have been happier. Plenty of room for our three young boys, lots of entertaining space & handy proximity to The Montuaket, Duryea's & Ditch Plains beach. Hoping to do it all again next year! Family vacation in montauk

We had an amazing week at this rental home. The owners were very attentive and so easy to work with. The property is stunning, immaculate, and so comfortable for a large group-there were 11 of us. The sunset from the deck was breathtaking as a bonus. We would stay here over and over and didn’t want to leave. It is very close to everything. Quick walk or quick drive.
