Hale Kona Kai is an intimate, absolute oceanfront complex of 39 one-bedroom condos. Located on the outskirts of Kona City, it is off the main road providing calm, ocean-view relaxation from every module. Located just south of Royal Kona Resort, excellent dining at Huggo's or Don Beachcomber's is a two-minute walk away and other restaurants are just a fun stroll away. The white sand of Honl's Beach is less than a quarter-mile south and the Kona Farmer's Market half a mile north.
The complex provides an elevator with convenient access for anyone. On the ocean side, you'll find a heated saltwater swimming pool and a grill on the south side of the complex. Each floor has coin-operated washers and dryers for your use. Each condo does not have its own washer/dryer.
Each unit provides designated parking, safe WIFI, & cable TV. Both units, like lanais, are non-smoking and Hale Kona Kai is non-smoking.
