Cozy Cottage: à quelques pas de la plage!

Les Sea Spray Cottages sont un adorable groupe de 4 unités situé à l'extrémité nord d'Anna Maria, à l'ouest de Gulf Drive et à seulement quelques maisons de la très acclamée Gulf Beach. Sea Spray 1 est un chalet indépendant avec 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain situé à l'avant gauche de la propriété. Mobilier de plage confortable et une cuisine complète avec comptoirs en granit et appareils en acier inoxydable. Cette unité a son propre gril au propane ainsi qu'une salle à manger extérieure à l'arrière de la maison. Le complexe partage une buanderie à l'arrière de la propriété. Il y a une télévision à écran plat dans le salon. La porte d'entrée entre dans le salon spacieux à aire ouverte, parfait pour divertir la famille. La chambre principale a un lit queen et il y a deux lits jumeaux dans la chambre d'amis. Vous adorerez la courte promenade jusqu'à la plage ainsi que le charme insulaire offert par le pittoresque quadruplex. Sea Spray 1 pour 4 personnes

Absolutely perfect!

So close to the beach, and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. We loved all the turtles, and other wildlife on our short walk to the beach. The house was a perfect size, and had everything you need for a nice stay on Anna Maria Island.

Had a wonderful time!

The location was perfect, offering short walks to stunning views of the beach and easy access to local attractions. Perfect spot to enjoy AMI

We loved this beach cottage. About 5 houses from the beach and a 10 min walk to the shops and restaurants on Pine Street. Everything was clean and stocked for our arrival. It’s not fancy, but is nicely decorated and comfortable.

Found this place about a month before our trip. Couldnt have been better. Less than a block from the beautiful beach. Condo was clean and plenty of room for our toddler to run around!

Wonderful Location

It was better than we ever expected. Just a couple houses down from the beach. So it was so easy to get your toes in sand or even see a beautiful sunset. Home was clean and nicely decorated. Can’t wait for our next stay

1114 Oak Ave Rental Property

The rental house was just what we needed size wise and was nearly on the beach with minimal walk required. We were not far from some of the best places on the island to eat for meals and ice cream. Would definitely come back to this one.

Beach paradise

We stayed a week. The cottage was the fourth house from the beach. An easy stroll. The cottage itself is older but pretty well maintained. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied. Everything worked. We had no problems. We would definitely go back.

Not handicapped accessible

Had to purchase a ramp to get inside. Also the bathroom door and the bedroom door were too narrow for my power chair.. the host was very responsive , immediately came and removed the doors. Kitchen was. Well stocked and convenient.

Sleep and laundry are fundamentals of a great beach vacation

The location was fantastic the accommodations themselves were good (new paint, new trim…things looked nice) however…the beds were uncomfortable and hot (polyester bedding, no mattress pads) and the laundry area and outdoor shower were filthy. Second day into the vacation the cleaning woman overloaded the washer which they had repaired just 3 days earlier. Mgmt company responded but never followed through. HVAC unit looks like its life is short too. Not a good scenario for a great, hassle free vacation.

Thank you for leaving a review. We are sorry you were not comfortable sleeping. We use a linen service that provides linens for all of our homes. We very rarely have coomplaints. We are also sorry for the inconvenience with the shared washer. It has been fixed. Have a safe trip home!

Honeymoon excellence

This was the perfect place fir my wife and I to enjoy the island on our postponed honeymoon. Walking distance to our beach and a short drive to our favorite restaurants. Great little place to stay, and nicely decorated.

Lovely little stand alone cottage

This place is exactly like the pictures but what you can’t see is how truly close the beach is and how quiet the location is as well. We stayed four nights and really enjoyed the island and our accommodations.

Great Cottage just steps from the Beach with everything you need

Very well maintained property. Small but very cozy with a lot of decorative finishing touches that really make it feel more like a home than a rental. Perfect for maybe a couple and two kids. Lots of sitting space with a couch, multiple chairs, and a very useful large kitchen island with ample bar stool seating as well. So it really does not feel crowded at all. Having a washer and dryer right out back is a big convenience. The large patio was very nice to for sitting in the evenings. Also was surprised to see a very functional and well maintained grill with a full gas canister. A few good restaurants within a short walk as well was nice. I woudl highly recommend it.
