Les plages désertes s'étendent sur 7 kilomètres et permettent de pêcher, de surfer, de nager et de prendre un bain de soleil au plus grand plaisir. Le fort historique de Fisher est à 3 km, avec des sites de bataille de la guerre civile à visiter. L'aquarium de Caroline du Nord est également juste en bas de la route avec du plaisir pour toute la famille. De nombreux terrains de golf difficiles, des possibilités de navigation de plaisance et des pistes cyclables sont également disponibles. Location is perfect - walking disitance to pretty much anything you could want. Quick walk to the beach as well. Balcony view is beautiful. Unit was clean and a very well stocked kitchen, though with just the 2 of us we didn't use it. Books & puzzles in the TV cabinet. The building is older but very well maintained. We were comfortable and enjoyed ourselves.

Perfect relaxing stay

Fantastic quiet beach town! Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Corner unit with perfect ocean view! We sat on the deck all day and just relaxed.

Nice unit, the clean , the decor was nice and bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the deck ! The TV and Internet didn’t work great but we didn’t really need it much. and the downstairs neighbor was terribly rude but overall we had a lovely vacation. You might want to remind guests that parking passes need filled out to avoid getting towed. Sea Colony is notorious for this.

Excellent getaway!!

This condo is perfect! Well equipt in the kitchen for any cooking...yet close walks to restaurants. The deck faces the ocean and is great with furnishings for relaxing or eating. We loved that it was just a short walk down to the beach as well. Great communication with the property manager. Easy check in and information for the stay.

Two Week Retreat

The condo interior was nicely furnished and the kitchen was well equipped, with every necessary utensil, pan, and cooking accessory.I enjoyed the corner unit light and view.

1st stay

The property was a little dated. No ice maker, no pool access, beach access was at other end of building. I just didn’t care for Carolina Beach. Almost every place we went had pay to park, 6 per hour. I will probably not use this property or location on our next vacation. Just to much for what it is. We stayed 4 nights and the cost was over 1000 dollars.

Beautiful view

Great view, great location. Dirty dishes put away, used cooking tray in the oven with burnt on food, dirty bathroom and shower curtain. Everything else was great.

The property was very clean. I would recommend it to any one. The kitchen was great for cooking. The grilling out side needs to be updated, to old and rusted to use. The only problem was the parking passes were not in the envelope. My son’s car got towed. I had to pay 250.00 To get his car back. I was reimbursed within the week. Other wise I would stay again .

Nice Place would return, even though the pool is not handicapped accessible...

Nice place, great view of the ocean! Glad there was a working elevator. One thing they don't mention is that the pool area is not handicapped accessible, and there are quite a few stairs to walk up to get there, they are fairly steep on the way down and there is no handrail.

Beach condo

The condo was certainly as expected. Great views. It’s a bit of a walk down to the beach but manageable. It would be much easier to bypass the rental company for the pool key and car passes since there is a door code. I would suggest leaving them at the condo. We love this beach so we will definitely be back and would recommend. Thanks for having us!!

Very good stay

The stay was very good. I just wished that the parking passes were made to hang from the mirrors inside your vehicle, so that you don't have to move it when you drive your car, and because you may forget to put it back on the dash and end up with a $250. towing fee. Other than that, it was very nice. Thank You.

Perfect location

I loved the location of this unit. The elevator was very helpful for luggage and groceries throughout the week. You can’t beat the view from the deck. My only issue was how soft the mattress is. If you have any spine issues this will be a problem. I ended up sleeping on the deck in the very comfortable lounge chair 4 of the nights under star lit skies listening to the surf.
