Beautiful 3 Bedroom Villa, a quick walk to the ocean! Quiet and roomy!

This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse is a short 4 minute walk to the beach. Bike or walk to Folly Field Beach Park on the bike trail located in front of the villas. Perfectly set up for a family of 7, this condo has room for everyone. Boogie boards, skim board, umbrella, beach chairs, and beach cart are all provided for your enjoyment. Remember to pack your beach towel!

This condo is constantly updated. The owners care deeply about comfort, beautiful spaces and cleanliness. The bedrooms have all been updated recently with new flooring, some new beds and desks provided in each room to make remote work easy!
The bathrooms have been updated with new floors and tile work. This is a beautiful, comfortable, well cared for property!
There is an abundance of cookware and small appliances to make cooking easy and fun such as a rice cooker, blender, toaster, crockpot and numerous pots and pans.
The courtyard has plenty of room to park your bikes and the table has been moved to the front courtyard to make a nice outdoor dining option. The back courtyard has a propane grill and small seating area.
For a stress free vacation, have your bikes delivered ahead of time to the courtyard. Most rental companies provide free delivery and pick up. There are also baby companies that will deliver cribs and high chairs. Instacart will deliver your groceries from many different stores in the area.
Many guest return to this property year after year because it is so comfortable and a beautiful space to be in to make your vacation memories!

Host was awesome and when we needed something she was quick and on it. Place was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed. Big enough for my family of 6. Would stay again. So close to everything.

Had a great stay. Host was accommodating and we got to check in early. House was well stocked for cooking and had lots of beach gear. Ample room for 6 people. Only disappointment was that a hot tub is listed on the amenities and we never found it if it was there.

Very Nice Stay Folly Field Beach

Place is just as advertised, close to Folly Field Beach with modern decor. Check-in was super easy. It was perfect for 4 adults & 2 kids. Assigned parking guest parking were very convenient. Owner was always quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Nice property and very clean!! Beds are comfortable. Beach is close. All you could want to take to the beach is provided. Bike Doctor came in clutch! Biking on the beach was amazing! Kitchen had everything you needed to prepare a meal. Front courtyard with table was good for gathering. The property was quiet and relaxing! The pool was closed for repairs, but the owner made it right. Overall this is a 10/10!! Will recommend and stay again! Our family enjoyed ourselves!

Family Beach Trip

Very nice place with everything we needed for our family. Super clean, well thought out items that a guest would need. Wagon, sun shade, boogie boards, sand toys, very convenient for us since we were flying in. Love the courtyard area that is at the entrance. It keeps most of the sandy things outside, and a safe area to leave things out to dry. A short walk to beach and a nice pool area.Would highly recommend!

A beautifully decorated, updated, and well thought out condo. Very clean and cozy. Attention to detail in every room, with comfort and functionality. We had a girls getaway ( with my adult daughter, and friend) and were so happy to have found this gem. 6 min walk to Folly Field Beach, with beach chairs, Shibumi, and beach wagon available. Enjoyed coffee out in courtyard. Highly recommend!! Would definitely stay here again. Owner helpful and very responsive to questions.

Easily The Best Condo on Hilton Head

Everything in this condo is brand new and up-finished. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach. Very cozy, perfect for families. Best thing: they have baby gates for the stairs!!!

Very pleasurable visit

The townhouse was just great for our three-month stay. We loved the easy walk to Folly Field Beach and comfortable furnishings, especially the beautiful wooden table tops. Belinda was a very responsive owner/manager.

From MN to Beach Time!

It was wonderful to walk into such a CLEAN and refreshing property after a day of travel! The decor is lovely and soothing. It was very convenient to get to the beach; easy walk and the beach wagon, chairs and boogie boards were all well utilized by us. We did rent a car, which we were glad to have, to get to different restaurants, Walmart, etc. But I imagine if one planned grocery delivery and Ubers you could get by without one. We also used the pool plenty to keep our 4yr old grandson busy when we weren't at the beach. The only negative, which really wasn't an issue for us, was that the Primary bathroom was a bit tight, but it was so clean so that more than made up for it. We didn't get to sit outside on the patio, only because of the heat and summer bugs, definitely would have in cooler weather. Thank you so much for sharing your home, we had a wonderful time, and we would stay again for sure!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We rented in the Stone’s Throw complex for many years before purchasing our condo. It is a hidden gem of a community, so quiet and roomy and very close to the beach. We loved how there was so much room for our family and we could store our bikes right in the courtyard. We have met most of the other owners and it is a group of kind, caring people. We love the pool area which is seldom busy. The design of the townhomes is wonderful for privacy and quiet since nobody is above or below and it is so nice to have 2 outdoor private areas. The trolley outside of the complex can take you over the island giving a measure of independence to teenage guests!

Everything in this condo has been thoughtfully chosen for beauty and purpose. The owner is a designer and is passionate about designing hospitable experiences. We care about doing things right.
