Récemment rénovée, spacieuse chambre des maßtres avec dressing, cuisine complÚte équipée pour 8 personnes, télévision par cùble de base dans le salon et la chambre principale, bureau, accÚs Internet WIFI gratuit, grande cour arriÚre avec clÎture privée, barbecue au propane, lit d'enfant, chaise haute et piscine communautaire. La maison est à quelques minutes du centre-ville de Bluffton SC, à 30 km de la plage de Coligny à Hilton Head Is. CAROLINE DU SUD. Downtown Savannah GA est à 30 minutes. Il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon. Parfait pour la famille et les amis. Easy Bluffton vacation locale

Was looking for a place to stay for a few days while visiting some family in Sun City Bluffton. This house was about 15 minutes away and fit the bill. Close to shopping, restaurants, 30 mins to the beach. The neighborhood pool was a fun time for my kids. Neighborhood itself was average, home was comfortable and tidy. Beds were very comfy! Owner Sylvester was a top-tier communicator and very kind, I appreciated his quick responses and attentiveness when we reached out to him directly.

Great place, great host!

The home itself was in a great spot, half an hour from the beach, with pool access and a nice neighborhood. The host was quick to respond and helpful! Definitely recommend for anyone going to Hilton head!

Fabulous! You must stay here!

Such a lovely home. This was an ideal 3 bedroom home that has a very convenient location - close to everything including Downtown Historic Bluffton, Hilton Head & Savannah. Very clean, nice outdoor patio & it was great to have a garage to keep the car out of the sun. Excellent & fast communication with the host. I can't say enough good things.

Home in Bluffton

Basic home nothing fancy, good value for the money. Very well kept and clean. High boy beds are difficult for seniors, landscaping needs work, short on teaspoons.

So Wonderful

This beautiful home was so clean. We had no complaints. Property manager was very kind and quick to answer any questions I had (as it was our first experience). Our only minor issue was having to take our own trash to the dump. Other than that, we'll most likely be booking this property again for all of our visits to the area. Thx Sylvester!

Great place to stay

Beautiful clean and well maintained house. It is close to a pool and an easy drive to the beach. The beds were so comfortable. We have one small issue in n that the smoke alarms needed a new battery. The host had it taken care quickly. I highly recommend this rental and will stay again if coming to the area.

Great vacation

Great stay for 2 adults and 4 teenagers. Comfy beds. The sofa bed was bent and really couldn't be used but the actual beds were great. Didn't have sheets availabile for the sofa couch either, though I'm sure if we'd contacted the owner he'd have provided them. The kitchen was perfect for our constant use of it. All the needed utensils and equipment was available. Had a dishwasher though we didn't use it. Was great to have a washer and dryer as well. We were able to go home with clean clothes! We used the patio table and grill in the backyard and it was wonderful. The yard hadn't been mowed but we didn't use the yard anyways so it didn't really bother us. It was further from the beach, 30 minutes instead of 15, but we still went every day. We tried using the community pool but the key wouldn't open the gate and no one was there to let us in. We went to the beach instead and had a great time. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Was close to grocery stores and restaurants.

Nice place, unclear checkout.

The property was nice. Very clean, like a hotel. Nothing extra. No mustard in the refrigerator, no tea in the cupboard. The towels were even folded like a hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the TV was great. No complaints about the property or the price. The only problem was the checkout. The owner sent a text at 10:15 am telling us that the checkout was 10:00a.m. We rushed out and left the place by 11:00am. The owner then notified me that he was charging me a late fee. This is unfair. We were not notified of this in advance.

Convenient to beaches

This is a lovely ,well appointed house in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed,close to coligny and burkes beaches. The best part is that it was two streets down from my daughter and grandkids that we went to visit! It was very clean and comfortable, I would definitely stay again.

Lovely Stay

The host, Sylvester, has a 3/2 home in a quiet residential neighborhood. Close to all the conveniences (stores, restaurants, etc). Very clean and well maintained. This is a great base of operations for whatever brings you to the Bluffton/Hilton Head area. Don't know if host allows pets, but it has a completely fenced back yard. We'd rent again, but just bought a home nearby.

Lovely property. Well taken care of and maintained.

At first I was concerned that we did not have address of property and had no check in or check out information. We managed and did receive the information needed as we were traveling to destination. We enjoyed interaction with property owner. We didn't know requirements for leaving the property. We stripped beds and put sheets in laundry area. We removed all used towels and put them in the laundry area. We put all used dishes/flat ware in the dishwasher.

Everything we needed

Location was just what we wanted. Pretty quiet overall even though it was in a development. Pool was nice, clean, and virtually empty, which was nice & relaxing. King Master bed was awesome (and I'm picky!!), garage was nice too-easy loading & unloading. Owner answered my questions quickly. It was more house than we really needed (only 2 of us). Only suggestion, maybe add lounge chairs to the back yard. Overall, great property.

Thumbs up with a few disappointments

Being that our youngest daughter and family live in Bluffton and we visited with our oldest daughter and 2 granddaughters the location was perfect (5 minutes from their home). The house was very clean but needs some improvements. Such as there were no sheets and blankets for the hide a bed, there was only 1 stemless wine glass, No extra blankets, the couches in the living room are very broken down and the yard had knee high weeds that needed mowing. The upside the beds were extremely comfortable and my husband loved the sharp knifes. The pool was listed as an amenity which was a draw and a major reason we rented the house being that the young granddaughters would love it. Come to find out it didn’t open until May1 which was very disappointing., however there is a small playground by the pool that the girls enjoyed. Overall met our basic needs.
