C’est 2350 pieds carrés de vie magnifique qui est le cadre idéal pour admirer une vue époustouflante sur le golfe que vous verrez à travers les portes coulissantes en verre qui s’ouvrent sur un vaste balcon de 500 pieds carrés. Plan d'étage ouvert idéal pour recevoir de grands groupes de famille ou d'amis. Cuisine avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils haut de gamme. Le très grand balcon vous offre un espace de grillade extérieur incomparable sur la plage. Beaucoup d'espace pour manger, se divertir ou simplement se détendre sur le balcon. Ce balcon est énorme !!

Ce condo est au 11ème étage, de sorte que vous obtenez une vue imprenable sur le golfe de cette belle unité.

La suite principale 1 contient un lit KING avec salle de bain privée et accès au balcon donnant sur la plage.

Master suite 2 a 2 lits queen, salle de bain privée / douche et une vue sur la plage. Parfait pour toute la famille!

La chambre numéro 3 a un lit king size.

La chambre 4 est une chambre bonus avec un lit de taille complète et une télévision à écran plat.

Le coin repas et le salon luxueux offrent une vue sur la plage pour que la famille puisse partager ses repas et échanger ses moments préférés de la journée à la plage tout en profitant de toute la beauté du golfe.

La laveuse / sécheuse est idéalement située dans le condo pour que tout le monde porte des vêtements propres en un rien de temps.

Perfect spot for vacation in PCB

We used this unit for a week during Spring Break 2024, and were very impressed with the facility and unit. The water was so clear, sand was white, and we saw dolphins almost every day. We will look forward to staying here in the future.

Great place

The view from the living room and huge patio is beautiful! We were able to see dolphins and stingrays from the condo! The place is very nice and clean. We would visit again!

Perfect Condo

The staff were nice, the facility was always clean, and I really liked how safe and secure it was. The condo itself was so spacious, the kitchen had anything we needed (even a separate ice maker). The balcony was very spacious and provided ample seating, not to mention amazing views of the sunset and the beach! I will definitely be visiting again! Thank you!

The view of the Gulf was breathtaking, and the balcony quickly became our favorite place to spend time. From morning coffee to evening sunsets, we enjoyed every moment out there—especially watching the dolphins and grilling steaks while overlooking the water. The huge pool was never crowded and was wonderful! The condo felt very secure, and the staff was always courteous and helpful. The beds were comfortable, making it easy to relax after our days on the beach. There was a couple of minor issues when we arrived but they were addressed and resolved quickly. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we will definitely be back!

We had a great stay and there was plenty room for 8 adults. The kitchen was fully equipped and we had all the necessary items for our stay. The only negative thing is that i wished, we had better bed pillows and towels that were better than your typical hotel stay. Awesome views and very comfotrable.

Fall break visit

The balcony was beautiful. There was plenty of space in bedrooms, kitchen and living areas for our group of 10. The property was very clean and well kept. We got timely responses from the property managers when we had questions. The only issue we had was the bathroom door locks don't really work.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I like the location being on Thomas Drive, lot quieter of an area and beach, and still plenty of restaurants around. About 20+ minute drive to pier park area though. Loved the balcony and spent a majority of the time at the resort, on the balcony. Great views and very spacious! So many sliding doors in the place you can almost be standing anywhere near the outside wall and walk outside. Loved the spaciousness of the inside and all the bedrooms. Kitchen had plenty of utensils, pots, pans, bowls, glasses, cups, and plates. Fridge was pretty small though. Oh and having an ice maker built into the counter was awesome!! Beds were super comfy! Only downside I could think of would be the floor. Anyone who walked barefoot for 30 seconds would have very black feet from the floor. Looked clean all around though. Any of the staff or security I talked to was super nice, not always the experience at most resorts. Definitely will stay here again!

Wonderful Condo!

This property is absolutely wonderful. It was super clean and met all of our needs. I would definitely stay here again. The sunsets from the balcony are unmatched. We also appreciated the security on the property and the management company was great to communicate with. The only suggestions I could make for improvememt is for them to replace the pots and pans. They are non-stick and in pretty bad shape. Also, the top dishwasher rack was broken. Otherwise, GREAT!

Perfect Fall Break

We had an amazing time at En Soleil. The condo had everything we needed to have a very comfortable stay. We ate on the balcony as a family nearly every morning. We grilled steaks on the grill and cooked a low country boil with all the pots we needed already in the condo. One suggestion is to either add a griddle to the kitchen or bring your own as we did, since we were cooking for a large group. Thanks for sharing your condo with us. It’s beautiful and just as pictured! ❤️

Perfect beach vacation

We had four couples staying and there was plenty of room for everyone. The condo was very clean, well appointed kitchen and huge balcony with gas grill. The entire condo was well decorated, comfortable and had a supply of basics like shampoo, soap, dishwashing and laundry detergent, which was an unexpected perk. Beautiful pool and two hot tubs. Security was very strict but friendly and necessary as it was college spring break. Elevators were fast and plenty of parking outside the building. Parking garage was tight but usable. Management communicated well and answered all of our questions. Easy check in and check out. Definitely had an adult only feel, which we enjoyed. Will definitely be back!
