Summit Ski Chalet est une grande maison privĂ©e. Belle vue sur la montagne depuis les grandes fenĂȘtres. C'est au centre de tout. Spa privĂ© et grand terrain. Un endroit idĂ©al pour divertir un groupe amusant. Ce 5 chambres, 5 salles de bain dort 15. Une belle cuisine en granit avec des appareils en acier inoxydable. La salle Ă  manger du niveau principal peut accueillir 6 personnes. Écran plat, canapĂ©s en cuir, QSS et foyers Ă  gaz dans les deux salons. Big Wrap autour du pont. Patio avec grand bain Ă  remous privĂ©. WiFi gratuit et cĂąble. La chambre principale au rez-de-chaussĂ©e a le roi. Deux salles de bain complĂštes au rez-de-chaussĂ©e, une avec laveuse et sĂ©cheuse. Chambre d'hĂŽtes Ă  l'Ă©tage a roi et terrasse privĂ©e. DeuxiĂšme chambre d'hĂŽtes Ă  l'Ă©tage a reine. Salle de bain complĂšte Ă  l'Ă©tage. La chambre d'amis au rez-de-jardin comprend un lit queen-size / lits jumeaux, un Ă©cran plat, un lave-linge et un sĂšche-linge, ainsi qu'une douche et des toilettes privĂ©es. La quatriĂšme chambre a une couchette double avec lit gigogne et Ă©cran plat. Salle de bain complĂšte au rez-de-jardin. La vue sur la montagne et la vallĂ©e est incroyable. Dans une rue calme de la subdivision Piney Acres Ă  Dillon. À moins de 5 minutes des supermarchĂ©s, des magasins REI, des articles de sport, de la location de skis et de snowboards, de parcs, de restaurants et de deux brasseries. En Ă©tĂ©, le nouvel amphithĂ©Ăątre Dillon dotĂ© de spectacles, dotĂ© de spectacles, allant de juin Ă  septembre, et dotĂ© de bateaux Ă  moteur, voiliers, kayaks, location de SUP et le Tiki Bar au bord du lac, sont Ă  moins de 5 minutes. Tous les vendredis d'Ă©tĂ©, le long du lac, promenez-vous au marchĂ© fermier. Profitez des parcs, des terrains de jeux et du sentier rĂ©crĂ©atif au bord du lac de Dillon. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice stay! There were lots of towels, dish soap, and garbage bags. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The location is great....easy access to everything. My only complaint is we don't remember seeing in the description that this house is on a well. We only got that notification a few days before our stay. Every shower, dishwashing, and laundry felt like it needed to be planned and the fear of running out of water with 6 people was ever present. We didn't ever run out, but it was an annoying concern on vacation. Overall, great stay! Good communication with rental agency.

we had no hot water the first day and night which was unpleasant. The house is outdated, needs some TLC, floor boards in the stairs leading to the entrance are loose, don't walk barefoot on the deck. The downstairs King bed is hard as a rock to sleep on, about the only good things about this place, it had a great hot tub and the location was ideal, I would not stay here again.

Excellent Stay for Labor Day!

Our weekend at this lovely property was great. The listing is spot on with the description and everything was very neat and clean. We were very impressed with the hot tub and the quiet community. Easy walk to Lake Dillon and the amphitheater. Everything was perfect!

Nice place for a summer mt biking get-away

This property had everything we needed—and the hot tub was definitely a bonus. Just a heads-up, if you bring a dog you will have to go up or down a flight of stairs to take it out. It’s also a big flight of stairs from the parking spot to the main entrance when unloading and loading your car.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was accurately described. Very helpful having three full bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The wraparound porch and downstairs porch had plenty of seating and the view was amazing. The location was great for concerts or farmer's mkt and good fo getting out to Breckenridge or silverthorne. Nice grocery store about 1/4 mile away. The only negative was no screens on windows. With no AC, opening windows is a must and in the evening we did have flying bugs come in.

The bedrooms were comfortable, the living room and fireplace were cozy, and we enjoyed being together in the open kitchen -dining room. The hot tub was terrific!!!There were a few issues with the dishwasher and coffee pot. Both need to be replaced or repaired. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary cooking equipment. We would definitely rent again!

One quick note- lots of stairs to navigate, which was tough for my older pup who was dealing with a bad shoulder. I had to carry her up and down the stairs to get to the yard and to the car. But once Summit Resort Group learned of her illness/injury - they went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and supported.

Beautiful area but not for seniors with handicapped issues

I was told that the property was on levels. I was not told . that in order to access the property I would have to climb down 17 wooden stairs. The stairs had a hand rail on both sides of the stairs. but the stairs were very steep. The property did not show any indication that it was not handicapped accessible. The property was not cleaned properly. The hot tub did not work. This property was advertised as nonsmoking, we found cigarette stubs around the house. The property advertised dog friendly ,but we had a hard time finding safe places to walk our dogs.

They said they would call when it was ready so I slept in the car. No one came into the house to work on it and they didn't call at 4:00. We had a great time - the little disappointments were that "Little disappointments."

Board games for evenings. Really enjoyed the hot tub outside in the snow. Our family dog had plenty of space to run in the backyard (fyi not fenced). Be very careful on the winter roads by the house- definitely drive the longer way that the leasing office tells you to. 15 minute drive to Copper Mtn and less than 5 mins to grocery, bakery, liquor stores, bowling etc... it was great! Will definitely stay again!!

A few hiccups with not having enough water and offered to relocate us in middle of our vacation. Fire pit wasn't working even when they got confused and said it was. Huge disappointment! Grills were unusable from filth. Dishes were put away dirty and found detergent pod undissolved. Alarm went off from hardened grease in dirty oven. Master bed was like sleeping with the Flintstones..rock hard! Nails were sticking out on outside boards which ripped one pair of shoes. Otherwise, it was fine.

The house was clean and close to what we needed. I would agree with prior review, the deck sways a lot and could use some tic. Disappointed that the jacuzzi water was green and was not useable. If you offer that then it should be taken care off and cleaned regularly. Other than that it fit our needs.

Disappointing stay

This was a very disappointing experience. We were in Summit County for a family wedding. The rental property was not available for check-in at 4:00 as promised and we were not able to access the home until after 5:00. As a result, we were late for the rehearsal dinner. Summit Resort Group was difficult to work with and lied to our faces multiple times. Although they told us the housekeeping staff was cleaning at 2:30, they did not actually arrive to the property until after 3:30 (resulting in the late check in and missed wedding event). The house was much smaller than expected and felt cramped. The views were nice but you can find great views anywhere else in Summit County - and I would suggest you do so. This rental property is not worth the price and the property manager was difficult to work with. We will not stay here again.
