Détendez-vous dans les 5 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bains, salle familiale à deux étages avec foyer au bois de grÚs, armoires et étagÚres intégrées, plafond à caissons voûté; divertir dans la grande véranda grillagée avec sol en Ipe; mettre le «ritz» dans la salle à manger formelle; ou dßner avec désinvolture dans la salle de petit-déjeuner. La préparation des aliments pour votre famille et vos invités sera un jeu d'enfant dans la cuisine gastronomique spacieuse comprenant des armoires en cerisier, des comptoirs en granit, un dosseret de carrelage personnalisé, un grand ßlot, des appareils en acier inoxydable, une cuisiniÚre à gaz à six brûleurs, un four autonettoyant, un four micro-ondes et un garde-manger walk-in! Les planchers de bois franc sont importés du merbau d'Indonésie.

Immense porche avant. Grandes piÚces partout. Plafond de 10 pieds avec portes de 8 pieds au premier étage. Maßtre au premier étage avec bain à remous et douche séparée avec pommes de douche en duel. Plafond à poutres noueuses et poutres apparentes dans le bureau cùblé pour un son surround. Coin salon au deuxiÚme étage, boiseries dans les chambres secondaires. Tapis Frisbee dans toutes les chambres et salle bonus.

La salle bonus dispose d'un Ă©cran plat de 60 pouces avec son surround.

Le patio de 1 000 pieds carrés avec foyer extérieur et cuisine extérieure est idéal pour recevoir un groupe de taille moyenne ou pour se détendre en dßner intime en famille. * La fontaine d'eau n'est pas disponible ou ne fonctionne pas. Maintenance en cours. *

La propriété est pratique partout dans la région de Raleigh, Cary et Durham. Il y a un accÚs routier facile qui facilite les courts trajets vers le centre-ville de Raleigh, Cary, RTP et UNC-Chapel Hill.

Le plus grand parc naturel d'Apex est Ă  une courte distance avec des courts de tennis, une aire de jeux, un frisbee golf, des sentiers naturels et un amphithĂ©Ăątre. The home was great and very spacious! It was the perfect location for our family to gather as we prepared for my sisters wedding. The home was large enough to have a small get together one night for the family that traveled in from New York! There were areas of the home that could have been cleaned a little better but communication with the property manager made it easy to deal with! I would definitely come back and stay in this home again if we travel with a large group to NC! Communication with the host was perfect and timely with every question I had being answered! Thank you for a great stay and a great home!

A beautiful home with plenty of room for 10 people to spread out and be comfortable. Location was close to where we needed to be, including Raleigh. Communications with Host were excellent and would highly recommend.

Home was large but musty smell throughout. Counters and tables needed cleaning. Floors need professional cleaning. Outside chairs near fireplace need new cushions. Can't sit on ones there.Overall house could be really nice if someone spent time to clean.

Baby shower weekend.

The property itself is beautiful and the home has a lot to offer. Contact with the property manager at first was a little bit lax but dramatically improved as we progressed.However, the cleanliness, overall was below par. Specifically, the stove was never cleaned, the counters had a film on them. the dining room table was filthy. Dishes were left in the drying rack on the counter.

Wonderful house but was dirty.

Spider webs all over house. Porch and outside of windows and inside in some areas. Chairs were broken for two of the dining areas. So not enough chairs for us. Low water pressure and little hot water for showers. Such a nice house but needs some upkeep

Amazing home!!!

First of all, this home is gorgeous! Absolutely stunning. We loved everything about this house, from the layout to the decor. Was very roomy, and accommodated very nicely our group of bridesmaids. Kitchen was furnished with everything you could think of. We really loved sitting on the back patio with outdoor fireplace every night! Large screened in back porch was also a plus. I would definitely stay here again if the occasion to be in the area came up.

Beautiful Home

We were in town for a wedding. There were plenty of beautifully appointed bedrooms for our family to stay. The home is conveniently located near stores, restaurants etc, and yet is in a rural area that provides a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Was the perfect place for our trip!

Great place for family gatherings

We enjoyed staying here and hope to do so again. There was plenty of space for multiple activities with seating for everyone. The kitchen is huge and well stocked for cooking at home. We had a minor issue with the hot water and it was promptly addressed.

The perfect setting & Location for my 60th Birthday!

Absolute splendor! This home wrapped its arms around my vision for my 60th birthday gathering with family and friends. From rising in the morning and having coffee on the Oversized screened in porch- watching the horses gallop and hearing nature sing to evening falling and filling this beautiful open floor plan home with laughter, joy, smiles and happiness..I could have not asked for more! The host were very attentive when I needed to contact them. The house was very clean and had everything you would need in the kitchen and pantry if you forget anything! I will DEFINATELY plan to gather here again!

Family Reunion in Raleigh Fall 2023

I live in South Raleigh and was planning for 10 family members to travel in for a reunion weekend in Sep 2023. I decided to find a large VRBO for them to stay together and make the time spent so much more personal and lovely for them while here (most for first time in NC). This house was so amazing and a PERFECT place for them to all come and stay together. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy eating, lounging, and just reconnecting. They loved the huge backyard area and outdoor fireplace, large screened porch, oversized kitchen, many large eating spaces and tables. And of course they enjoyed watching the horses in the back and the crew of chickens and rooster visiting the house each morning for a quick bug hunt. 5 Star Stay!

Luxury in the Country

This is probably the nicest VRBO home we have stayed in. It was clean, spacious and conveniently located. The soap and shampoo in all the bathrooms was a nice touch. The backyard patio was amazing, but the grills need some help. I would definitely stay here again.

Large Family Palace

We had family members from OH, FL & CA come together for our family in Raleigh, NC. Perfect location with beautiful outdoor space. We are in NC often and will reserve this vacation rental again.

Family and friends gathering

What an awesome place! We had friends and family come together for a weekend. There was plenty of room. It is ABSOLUTELY gorgeous inside and out. It had EVERYTHING you could possibly need to entertain for a party.The grills needed some serious cleaning before we could use them. I would not hesitate to recommend this property. I would definitely return!!

CLEAN, PRETTY, ACCESSABLE

First family reunion in many years, so it was great to be with everybody and in a house that allowed plenty of warm spaces to gather and also to read or vegetate. The owners provided plenty of utensils, pots, pans and accessories. We loved the fireplace outdoors, and we barbequed, listened to nature in the morning and enjoyed watching the horses and roaming chickens. Just an absolute delight. The owners provided hotel-sized soaps, shampoos and body wash if you forget yours, which was a thoughtful consideration! Make sure you bring the larger (8-12 cup) basket coffee filters and your own coffee or K cups as there were both types of coffee pots. The house was clean and the bedding smelled fresh. Would stay there again.

Awesome Stay

This place was home away from home. The pictures online does not do this home justice. Very spacious and the rooms were nice. The kitchen was huge and had everything and more. This is a nice place to relax and spend time with friends and family. Oh. The horses are beautiful.
