Loved the location of this property. The views were outstanding and steps from the beach. The owner went out of her way to provide links to the local dog park and gave excellent restaurant recommendations. I really hope this property is available next year.

Booked last minute and loved it

Booked last minute and loved the place. Loved the location, very quiet. We got to meet and become friends with some amazing locals. The only downside about our stay is that we booked for 5, it slept 4, as the pullout couch listed was no longer at the property, but we bought an air mattress and made the best of the situation. Would definitely visit here again.

Nice Place for a Couple

Everything was great. Very clean. Easy access to the beach. Great view from the balcony. Owner was a good host, even taking care of a problem I had with a neighbors dog barking late at night (for hours!). We’d definitely stay here again.

Exactly as described

Perfect location for people who don’t want to be around the “party crowd” that’s usually in Pensacola and Destin but who still want the convenience of having restaurants and touristy stuff within a 5 mile drive. There is even a little restaurant within walking distance that overlooks the water and has good food. The condo had the basic needs. Very clean. Easy check in and out. Spacious.

Just right!

We initially booked this unit because we had a dog that loved the beach and our hearts were broken when he passed away leaving just us to make the trip. Little did we know, it was just right for us. Was all we needed and just what we needed (minus our fur baby). Owner was superb to deal with. If I had to nitpick, I would upgrade shower head but absolutely loved this quaint unit in a prime location!!

Absolute perfection!!!

This condo was the very best for my husband and I in location, cleanliness, charm, accessibility to the beach, and that view off the balcony

Awesome View!

Great view and comfortable, quiet condo. Couldn’t ask for better location; condo with convenience of walking onto the beach, but not too far from the action. Well equipped kitchen and fresh linens /towels. Nice that chairs and umbrella was set up for our use daily.

Clean. Great coordination with owner. Easy access. Easy checkout. Right on the beach. This is a pet friendly rental which which was nice. I would suggest that renters be informed prior to making arrangements that no pet are permitted on the beach. We did find dog friendly parks; just not on the beach. Minor suggestion to the owner, place hooks in the hallway for hanging coats. Would recommend this rental to others.

The building is well maintained and well lit. The location and condo/amenities were as described; everything was clean and accommodating. The unit had a great view from the balcony, and access to sand and water is steps away. Good communication with the owner. I will be back!!!

Just amazing

Kim is just great- The condo was super clean, had everthing we could have possibly needed, and the beach is literally right there! The area is quiet and there are lots of restaurants nearby, too- We had an awesome time and definitely plan to come back to Kim's place!

I chose this condo because it is not located next to the crowds. I was looking for a more peaceful and tranquil place to enjoy myself. It's not a high rise and has direct access to the beach that literally is steps away from that prestine white sand and the beautiful water!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

So super close to the beach, great View & almost at the text of Okaloosa Island that there won't be anything built for miles upon miles!
