Thank you for your feedback and for choosing our condo for your stay! We're glad you had a great time overall. If there's anything specific we can improve on to make your experience even better next time, please let us know. We appreciate your understanding and hope to host you again soon!

Thank you for your comments, and we are happy you enjoyed your stay! Great news...... the master bedroom mattress has been replaced with a brand new comfy one. We hope you will visit us again!

Thank you for your review. We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed the location of our condo! However, we strive to provide our guests with well-maintained and carefully managed beach vacation rentals and sincerely apologize if this was not demonstrated to you. Our records indicate that upon receiving notification that the washer was not working properly, a member of our team immediately responded to your unit. When he arrived, he found that the timer on the washer was a bit loose. After tightening the timer, the washer began working properly. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our records also show that on the last day of your stay, maintenance responded to a service order for the master bath and clothes dryer. Upon arrival, a member of our team quickly cleared the master bath and discovered that, although the dryer was working properly, the guest had forgotten to press "start". Nevertheless, we take full responsibility for any maintenance issues you encountered during your stay and take your feedback very seriously. We notified both our housekeeping and maintenance teams of your concerns and the unit has been inspected and deep cleaned. Again, we thank you for reviewing your stay and hope you accept our sincerest apologies. We hope to have you back one day for an improved vacation experience!

Thank you for your review! We are so happy to hear you were pleased with our unit and that there was enough room for everyone to enjoy! However, we are so sorry for any issues with the door code and if you were unable to reach us. We pride ourselves on our outstanding communication and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We are unsure of what number you were calling as our records do not indicate any missed calls, voicemails or texts from the number on your reservation. However, it is possible that we were on the phone with another guest and were unable to answer. Nevertheless, we are so sorry for this miscommunication and hope you will accept our sincerest apologies. Regarding the door code, it can occasionally take a few minutes for the code to activate and we apologize for this inconvenience. We are looking into this to ensure that, in the future, door codes are immediately ready at 4PM. Again, we thank you for reviewing your stay and apologize for any issues you encountered. You all were wonderful guests and we would love to have you back! Hope to see you again soon!

Thank you for reviewing your stay! We are happy to hear that you were satisfied with the cleanliness of our condo and enjoyed the beautiful view! However, we do apologize that your key code was not working upon arrival. As the parent of a toddler myself, I completely understand your frustration. Although this is an extremely rare occurrence, we are continuously working on ways to ensure door codes are ready to use the moment our guests arrive and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We also apologize that you were not able to use the coffee maker. We were not notified of any issues and regret not being able to remedy this during your stay. If notified, we would have been more than happy to deliver a brand-new coffee maker to your condo, along with extra pillowcases and blankets. Good news – both our housekeeping and maintenance teams have been notified of your concerns and the coffee maker has been replaced. Again, we appreciate your feedback and hope you will accept our sincerest apologies. We wish you safe travels home and hope you choose to return for an improved vacation experience!
