Histoire, vues, charme et emplacement parfait!

Situé dans le site original de la ville de Seward en 1913. Charmant et pittoresque, il a tout ce que vous voulez d'une location de vacances d'été en Alaska.

Après une journée complète de visites, de tourisme, de pêche, de randonnée et de shopping, vous pourrez vous détendre dans notre cadre confortable et entièrement aménagé comme à la maison.

Idéalement situé dans le centre-ville de Seward, vous êtes à quelques pas de la raison pour laquelle vous êtes venu dans notre ville historique et passionnante.

Vues du loft à l'étage et de votre salle à manger. Sortez de notre porte d'entrée pour une vue à couper le souffle littéralement à quelques pas de Resurrection Bay, marchez jusqu'au centre de la vie marine pour un après-midi de découverte, ou visitez Brown and Hawkins pour un Gelato fait maison et un fudge fabuleux.

Si vous aimez marcher, suivez le front de mer vers la marina ou promenez-vous vers Lowell Point pour un après-midi de kayak ou essayez d'attraper un roi ou du saumon argenté à la cascade voisine.

Pour ceux qui aiment sortir les enfants de la maison et se détendre, envoyez-les à la bibliothèque locale, au skate park ou à sauter des rochers au bord de l'eau tous à distance de marche.

Si vous préférez lire et vous détendre, asseyez-vous sur le pont arrière ou installez-vous sur une chaise confortable et profitez d'un livre. Jeux et vidéos disponibles pour les enfants.

Pour le dîner, invitez des amis et préparez le dîner sur notre barbecue sur le pont arrière ou dans la cuisine entièrement équipée. Nous avons ce dont vous avez besoin, des casseroles, poêles, assiettes et ustensiles et un barbecue à gaz à l'arrière.

Des draps frais vous attendent à votre arrivée et aucun nettoyage n'est requis lorsque vous partez. Pas de vaisselle sale, s'il vous plaît.

This is a very cute home. It has been decorated, and a lot of thought went into the oceanic theme. Our family loved this place and would come here again! The host thinks of everything and the location is perfect!

This quaint, local home was the perfect place for our family of 6! We loved the authentic charm and history, and the views from the home of the Bay are amazing! There isn't much storage, but the thoughtful touches (coffee bar, bathroom items) were great. The home is in a great location for walking downtown and to the playground and waterfront. We hope to return someday!

This was the best place to stay in Seward! Could walk to the beach and sea life center easily. Beautiful house! Love the surprise nook room! Love the view! Will check k for this house again when I go back! My favorite part is watching the sea lions and otters from the window!

My family and I loved this vintage house in Seward! It was so convenient to walk to all the major attractions in Seward (Resurrection Bay, coastal walkway, aquarium, downtown stores and restaurants/eateries, Mt. Marathon, boat harbor....) and a perfect size home for our family. We especially appreciated and enjoyed the charm and character of this authentic old home and the view of Resurrection Bay was a bonus. It was very clean and there was plenty of spaces for our family to spread out which was delightful. The renovated kitchen was extremely nice and stocked exceptionally well with dishes, appliances and baking/cooking accessories. The dining room with the LARGE dining room table was a fabulous spot to enjoy a home-cooked meal or just have a real conversation at the beginning and end of the day. The beds were very comfortable and having two bathrooms was a real luxury. In addition to the awesome house, the host, Sebastien, was a welcome complement as well. Sebastien was outstanding.... he was very accessible, quick to answer our calls, and incredibly helpful! When we notified him that the outside grill was out of propane, within a few hours he was at our door delivering us a new one! I highly recommend this quaint and charming home for your Seward get-away.

We loved this house! It has so much historical charm and the location can’t be beat. It’s right in the downtown, which is so cute and there is so much to see, all of it walkable. The owner was quick and responsive to all of our needs. We had a great stay in Seward and would highly recommend this rental. We are a family of 5 and fit very comfortably in this house.

Perfect location, great hosts

Cute little house perfectly located with a fantastic host who was responsive and helpful. We didn’t spend much time in the house, but it was loaded with games and TV/wifi options. This was our first experience using VRBO and the hosts made it an easy process.

Wonderful stay

Great location. We enjoyed being so close to the park. Across the street a good place for breakfast or lunch and sit out on deck. The house was well supplied and full of old time charm. Kitchen up to date and lots of room if you want to cook The kids were upstairs and loved their space. We would recommend this spot to all

Great location! Older home with charm and a lovely view from the dining room to the bay. Easy walk to the shops and restaurants and a very short drive to the harbor. Worked well for two couples traveling together.

Amazing stay!

The house was very convenient to town and other activities in the area! Perfect for families, especially with young children. We appreciated the recommendations to visit the local library next door, along with the neighborhood park and Lowell Point beach area. Our kids enjoyed the selection of games available to play too. Kitchen was fully stocked and there was plenty of room for our multi-generation family of 8. Thank you for a great stay!

Convenient place

This is a convenient location. No bells or whistles in this older home, but has a beautiful view of the water and is an easy walk to shops etc. we’ve suggested some updating to the owners, but if you’re looking for adequate lodging that is close to a good portion of Seward’s shops, this is a good fit.

Late Season Family Celebration Stay

Again, Tanguy has aided us in creating great family memories and a comfortable stay. He worked with me in figuring out how to accommodate us and I truly appreciate it. Mostly everything we needed to cook and get cozy was provided, the view as always, soothing and the location unbeatable.

The cottage has an unexplainable, simple charm that makes it difficult to leave. Worries melt away while you enjoy yourself with friends and loved ones.

Walking distance to everything downtown. Quiet, convenient location in a charming seaside home. Home has a warm, historic feel without being formal.
