CasaBlanco est une escapade en soi avec la tranquillité située à l'arrière de la propriété. Les eaux sereines de la rivière Blanco ouvrent la porte à la détente avec la beauté des collines et la clarté de l'eau. Il suffit de descendre les 99 marches en pierre pour rejoindre les eaux fraîches et un sentier de nature menant à un magnifique parc privé.

CasaBlanco propose des chambres de maître séparées avec chacune sa salle de bain complète et ses portes privées donnant sur le vaste pont. Chaque chambre offre un lit king size confortable. Un bain à remous se trouve juste au-delà du pont pour se détendre à la belle étoile la nuit. Des vues spectaculaires sont appréciées de chaque pièce de la maison. En hiver, blottissez-vous sur le canapé invitant en écoutant le feu crépitant du feu de bois.

Our stay was great! House was perfect size for the two of us. Loved that the light switches were labeled! We lived out on the back porch watching for birds of which we saw about 15 different species. Kitchen was adequate for simple cooking. A small toaster oven would be nice and some ice trays since ice maker didn't work. Bed in room off the kitchen was very comfortable. Loved the cute, tiny ceiling fan which moved a great deal of air! Steep climb to & from river w/ no handrail on stairs so be wary. Great view of the river from the back porch (in April anyway). Hot tub was most enjoyable in the evenings. We are already looking forward to our return trip to this house in July.

Everything about the house was good, and it’s in a lovely location that is super quiet and relaxing. Only 2 things to note: One bed had no mattress topper so it was extremely hard (the room on the right); and the exterior floodlights are permanently on at night and shine directly into both bedrooms. I understand wanting light for security reasons but maybe switch to motion lights? Future visitors will definitely want to bring sleep masks.

Great Little House

The property was lovely. Loved the back patio with the amazing view! There was a really cool stairway to the clear blue-green river below that even had a trail next to it. Very relaxing had a great time.

We stayed here for our babymoon and the cabin was very clean and had just about everything we needed (had dish detergent, no laundry detergent, spices/oil were there, no coffee). The beds are pretty firm, but overall we enjoyed the stay. You are right on the river, but there is quite a hike down the stairs to get there. I was 8 months pregnant, so going down wasn't so bad but coming back up was a bit of trek. The river in general was pretty low, about hip height most of the span we checked. Our biggest issue was that it was clear that the neighbors are NOT HAPPY about this being a rental property. The entry to the river with the rope swing in the pictures is not private to this home and is used by all neighbors. There was one family that made quite a scene with us over it brought in reinforcements that was honestly just super uncomfortable and unnecessary. I don't think the listing made it clear that this was a shared entrance, so again just be aware and know that if neighbors are using it they aren't happy about this being a rental (sounds like it's the only one). Overall we could get to town in 10-15 minutes and enjoyed the location and stay overall.

Quiet Street and Nice Home

We had a wonderful stay when coming to Wimberley to take my daughter to camp. The river is beautiful and we even did some stargazing. We would stay here again.

Relaxing family summer vacation

This stay was just what we needed for our family vacation! The view is beautiful from the back porch and the hot tub was so relaxing in the evenings. Check in was easy, we had no issues. The kitchen was very nice and clean, as were the bathrooms. The only thing I had a minor issue with was the clothes dryer…it doesn’t dry well at all. We had to hang all our clothes outside on the back porch to dry.Over all, our stay was great!

Wonderful visit!

It was such a wonderful and relaxing stay! The view was amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the porch, or going down to the river. We felt removed from the city, but it didn’t take long at all to get into town and enjoy different things in the area.
