AccÚs direct à la plage! Vous tomberez amoureux de notre maison de ville en bord de mer à Cape San Blas, en Floride! Parfait pour une escapade en couple ou un voyage entre amis ou en famille, cette maison a tout pour plaire - trois chambres (plus un canapé-lit!), trois bains et demi, une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, des espaces de vie / de divertissement et de couchage séparés et la vue la plus incroyable sur le golfe. Encore mieux, ce n'est qu'à quelques pas de l'océan. Pas besoin de tout transporter jusqu'à la plage pour la journée lorsque vous avez un accÚs facile à votre lieu de séjour - pour un rapide voyage à l'intérieur pour déjeuner ou faire une sieste. Nous espérons que vous en profiterez pour admirer le coucher de soleil depuis l'un des trois porches en bord de mer, prendre un feu de joie et s'mores sur la plage et profiter de la plage reposante et peu fréquentée que nous visitons depuis 1995. C'est vraiment une escapade et nous avons hùte de la partager avec vous!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! We will book again. If you are looking to stay on the beach, this is the place. The views from all 3 balconies were perfect!! The beds were comfy and the bedding was so cool and soft especially after a hot day in the sun.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return! The ocean views were incredible and could be enjoyed from all three private balconies—each level had its own space overlooking the water, which made the home feel extra special.The unit was spotless upon arrival and clearly very well cared for. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, including quality kitchen tools and bakeware, which made cooking meals easy and enjoyable.This home was also extremely family-friendly. The beach closet was thoughtfully stocked with beach chairs and sand toys for the kids, which was such a nice bonus. While there are quite a few stairs since the home spans three levels, it was completely worth it for the views and added privacy.Overall, an amazing place to stay with beautiful views, great amenities, and a comfortable, welcoming feel. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location and unit

We loved our stay here! It was very clean and perfectly sized for our group (4 adults, 2 children). This was probably the most well stocked kitchen I have ever rented, lots of cookware and appliances available. Great beachfront view, steps away from the beach. Also appreciated the community pool on the red flag days where we could not swim in the ocean. Check in was easy and great communication with Ashley.

Wonderful location, and loved the ease of access to the beach. Plus, the pool was not far from us, at all. Coolest thing was doing a bonfire on the beach. Great condo for the family. It did have a lot of stairs, but we taught our toddler how to use the stairs safely and we had such a smooth week. Loved the balconies over looking the beach. Ashley was super helpful during our stay!

Last Minute Spring Break

Great location on the beach! Listened to waves crash all night, played in them during the day. Close to state park so when the waves get too crazy on the beach we could take kids to Eagle Harbor and play on the sand flat in St Joseph Bay. Great location!

A little piece of paradise

We had a lovely stay at this property. The kitchen was well stocked and it was convenient to the pools. This was one of our best stays at The Dunes and we want to stay here when we return.

Fantastic house and located right on the beach!!!

I can't say enough about this property and the owner!! It was clean and had all the amenities we could ever need and also had on hand spices for our use. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms spacious. The whole house was beautifully decorated. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Beautiful stay & attentive host

We had a great stay & appreciated the timely communication from our host. The unit was comfortable, updated & well supplied. While we found it to be clean upon arrival, giving 4 stars instead of 5 because there was one detail that was missed & we found the source upon checkout (a soiled pillow that was contributing to a pet urine smell we couldn't pinpoint in the master bedroom). The host was gracious in responding to this finding & replaced the pillow for the next renters.

Great Rental!

The house is well renovated, clean and in a great location in the barrier dunes community. We had everything we needed and then some! Would definitely recommend this spot and would definitely stay again.

Our family really enjoyed this getaway. Great location right on the beach! One thing to know is the stairs are open slotted so for smaller children that may be a factor. Great property though!

Great Rental

Perfect location. Beachside with all the amenities. If you’re looking for a good place to walk around away from the beach go to Appalachicola lots of neat shops. Then eat lunch at the Grill. The shrimp poboys are wonderful.

I have owned this home since 1995 when I first visited with my husband and two girls. We fell in love instantly with the pace and beauty of Cape San Blas and have owned two properties in the area over the years. My girls are grown now but we all still visit our beautiful home away from home when we can!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The location of this property on Cape San Blas is unmatched. Besides the obvious beachfront draw, the community of Barrier Dunes is located at the edge of the residential portion of the cape which bumps up against state-preserved state park land. The beauty and privacy this location bring truly allow its visitors to unplug and soak up the sunsets.

We pride ourselves on keeping a well-stocked home. We hope you'll find everything you need in the home during your stay (if not, please let us know for future visitors!). We even include a starter set of disposables like paper towels, toilet paper, and soaps, so that you're not in a bind if you get in town late. We've tried to think of everything, since we ourselves stay in the home regularly.
