Estevao B - Studio with bedroom - Historic heart of Alfama

If Judith had contacted me during her stay, she could have informed me about the bed and the person in charge of maintenance would have intervened quickly. Of course, now the bed is fixed!

Thank you for highlighting the excellent location of this apartment, which is indeed one of its main assets. In order to establish the truth about your stay, I think it is useful to add that you had the cleaning team moved, plus a maintenance agent and that you tried to obtain a refund citing minor or non-existent problems: humidity (the humidity level in Lisbon during your stay was +90%, the whole atmosphere was humid and not the apartment), traces of humidity in the apartment (the cleaning team moved on same day to clean 2 traces on the ground), outside noise (I reminded you that the announcement clearly says that this district is the liveliest in Lisbon), WIFI code (you had not read my welcome message telling you where find all the necessary information, you disconnected the box!), the key to the front door of the building did not work (you had a maintenance agent moved while the door works very well with the code, you prefer a key!). I would add that I answered all your messages in English and within a minute, even late in the evening. I make it a point of honor to respond to each request as soon as possible. I can understand that this apartment is not suitable for you, but do not blame me for the lack of preparation for your stay. You have not studied the ad enough, this studio in this typical restored 17th century Alfama building is not for you. A brand new hotel would be more in line with your level of requirement …. but perhaps more in your prices!
