Pinnacle Port Magnifiquement décoré 5ème étage 2BR 2BA unité récemment rénové!

Cette magnifique unité a été récemment rénovée et offre une vue magnifique sur la plage, le golfe du Mexique et le lac Powell. Profitez des fantastiques installations de Pinnacle Port, qui comprennent deux piscines (une chauffée), des courts de tennis, un jeu de palets et un accès aux loisirs sur le lac. Le magnifique parc d'État de Camp Helen borde le port Pinnacle à l'ouest et la plage pittoresque de Carillon se trouve à l'est avec un joli quartier de boutiques et restaurants sur le lac. Les propriétaires et les clients accèdent au port Pinnacle par une entrée sécurisée ouverte 24h / 24.

Pinnacle Port Resort est situé sur un site de plus de 25 hectares au sein d'une belle communauté fermée ayant plus de 25 km de plage! Le complexe dispose de nombreux équipements, dont deux piscines, des courts de tennis, un sauna / hammam, une salle de remise en forme, son propre quai privé d’eau douce avec rampe de mise à l'eau et une connexion wi-fi.

This condo was so nice! It was well furnished and clean. All of the beds were comfortable. The view from the balcony was so beautiful! The beach is such a short distance away. Patti was very helpful! We will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I had a wonderful stay! The property is so close to the water with beautiful views! Our only negative was that the elevator didn’t work the last 4 days. The rental co was not very helpful with info about it and did not return calls and said they had nothing to do with the elevator. Being on the 5th floor it was hard transporting things up and down and not to mention moving out. I since found out it was scheduled repairs that I’m sure they should’ve known about! Otherwise we loved everything about this condo!

Our stay was wonderful. This unit is one of the nicest we have stayed in at Pinnacle Port. We have been coming here for 15 years. You cannot beat the location, with just a short walk to the beach. The check in and communication was perfect. Patti left notes just in case we needed help using the new appliances, which was very helpful. The kitchen had nice pans and everything we needed to cook a meal. This is a clean and nicely decorated unit. Thank you- we will definitely be back!

Great beach experience in a great location!

Pinnacle Port in Carillon beach is a nice little community, perfect for families and basically anyone. Love the neighborhood. Had lots of choices of activities for kids and SO cute! We stayed in Pinnacle Port, C-3 building and it was perfect! Away from the crowd and right on the beach. Will definitely be booking here again!

We love the area, with the lake to one side, the gulf on the other, the state park nearby, also shopping if that is your thing, there is something of interest for everyone!!

Beautiful view and condo

This condo has the best view possible of the beach and the bay. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked for any meal that you might want to prepare. The community ammenities are numerous. Very convenient to everything!! We would definitely stay here again!

The views from this condo are fabulous. You are not only looking right on the beach, but can look right down the beach to the west. The sunsets are beautiful. The owner, Patti, is very attentive and friendly. Very happy with this condo and will be renting it again next year!! Thank you Patti for everything!!

Beautiful quiet area. Older building but this condo had been renovated nicely and the property is well cared for. We would stay in C3503 again.
