La lumière naturelle et la vue sur le lagon vous accueillent dans cette confortable villa de deuxième étage d'une chambre. Situé dans le quartier populaire d'East Beach, cet emplacement est imbattable. Un endroit parfait pour une escapade!

Cette villa arbore un salon à aire ouverte, des sièges confortables et une télévision à écran plat. Un accès facile à la cuisine entièrement équipée permet à cette villa de profiter au maximum de l'espace. L'arrière projeté dans le porche est juste à côté du salon pour que vous puissiez admirer les images et les sons de la nature et du lagon. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pendant vos vacances. La chambre comprend un lit king-size, une télévision et un accès complet à la salle de bains.

L'emplacement centralisé du Mariners Watch Villa permet de profiter des commodités de l'île en un clin d'œil. Les 30 miles de pistes cyclables s'étendent jusqu'à Freshfields Village. Les espaces verts et les terrains de jeux de Night Heron Park sont facilement accessibles à pied. La magnifique plage de sable blanc de 10 miles de l'île Kiawah se trouve de l'autre côté du parking et sur la promenade!

Things we loved about mariners watch:Very clean, lots of wildlife to watch on the back patio, biking trails access out front door, very short walk to the shore, view of water lagoon from back patio, villa has everything you need esp in kitchen and nothing you don’t-no junk, all white decor with clean lines, patio is perfect for coffee in the mornings, bike rack by front door, easy to bike to breakfast/lunch/dinner, 25 min bike ride to Freshfield grocery and shopping area, local ground coffee in kitchen, playing cards under tv, great tvs in sitting room and bedroom, comfy bed lots of pillows, listening to the wind blow the palm trees on the back patio is so peaceful Keep in mind: 2nd floor villa, no ocean view, no pool access, perfect for max two guests

Perfect location

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this condo, and we have had a great experience both times. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has everything we need, and we loved sitting on the screen porch with our coffee while watching a heron hunting fish in the marsh below. The beach is a short walk away and the bike trail is right outside the door. Riding bikes is our favorite way to see everything on the island!

Excellent place for a long weekend. Very close to a quiet beach. The screened in porch is great for coffee or afternoon drinks. We even saw an alligator.

Wonderful stay…

The property was lovely, clean and cozy! I enjoyed mornings and evenings on the screened porch in front of the lagoon. The beach was just steps away and was wonderful for long walks every day. Kiawah is a slice of paradise and this unit was perfect to enjoy all it has to offer. I would definitely stay again.

excellent get away for a couple

Wonderful property, that borders the bike paths. A short walk to the beach. Wish there was one extra chair in the living area, but that is a small issue. Had a great time, and will be back!
