Grand 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain Knights Key emplacement à Marathon, juste au 7-Mile Bridge! Une maison de l'océan afin que vous puissiez profiter d'une vue magnifique depuis la grande terrasse. Mangez sur le pont et faites cuire vos prises sur le gril à gaz. La maison a 3 chambres, 3 avec un lit Queen et il y a une mezzanine avec 3 lits jumeaux. Air central, laveuse / sécheuse, 3 téléviseurs, DVD, boom box / lecteur CD. Internet haute vitesse avec wifi! Il y a 37 'd'impuretés à l'entrée du canal, donc à quelques secondes de l'Atlantique ou à quelques minutes du pont des 7 milles et dans le golfe du Mexique! Il y a une table de nettoyage du poisson et de l'eau et de l'électricité au quai. Un espace de stockage en bas est disponible.
Situé sur Knights Key, qui dispose de Sunset Grille, un restaurant Keys populaire avec une piscine publique pour votre plaisir! Grands couchers de soleil depuis le restaurant et le célèbre 7 Mile Bridge! Tous à quelques pas!

The location is great! A short walk under the new bridge and you can walk to Pidgeon Key for the day. The manatee in the canal outside the back door was a bonus too. Having a seperate loft area for the grandkids was nice.

Great Location

If you are looking for somewhere away from Key West but with plenty of local options, this is a great choice. Great location with about an hour drive to Key West. Great restaurants and attractions in the area. The property manager was quick to respond and we all greatly enjoyed our stay.

Christmas vacation

We stayed over Christmas. Property was a great location and beautiful views. House was perfect for us, although the kitchen was a hair too small. Plenty of eating space though and so many great restaurants all around. We would recommend this place.

Great Fishing Trip

Marathon Dream Vacation

We had a couple of hiccups, finding out our accomodations were "double booked". So, we were actually bumped to another property. While I have no details on the interior of this property, we did drive by and boat up into the canal to check for future bookings. Everything seemed as described in the photos and descriptions. Jessica, our property manager, was awesome to work with! She handled our changes promptly and was gracious throughout the whole week to answer questions we had about the area. She will definitely be getting another booking from us!

The house was great and the boat dock made it very convenient to have the boat with us on this trip. We have a sailboat with a 3ft draft and this location was great for us. We saw a manatee from the deck pretty much every day!

House was clean and as advertised. Enjoyed our stay and would (and may) return. 2 minor issues, Sleeps many people only limited sliver ware. Also outside grill was full of grease and started roaring fire almost burned up food.

Best place to use as a base to explore the Florida Keys

Excellent house if your looking for a place to vacation in the Florida Keys. We couldn't have been happier. You are right on the water and have nice view of the actual ocean. The deck completely wraps the entire house. FISHING!!! If your looking for some serious fun hooking into some monster fish then don't waste anytime getting a line in the water. Our only regret was that we waited till the end of our trip to fish here. Again, if your looking for a place to stay then you will not be disappointed here. Just remember to pack a pole!!!

Excellent location

Perfect location, amazing Manatee watching in the marina basin, close walking distance to the newly opened 2 mile stretch of walking trail on the old Highway 1 with an underpass under Highway 1 for safe access, walking distance to several restaurants. FYI to property managers, 2 small issues, the under microwave light that shines on the stove top does not work and the wall outlet between the stove and refrigerator does not work. No breakers are tripped, so the GFI might be faulty.

Week of fishing and fun

Our group of 7 adults had a great time here and the house was great and comfortable. Beautiful views and great neighborhood. Perfect location for boating and fishing Would absolutely stay here again

Very nice.

Awesome rental. Exactly what we were looking for. The fishing off the dock behind the house was great for my 13 y/o in our down time. He did manage to hook a 3 foot nurse shark and I reeled in a small barracuda. We saw a manatee and a Morey eel as well. Also the bed in the master bedroom was a king which was a nice surprise. We would def stay here again.

Marathon vacation property

The location was perfect for exploring both directions on the Keys. The view was fantastic, the house clean and comfortable for the 6 adults in our group. Would definitely stay again!

Great location

House was PERFECT for our extended family fishing trip. Wide & spacious dock accommodated our rented boat. Wide open basin allowed easy maneuvering even when we had 15 MPH winds. Fish cleaning station & everything else we needed. We hope to go back.

Family vacation

This property is equipped with just about everything you need. Great location because it's in the middle of all the Keys. There is also a restaurant within walking distance from the house. Our family loved this location and we will definitely return for another vacation in the future.
