Had a wonderful stay at the Veranda 201. We found the condo very clean and stocked with everything one would need for a stay. We most enjoyed the beach which provided plenty of space for everyone, and the included beach service was fantastic. Pool was very well kept , and the quick access to the beach very hard to beat.

Vacation

The condo was so clean and neatly furnished. We loved how close it was to the beach and enjoyed not having to pack beach chairs. Everything we needed was right there. My favorite thing was not being so crowded on the beach thanks to the smaller complex. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Relaxed and refreshed

Enjoyable and convenient. Great mornings having coffee on the balcony, watching the sunrise. Evening cocktails watching beachcombers until sundown. The pool was almost ours alone for most of the week, and the beach service was a bonus! Alot of places to eat and visit nearby. Great place to stay, and will stay again!lots of places to eat

Great weekend getaway!

We are long time vacationers of Okaloosa Island. I was very impressed with the veranda. It's location right on the beach was perfect. Having only 9 units, you felt as if you were at your own private beach. The only regret we have is that we can't stay longer.

Great view

We booked condo for a week and could not have been happier with the place. The view is amazing as well as the location. Owner was awesome to work with and responded quickly to all my questions. We love the small size of the complex but with the amenities of a larger resort. We didn't want to leave but will definitely be back.

Awesome Condo

This was the perfect family beach getaway. We were looking to get away from the spring break crowd and boy did this location deliver. Every detail about this condo was awesome! Awesome stay on Okaloosa Island

Couldn’t get much better! Well decorated with everything we needed for a great stay on the beach. Very clean with a great view. Complimentary beach service with two nice chairs and an umbrella on the gulf! Pool was great! The only thing that could be better is that there were only 2 lounge chairs for tanning if you like pool time. Close to awesome restaurants. Stewby’s is within walking distance and has the best seafood ever!

Perfect Beach Condo

This was a great little place to stay. We were literally steps away from the walkway leading to the beautiful white sandy beach. The ocean view was perfect from the balcony and we even had perfect view of the fireworks show off the pier. The artistic decorative touches made this condo really special.

Family Trip

Wonderful quiet location. Close to restaurants and the Pier. The beach access is a close as it gets. Our only issue was the parking. Our vehicle (Chevy Tahoe with a Kayak rack on the top) was too tall for the parking under the condo structure and with only 5 spaces available ouside of this parking we were challenged at times to obtain a space. It would have been nice to have had a few spots saved for oversized vehicles. I will brag on the management of our unit! Ours was struck by lightening during a thunderstorm which took out the AC. They had the AC engineers there pronto and ended up replacing the unit. We can’t thank them enough.

The property exceeded our expectations!

We had to reschedule our trip due to Covid and they were awesome with understanding and finding us a new date. This property is amazing, clean, decorated cute, and was just perfect for our 20th wedding anniversary getaway. It was close to all the restaurants we were wanting to try. Can’t wait to come again and bring our daughters to enjoy the view and beach!

Veranda 201

The Veranda condos are the perfect place to stay on Okaloosa Island in my opinion. Only 9 total units, parking under the building, close to elevator from your parking spot, and when you get off elevator, your condo is very close. There is a beautiful pool between building and the sand between your toes. Veranda 201 had everything we needed for our 7 days there. We loved sitting on deck in the mornings sipping our coffee, taking in the sunsets, sitting on beach in the chairs provided with rental, taking in local restaurants. I have stayed at the Veranda 4 times, and every unit I have rented was perfect. Will definitely return. Two sisters from Missouri

Beautiful Location with not crowded beach.

We loved staying at The Veranda. It is our favorite place to stay in Okaloosa Island. Ease of access to things to do and places to eat. The beach here is never crowded.
