Family Friendly Area complete with multiple pools, tennis courts, and an outdoor grilling area. Unwind and relax in this 1 bedroom , 1 bath hideaway overlooking the gulf of Mexico with unobstructed views that can sleep up to 4. King size bed in bedroom. Brand new Sofa Sleeper and Love Seat. Beach access does not get much easier than this! Condo is on the fifth floor in one of the popular mid-rise buildings (B3-507). It is a one story unit so there are no stairs to deal with!

Cozy and clean surroundings with all new furniture to feel comfortable in. Complete with washer/dryer and all kitchen essentials for your convenience.

Located in the beautiful community of Pinnacle Port/Carillon Beach. Only 2 miles past 30A and in close proximity to great restaurants, shopping and Pier Park.

The condo was exactly as described, very nice, in a great location, close to whatever you want to visit. It is right on the beach, loved the view from the balcony. We went to the beach every day there, wished we could have stayed longer, and will definitely be back again.

Life's a beach

Property was just right for my wife & me. Fully equipped, modern kitchen. Upgraded bathroom with huge shower stall and detachable rain head. Caught pompano & whiting on the beach & black drum and pinfish from the kayak on the lake.

Winter getaway

We love this area. Quiet area but convenient to shopping and restaurants. Beach is easy access and there’s plenty of other activities to keep you busy. Plan to return next year.

Great Stay

Only issue we had was the heat was not working first night. Unit was 60 degrees. We had to go purchase a space heater. Host offered no discount or compensation. Maintenance fixed the HAVC the next day. Otherwise a great condo and a great stay.

Another great beach trip

Perfect anniversary getaway

We had the best time. The view was perfect. It was nice and quiet also there wasn't a lot of ppl on the beach witch was a plus. Nice condo and good ownership communication

The week we stayed was very windy which messed up going to the beach and was a setback to our vacation in general, however the condo was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We found other things to do and look forward to future visits. Would certainly recommend this condo.

Wonderful weekend getaway

The condo was prefect! Loved everything about it. Wonderful view. Steps from the beach. Short drive to Panama City or Rosemary/Seacrest for shopping and dinning. My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing long weekend and can't wait to come back!

Beautiful Spot

The place was "just right" for our for visit to the area. Wish we could have seen sunsets from the balcony but that is only possible in the 'C' buildings and there are no 1 bedrooms theređŸ€—. The bed was super comfy and the host was very helpful! We have it booked for next year already!!

We love the Carillon Beach community and believe it is the absolute perfect location. It is just far west enough from the large crowds and close enough to the many attractions that Panama City Beach has to offer.
We enjoy having our morning coffee on the balcony, and having breakfast at the nearby Donut Hole.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Been visiting Carillon Beach for several years & decided Pinnacle Port was the only place we would consider buying in. We also wanted a single level, no stairs unit, which is why we chose to be in a Mid-Rise building. Mid-Rises also offer unobstructed views of the beach. The condo was totally renovated, making it a place to feel comfortable in, enjoy the view and the easy beach access.
