The only thing we would suggest is adding in the description that the bathroom is through the smaller bedroom. Otherwise we had a lovely stay.

Beth was easy to communicate with and very helpful throughout the entire process! The apartment was a perfect size, clean and comfy for our trip. The location was also convenient to many sites!! It is on a busy street so the traffic was loud throughout the one night but was less so the additional nights. Easy parking on the side street! Would definitely stay again!

Everything here was perfect! The host was so accommodating, going so far as to recommend pizza places as requested, and having everything in great working order when we arrived.

Good place for money. Good location. Not a lot of parking. Only bathroom is accessed through one of bedrooms only which was odd for 2 unrelated guys but fine. Would stay again

We had a very nice stay. The unit had everything we needed and the location in the city was great. Lots of great food and drink options within walking distance and close to downtown. The host was easy to reach and the instructions provided were helpful. The only two things I would note are the location of the primary bedroom and the bathroom. The bedroom faced a busy road. If you are a light sleeper, keep that in mind. The bathroom was attached to the smaller bedroom. We had planned to bring our adult son but he wasn’t able to join. It would have been slightly awkward for us to have to walk through his sleeping area to get to the restroom, especially when we are up much earlier.

This place was a perfect home base for a long wedding weekend in Minneapolis. Clean, very convenient and affordable. It was plenty of room for 3 adults. The beds and furniture is very comfortable and the back porch area is super cozy! Would definitely stay again next time I’m in Minneapolis.

We enjoyed our stay; the apartment was comfortable and conveniently located for us. Check in was fine, the kitchen was nice, the wi-fi worked fine. The parking situation was decent; we did not use any public transportation, so I don't know if it was convenient to that. There is a nice walking/bike path in the neighborhood that leads down to the river. The one thing we did not like about the apartment was the inconvenience of the one bathroom only being accessed through one of the bedrooms.

The property has been nicely updated and is quite comfortable. Close to everything without being in the middle of everything. The hosts are friendly and responsive, as well. We'd definitely stay again!

This house was a great choice for us

We enjoyed our stay here. Beth was super fast in communicating with us when we struggled to figure out the door code (totally our fault haha). I was pleasantly surprised to see all the things that were provided here like access to cleaning supplies, awesome bathroom amenities, some games, and a well stocked coffee bar and kitchen (which we really appreciated!). It was honestly one of the nicest VBROs we've stayed at. The location was also amazing! Close to the city and many AMAZING restaurants (like Holy Land!). Parking was only available on the street and we did have to share access to the laundry in the basement with the downstairs tenants which was fine for us. The only thing I can think of that would make this place even better would be to have a small bench at the landing for taking on/off shoes easier as well as some curtains in the main bedroom to block out the street lights at night but other than that this place was honestly perfect for us!

Overall really nice place and great location. Check in was really smooth, and Beth responded immediately when I had some trouble (user error) with the door code when we were checking in after 9pm.

Charming place!

Overall this day was rad. Entrance was easy, check in was flexible, the place was really charming and cute. Post was responsive and kind! Only two items to note, not complaints at all whatsoever -Would be good to have some kind of reference for visitors on where to walk for fun markets, a good grocery store, a few good restaurants. Just as an easy reference for visitors!Also, it was a little warm and opening up the windows was kind of hard; but I'm sure if we had asked the host she would have helped!Would definitely return!

Great location!

We came to Minneapolis for the weekend. We went to the Fine Line for a concert and then spent all weekend walking around the North East neighborhood! So many great restaurants and bars located just walking distance from the house. Would stay here again!

Perfect weekend getaway spot!

My friend and I traveled to this area to thrift, relax, and enjoy some good coffee! We were able to accomplish just that because of this incredible Vrbo and host! Check-in was simple, and the apartment matched the pictures online! The host also provided coffee and food recommendations, responded quickly, and was extremely helpful! We had so much fun!

Newly renovated and comfortable apartment

Having given up on Vrbo’s major competitor because the founder of that firm is a close buddy of Elon Musk, I'm now using Vrbo exclusively. This Minneapolis rental site is near a good grocery and N/S bus line on 2nd St. NE. There was only one review of the property so here's our advice: have ice trays available for an otherwise well-equipped kitchen; turn up the hot water temperature for guest visits; and most important: once payment is claimed, send the site address to customer with access instructions! We plan to stay here again.
