Villa de première ligne extraordinaire avec propre accès à Cala Gran et piscine chauffée pendant les mois les plus frais (d'avril à octobre selon la météo générale à l'époque).

La villa moderne et baignée de lumière avec un accès direct à la plage de Cala Gran, l'une des plus belles plages de Cala d Or et sa proximité avec le centre-ville fait de vos rêves de vacances une réalité. La belle entrée de la maison mène d'abord à la cuisine de bon goût, puis au salon-salle à manger ouvert, qui offre une vue fantastique sur la belle terrasse et la piscine sur la baie de Cala Gran. Au rez-de-chaussée il y a une chambre avec deux lits simples qui a une vue magnifique sur la mer et une salle de bain pour invités avec baignoire.

Au premier étage, il y a trois autres chambres et deux salles de bains avec accès privé au grand balcon. Le deuxième étage se compose de la chambre principale avec une élégante salle de bains privative et une terrasse sur le toit avec une vue magnifique sur Cala d'Or et la vaste mer. Toutes les chambres ont de nouvelles unités de climatisation. La grande piscine à débordement est chauffée et peut être appréciée toute l'année. Il y a des barrières spéciales pour les enfants / bébés qui peuvent être installées autour de la piscine. Toute la maison dispose de sécurités bébé / enfant à tous les niveaux, y compris les terrasses. Le garage de la propriété dispose de deux places de parking et d'autres réfrigérateurs pour les boissons et la nourriture. La villa dispose d'Internet ADSL haute vitesse de 100 Mo / s

Perfect Family Getaway by the Sea – We Loved Every Minute at Casa Pato

Our stay at Casa Pato was absolutely perfect. Dominique’s communication was amazing—her dining tips came in especially handy and helped shape some of our favorite meals. The location couldn’t have been more convenient for our family of nine: steps from the beach, just a minute’s walk to town, and close to both charming local shops and excellent restaurants at the marina. The views were stunning, and the beaches at Cala Gran and Cala Esmeralda were even better than expected. The home itself had everything we could ask for and more—comfortable, well-equipped, and ideal for a group. We loved every minute and would gladly stay again.

The home was beautiful and the location superb directly in front of the ocean and beach. Every room was well appointed, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our family. The garage was stocked with snorkels and toys if wanted for the water. Our communication with Dominque was fast and friendly- she was so helpful. We were visiting in the off season so she heated the pool for us in advance which was very much appreciated. It was the perfect get away after my dad raced in the world championship Ironman in Marbella. We were able to walk to a few stores and restaurants that were still open and to an epic Mercado for groceries located on an idyllic marina about 10 minutes away.This house was perfect for our small family and would be perfect for large families as well. It looks just like the pictures!

Family holiday

Fantastic stay at a beautiful central villa in Cala D’Or. Communication with the property owner was excellent and very responsive. We did have a few issues with unexpected double bookings and pool filter issues which were completely out of the owners control, but they dealt with them very quickly. All the family enjoyed their stay and being so central it was perfect for getting around. Would more than happily book again. Thanks for allowing us to stay x

Amazing Property

What a fantastic place to spend a long weekend catching up with lifelong friends. We couldn’t have asked for a more fantastic location, next to the beach, near restaurants and bars and breathtaking views. The house itself was amazing, loads of room, all the facilities we could ever want, super clean. I really can’t think of any more we could have wanted. Dominique was also amazing with her support in booking, arranging taxis and responsiveness to questions. I would recommend this property 100%.

Our expectations were exceeded in this lovely home on the beach. We used the pool and swam in the ocean everyday. The house was the perfect accommodation for our group of 8 people. Rooms were air-conditioned, kitchen was well equipped and security was top notch. The location was the best spot in Cala d'Or. Walk to restaurants, shopping and marina. The VRBO owner/staff was always quick to return any messages. We did NOT want to leave! Highly recommend.

Gorgeous Beach House

We loved the location of this house, on the water, steps from the beach. We sat on the back porch as much as possible, listening to the waves. We walked to dinner each night, in the town and on the marina. The house is spacious, with plenty of bathrooms and seating on the porch. The host kindly gave us several throw blankets to drape around our shoulders as we sat outside. We called the house our villa because of its location and neighborhood. The front yard is filled with beautiful herbs, rosemary and mint. We would definitely stay here again. We did hear some noise from construction across the inlet, but it was minimal.

We had such an excellent week in this amazing villa, nobody wanted to go home!! The villa owner was so on the ball with absolutely everything before and during our stay, making our holiday completely stress free. Casa Pato is in the most fantastic location, with easy access out the side gate down a few steps to the beach, a short walk to the Spar (well stocked supermarket) and so many nearby restaurants to choose from. The villa pool was well kept, well secured and the shallow steps provided easy access for the little ones. The air conditioning in the bedrooms works super effectively and the lounge fans keep the ground floor nice and cool. The whole villa is lovely and spacious and the views from all levels give this property a lovely relaxed holiday vibe. We appreciated the plentiful supply of beach towels and throws for our frequent visits to the beach, where the sand is soft, the water is calm and shallow and the shore line monitored by lifeguards- very reassuring when you have small children running around. Our family are already planning our return visit next year. A gem of a find if ever there was one!!

Perfect family holiday location on Cala Gran in Cala D'or

We spent a sun filled week in this stunning villa perched above Cala Gran. With amazing views of the Cala and easy access to the beach below. There were only 5 of us, but we could have easily have accommodated double that. All the rooms look out to the sea and have lovely terraces off them. The master suite is very large and has a private terrace overlooking the Cala with a perfect morning view! We had a four year old with us and didn't feel worried about the pool and the house is well set-up for kids. We spent many lazy days around the villa and on the beach. You can easily get to the other Calas and our daughter especially loved the solar land train that takes you around the town. The marina is not far and the restaurants of Porto Colom and Porto Petro are a quick car trip. We also checked out Santanyí market on Saturday which was great for gifts, the town also has good boutiques and cafes. We couldn't fault our stay and would highly recommend it for a family holiday.

Fantastic Family Holiday

Fantastic holiday. The villa was in a superb location - close to the beach & all amenities. The welcome pack was great thank you and the cleaners were very accommodating/helpful when we arrived early. The Nespresso machine was just like being at home. Great that we had the use of towels and didn't have to bring any with us. The age range of our family was from 14yrs through to 74yrs and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we would definitely stay again. We would highly recommend.

Meget bra bolig. Flott , varmt nydelig basseng. Bra med utemøbler. Super beliggenhet og meget god plass for vår familie på 7. Lite minus for renhold ute. Vi trodde det lå i avtalen, men endte opp med å spyle og feie selv.

Wonderful vacation spot!

Ten women had a great stay at this house for a week. The views from the house and the short walk into town made it very memorable. The house fit us all very comfortably and it was well appointed. Dominique was very responsive to any questions we had and her local team did a great job responding to any concerns. Our only regret is that we scheduled so much to do that we did not get to fully enjoy lazy days by the pool!

Even better than the pictures.

This is one of those properties that makes you want to move to the location after a stay. Enough privacy to feel like a retreat, but close enough to the action to quickly grab a meal, a drink or pop in the ocean for a swim. If you're hesitating, don't. I've visited 60+ countries and this house has it all!

We are a British family with long ties to Mallorca through family and dear friends. Both my husband and I have been going to Mallorca since we were small children and now have Spanish and British family living across the island. We have 2 children and 2 dogs. We bought this house so that our children could have a home from home and build Mallorca memories just like my husband and I were lucky enough to do when we were young and Palma airport was no more than a hut. We chose Cala D'or because of the beautiful calas, the pretty white building and because it is close to our relatives but not too close! We were also very keen to have somewhere that the children could be free to come and go without us having to worry about them. They can go to the beach and the town with their friends and cousins and, as they get older, they will be able to go to bars, restaurants and even a few clubs and walk home without us worrying about their taking taxis on the Mallorca roads which can be very dangerous at night. Maybe one of our children will even end up getting married in the little white chapel by Cala D'or.....

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We love this house because it has enough bedrooms to stuff full of friends and family and enough local activities (beach, town, marina etc.) that people can come and go without being reliant on cars or lifts. We can all enjoy each other's company without getting on each other's nerves! The house is great for all ages: It has a beautiful pool which can be easily seen from many parts of the house so children can play and parents can see them. The main terrace area can be closed off to keep smaller children away from the pool and we can also put an extra fence round the pool for increased small people safety. We have lots of baby equipment so that you don't need to travel heavy. Teens can come and go freely with a beach and town to entertain them and the adults can relax in style. We also have a downstairs bedroom so that the more mature visitor doesn't need to bother with stairs. It doesn't matter how old you are or what you like to do, there is something for everyone at the Beach House, and that is why we bought it!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We are right on the beach and the sea but the house is set far enough back that we can get away from the ruckus. There is a lovely ice-cream shop and bar at the bottom of the steps on the beach, some great places for jumping off the rocks in the Cala and a scuba diving centre at the back of the beach. The town has all sorts of shops and a great variety of restaurants. For something more upmarket, the marina is a 5 minute walk away across the little paths connecting the calas. There are also some gems of local restaurants in the villages and rural areas around Cala D'or. We like to horse ride and enjoy trips to Rancho Jaume in the national park just a 15 minute drive away. They will also come and pick you up from the villa if you book in advance. We love to walk and Mallorca is beautiful for walking in the winter, such a treat to have the Mondrago National park just up the road.
