A Shore Thing est un condo au 1er étage avec vue et ascenseur !!! Oceanfront, 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, condo 1er niveau dans le bâtiment de l'ascenseur à la communauté recherchée Sea Colony. Un parking privé et assigné pour 2 véhicules, un placard de rangement dans le carport pour les équipements de plage et un tuyau pour rincer ces pieds ensablés! La suite principale comprend un lit queen-size, un dressing, une télévision à écran plat et une salle de bain privée. La chambre n ° 2 abrite deux lits jumeaux et est adjacente à la salle de bain du hall. Le salon se trouve du côté de l'océan et permet au soleil de s'infiltrer dans le triple curseur! La vue sur l'océan est incroyable! La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour votre séjour à la plage. La salle à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes et nous avons des places à l'extérieur sur le balcon au bord de l'océan! Le salon a un canapé-lit queen et une télévision à écran plat. Wi-Fi est inclus dans votre condo. La communauté propose plusieurs barbecues au charbon de bois pour votre utilisation, dont une bien située dans la pelouse à l'extérieur de votre bâtiment. La piscine est à quelques pas et est sa propre oasis privée. L'accès à la plage est réservé aux propriétaires et aux clients, ce qui en fait une expérience de plage privée.

Perfect Getaway

This is the second year my mother in law and I have stayed in this condo for a girl's trip and we have loved it both times. Beautiful view, perfect balcony to relax on, shirt walk to the tiki bar. Would absolutely stay here again!

Easy and relaxing

We had a great time! Easy beach access, condo was very clean and great beach view. Close by o Carolina beach, but far enough to not be in the busy feeling areas. Would absolutely recommend!

Our family loved the gorgeous ocean view and the 2 minute walk to Ocean Grille and Tiki Bar for delicious fresh seafood and adult beverages. Great Vacay all around!

Shore Thing was Wonderful

Excellent cobdo, very clean, perfect location to restaurants and walking distance to Pier and Tiki bar. Love that you can hang out on the beach and just walk up to Tiki bar for lunch without having to drive or leave the beach area.

The management team was very good. Some items in the unit could be addressed. The blinds in the master bathroom do not close completely so the bright outside light shines in.

We enjoyed our vaca very much...although getting to the beach was somewhat a chore..the walkway was down at the end of the walkway. We could leave our chairs and stuff on the beach all day and kept an eye on them from our balcony..condo was clean and equipped with most of what we needed

The condo was in a great location, easy access. However it needs updated. There was a “wet dog” smell in the condo, the screen slider was difficult to open and close, a missing folding door to the laundry closet which cause the other folding door to not close and kept opening in the kitchen. The neighboring condo(s) smoked outside on their deck so it was annoying to have to breathe it.

Great location, awesome amenities, and very clean!

Everything was pretty on point with this condo - location was perfect, very clean interior, lots of great amenities (the pool and downstairs storage area were clutch). The only slight critique I would give is that the master bed is definitely not a king, as it’s advertised. Truthfully, I don’t even think it’s a queen, it felt more like a full. Other than that, we really enjoyed the space! Perfect for families with small kids.

Disappointed that have to walk far to the beach. Only one access. Had knee replacement and was a bit too much. The twin beds were not come at all. Rolled toward the middle. Overall a good stay.

This is a first floor unit that has access to an elevator to take you to the ground level. From there, you have to walk through the pool area and you are at the shared beach access. Great stay

This was our first time to Carolina beach and we were not disappointed. The rental was excellent. Very clean and plenty of room for a family of 5. Check in and out was a breeze and we had zero issues with the property. We loved how everything was so close to our room. We were able to get to our car, pool, and beach within a matter of minutes. We can’t wait to plan our next trip here! 100% recommend this property.

Great view mediocre accommodations

The management company was friendly and professional. They were easy to deal with. The view from the condo is wonderful. I enjoyed both sunrises and sunsets from the balcony. The beach was not crowded out front. The actual condo needs a deep cleaning and a place to put groceries. I understand it’s a rental and you don’t want to have to replace expensive furniture but a bit more comfort and lots more cleanliness goes along way.

Great location. No golf carts allowed!

Location of property was perfect, views were beautiful! Condo had almost everything we needed. There was not a single square of toilet paper upon arrival, so keep that in mind. The master bed is in need of TLC- loud squeaks with every little move. Biggest complaint is that golf carts weren’t allowed on the property. I was told it’s in the listing, but I do not see it. Definitely choose another property if you plan to rent a golf cart. Will be back to CB, but will choose another property.
