The space
Beach Gear:
We have two beach chairs and an umbrella for you to use during your stay. Please make sure they are wiped clean of sand before returning to the unit.

Bedrooms:
All beds are dressed with 100% cotton bed sheets.
- Sleeps 6 well with children.
- 2 Bedrooms / 2 Baths

Room 1: Master bedroom: KING bed. Private bath. Flat screen TV.
Room 2: Guest bedroom: 2 Twin beds. Uses hallway bathroom. Flat screen TV.

Other sleeping options:
Living room: Pull out couch sleeper.

TV's:
There is cable TV in all the bedrooms. The living room TV is a smart TV and you should be able to use streaming services that you may have subscriptions with.

Bathrooms:
All bath towels are 100% cotton.
Bath 1: Hallway bathroom is accessible from the hallway.
Bath 2: Private master bath.
- Starter roll of TP in each bathroom. (please purchase more if you need more)
- Starter hotel sized shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion and body wash provided.

Kitchen:
- Keurig and drip coffee maker. Please bring your own creamer.
- Dishwasher detergent included (a few pods, if you need more please purchase.)
- First roll of paper towels included.
- Starter garbage bags included.
- Kitchen fully-stocked with cookware & utensils.

Home:
- Washer/dryer IN UNIT w/detergent (a couple boxes, if you need more please purchase.).
- Free Wifi
- Dining table seats up to 6.
- Keyless entry into condo (digital code lock).
- The mechanical closet should have some beach gear in it, we can’t guarantee what exactly but feel free to use any gear you find as long as you clean it off and put back when done.
-Porch w/chairs and a view to the Destin Harbor.
- Community grill is connected to a main gas line and located by the pool. Please check that it is working properly before planning to use it.

Parking:
- No passes needed. Park anywhere you like in the parking lot.

Services:
- Beach chair rental service. I am sorry there is no beach service on this beach. The blue chairs you see are for private hotel guests only.

Rules:
*** This is a completely NON SMOKING/VAPING unit. If you smoke or vape you will be kicked out with NO refund and charged a minimum $3,000 fine to fully remediate the unit. ***

***This unit is entirely PET FREE. We are sorry but we are not able to accommodate any pets! *** There will be a minimum of a $300 fine for extra cleaning, charged to the guest, if any pet has been in the unit.

# Please note that this pool is NOT heated# But in the summer it is usually plenty warm.

Check in 4 PM. Check out 10 AM. *Sorry I can not provide late check out. My cleaners need access to clean at 10 am.*

Disclamer:
While every effort will be made to provide a working pool, ultimately the HOA is in charge of maintaining and fixing the pool and management can not be held responsible it happens to be under maintenance at the time of guests visit.
Guest access
You will receive a gate code before your arrival. You will need this to enter the parking lot. Feel free to park in any open parking space. No parking pass is needed.

You will also receive your door code in the same message ahead of time.

If you arrive early and would like to enjoy the beach or pool, feel free to park in the parking lot early. Beach access is just past the pool.

We apologize but we can not provide EARLY CHECK IN or LATE CHECK OUT. Our cleaners and handymen are working hard to make sure the unit is ready for you to enjoy upon your arrival and they need the ability to access the unit by 10 am on your check out day in order to do the same for the next guest. Thank you for your understanding.
Other things to note
This unit features beach access right from the pool area. It is easy to come and go from the beach multiple times a day with all of your gear. Put the kids down for a nap and enjoy the pool just a few feet away. The ocean water is a 690' walk from the pool through the sand.

This is O'Steen Public beach. The public beach access trail head is just down from the building but you will have PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS just off the pool through a gate exclusively for this complex. There is NO BEACH SERVICE at this beach. The blue chairs and umbrellas are only for the hotel guests. But just past the blue chairs you have access to the snorkeling cove PUBLIC BEACH between the last white box and the jetty. And if you want to continue walking on the sand, around the jetty, the public beach continues and there are waves to play in and seashells to find.

There are many restaurants to choose from within 10 minutes: Boshamps, Harbor Docks, McGuire’s, Rhumcay Island Grill, Coyote Ugly Saloon, AJ’s Seafood and Oyster Bar, Tailfins Waterfront Grill, Boat House Oyster Bar, Donut Hole Bakery, Jasmine Thai, Panera Bread, Bayou Bill's Crab House and so much more!

Enjoy Harbor Walk Village where you can stroll along the boardwalk marina and watch boats come in with their catches. Stop by Margaritaville for a drink and appetizers. Take a dolphin tour, go parasailing or book a fishing trip right off the boardwalk!

There are 3 main shopping areas close by. Destin Commons Shopping Mall has numerous eateries, great shopping and a fountain to enjoy. Silver Sands Factory Outlet (designer factory outlet featuring over 100 name-brand stores). Grand Boulevard Town Center is a shopping and dining center that is pedestrian-friendly with many high-end stores and boutiques to enjoy as well as dining options.

Hurricane Policy: If the state or local government orders a mandatory evacuation for the particular area where the property is located AND you don’t stay at the property, you will receive a full refund for the nights the mandatory evacuation order is in place. Any refunds will be processed within 30 days after the event is over. Please be advised that we cannot promptly respond to support tickets during times of emergency.



Other situations, like general State of Emergency, voluntary evacuations, canceled/delayed flights, changed travel plans including blocked roads in other areas of the Country or fear of travel, the standard cancellation policy will apply.

We suggest purchasing 3rd party travel insurance when you make the booking in order to be protected for unforeseen circumstances.
