Summit Ski Chalet est une grande maison privée. Belle vue sur la montagne depuis les grandes fenêtres. C'est au centre de tout. Spa privé et grand terrain. Un endroit idéal pour divertir un groupe amusant. Ce 5 chambres, 5 salles de bain dort 15. Une belle cuisine en granit avec des appareils en acier inoxydable. La salle à manger du niveau principal peut accueillir 6 personnes. Écran plat, canapés en cuir, QSS et foyers à gaz dans les deux salons. Big Wrap autour du pont. Patio avec grand bain à remous privé. WiFi gratuit et câble. La chambre principale au rez-de-chaussée a le roi. Deux salles de bain complètes au rez-de-chaussée, une avec laveuse et sécheuse. Chambre d'hôtes à l'étage a roi et terrasse privée. Deuxième chambre d'hôtes à l'étage a reine. Salle de bain complète à l'étage. La chambre d'amis au rez-de-jardin comprend un lit queen-size / lits jumeaux, un écran plat, un lave-linge et un sèche-linge, ainsi qu'une douche et des toilettes privées. La quatrième chambre a une couchette double avec lit gigogne et écran plat. Salle de bain complète au rez-de-jardin. La vue sur la montagne et la vallée est incroyable. Dans une rue calme de la subdivision Piney Acres à Dillon. À moins de 5 minutes des supermarchés, des magasins REI, des articles de sport, de la location de skis et de snowboards, de parcs, de restaurants et de deux brasseries. En été, le nouvel amphithéâtre Dillon doté de spectacles, doté de spectacles, allant de juin à septembre, et doté de bateaux à moteur, voiliers, kayaks, location de SUP et le Tiki Bar au bord du lac, sont à moins de 5 minutes. Tous les vendredis d'été, le long du lac, promenez-vous au marché fermier. Profitez des parcs, des terrains de jeux et du sentier récréatif au bord du lac de Dillon. En hiver, il ne vous faudra que 10 minutes pour atteindre Keystone, 20 minutes pour Arapahoe Basin, 25 minutes pour Copper Mountain ou Breckenridge et 35 minutes pour Vail. Un endroit idéal pour une réunion de famille ou d'amis.

This place was fantastic, and the management was very communicative. Would stay here again. Super cozy home with a lovely fireplace located in a nice quiet neighborhood for walking the dog, but also still centrally located not too far from the interstate. I like how the house had lots of cooking utensils, pots and pans, spices and seasonings, etc, for making meals.
Our little dog loved relaxing by the glass front doors!

The space provided & amenities included with our VRBO booking were excellent for a family ski trip! We utilized the hot tub more than once, and were so happy to be able to bring our dog with us on this trip!

I know they were upfront about the stairs but the stairs are uneven, steep and rickety, the stairs and deck need a lot of maintenance. Once inside it was clean and comfortable though. Lots of room.

Great cabin in Dillon!

Very comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood perfect for a weekend ski trip with some friends. A short drive to multiple resorts. The wrap around deck has amazing views of the mountains. Would stay again!

Excellent Stay for Labor Day!

Our weekend at this lovely property was great. The listing is spot on with the description and everything was very neat and clean. We were very impressed with the hot tub and the quiet community. Easy walk to Lake Dillon and the amphitheater. Everything was perfect!

The location is great....easy access to everything. My only complaint is we don't remember seeing in the description that this house is on a well. We only got that notification a few days before our stay. Every shower, dishwashing, and laundry felt like it needed to be planned and the fear of running out of water with 6 people was ever present. We didn't ever run out, but it was an annoying concern on vacation. Overall, great stay! Good communication with rental agency.

Great Central Location for a Mountain Trip

We had a great experience at this house in Dillon. The residence is conveniently located minutes from major roadways and amenities such as groceries and an REI. Perfect spot for access to many of Colorado’s ski resorts. You’ll want 4WD in the winter and accessibility may be an issue for some due to the steep stairs to get to the house.

Nice place for a summer mt biking get-away

This property had everything we needed—and the hot tub was definitely a bonus. Just a heads-up, if you bring a dog you will have to go up or down a flight of stairs to take it out. It’s also a big flight of stairs from the parking spot to the main entrance when unloading and loading your car.

we had no hot water the first day and night which was unpleasant. The house is outdated, needs some TLC, floor boards in the stairs leading to the entrance are loose, don't walk barefoot on the deck. The downstairs King bed is hard as a rock to sleep on, about the only good things about this place, it had a great hot tub and the location was ideal, I would not stay here again.

We appreciate your feedback. This property utilizes a well, so when guests use a lot of water during a short time, the water tank runs dry and it takes a few hours to re-fill. Periodically, the well pump needs to be re-set. During those rare occasions, our staff is available 24/7 and we respond immediately. If a guest wants unlimited water use, this property is not the best fit. While the property is not the most updated, the property is priced accordingly. We encourage guests that want a fully renovated, pet-friendly property to rent elsewhere, at a cost 2-3 times the rate of this property. We have accommodated hundreds of guests at this property over many years. This is the first feedback we've received about the king bed being too firm. We recognize that every guest has a different sensitivity level to mattress firmness. We recognize that this property isn't a perfect fit for everybody, but it is a perfect fit for any guests seeking pet-friendly accommodations, a private hot tub, a private, stand-alone home, and unmatched customer support, all at an affordable rate.

The house was clean and close to what we needed. I would agree with prior review, the deck sways a lot and could use some tic. Disappointed that the jacuzzi water was green and was not useable. If you offer that then it should be taken care off and cleaned regularly. Other than that it fit our needs.

The bedrooms were comfortable, the living room and fireplace were cozy, and we enjoyed being together in the open kitchen -dining room. The hot tub was terrific!!!There were a few issues with the dishwasher and coffee pot. Both need to be replaced or repaired. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary cooking equipment. We would definitely rent again!

One quick note- lots of stairs to navigate, which was tough for my older pup who was dealing with a bad shoulder. I had to carry her up and down the stairs to get to the yard and to the car. But once Summit Resort Group learned of her illness/injury - they went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and supported.

The wraparound porch and downstairs porch had plenty of seating and the view was amazing. The location was great for concerts or farmer's mkt and good fo getting out to Breckenridge or silverthorne. Nice grocery store about 1/4 mile away. The only negative was no screens on windows. With no AC, opening windows is a must and in the evening we did have flying bugs come in.

Board games for evenings. Really enjoyed the hot tub outside in the snow. Our family dog had plenty of space to run in the backyard (fyi not fenced). Be very careful on the winter roads by the house- definitely drive the longer way that the leasing office tells you to. 15 minute drive to Copper Mtn and less than 5 mins to grocery, bakery, liquor stores, bowling etc... it was great! Will definitely stay again!!
