Situation idéale, magnifique studio, super vue mer, dans ancien palace avec parc

Vaste ( 45 m2 ) et Ă©lĂ©gant studio, trĂšs lumineux en toute saison, situĂ© dans un des plus beaux anciens palaces "Belle Epoque" de Menton : Il est idĂ©alement placĂ© dans la ville: au cƓur de tout et au fond d'un parc en front de mer, avec une trĂšs jolie vue sur mer et jardin.
L'immeuble dispose de deux entrées, une cÎté mer, exactement sur la promenade du bord de mer, au fond du jardin, et une autre, cÎté ville, au centre de tous les commerces. (Halles quotidiennes, Carrefour city, Naturalia, boulangerie élue meilleure boulangerie du Sud-Est, rues piétonnes, etc..)
L'appartement vient d'ĂȘtre entiĂšrement refait et amĂ©nagĂ© au mieux afin de lui apporter le maximum de confort et de facilitĂ©s car nous tenons Ă  ce que nos locataires soient heureux. Il y a un grand lit (180x200), avec un trĂšs bon couchage, un bureau avec la WIFI, un grand Ă©cran plat. Tous les meubles sont neufs.

Pour se garer, il y a deux parkings souterrains payants, trÚs sûrs (camera 24/24), l'un à 150m, l'autre à 300 m. Il n'y a pas de moyen de se garer dans la résidence, on peut uniquement stationner pour déposer ses bagages.

Cependant, à Menton et dans la région, il est vraiment possible de se passer de voiture. Si des locataires arrivent en train ou en avion, nous avons l'habitude de venir les chercher en voiture à la gare SNCF ou routiÚre.

La résidence est trÚs calme et trÚs bien habitée, les résidents sont habitués à un grand respect mutuel. Nous demandons donc à nos locataires de respecter ce silence pour une bonne harmonie mutuelle.

This apartment is absolutely fantastic! We have stayed here four years in a row, extending our time every year. We stayed for a month this year and have already booked for next year. The apartment is in the perfect location overlooking the water and directly in the center of town. There are restaurants just outside the door and shops and bakeries. Corinne is a perfect hostess. She even gave us a ride to the train station on the day we left because it was raining. We cannot say enough wonderful things about this apartment. Perfect in every way! It is our home away from home.

Perfect setting on Cîte d’Azur!

This is the second time that we have stayed in this lovely apartment and we will definitely be returning again. It’s in a perfect location with the building’s ground floor reception providing both direct access to the shops or to the waterfront. Regina is stunning beachfront property, with a lot of original period features - the apartment is very large and has very high ceilings with original coving, but also has retro feel with the decor, Italian grey marble bathroom, stunning grey marble fireplace. fabulous views to the gorgeous bay of Menton . Corrine was very attentive to every detail, the apartment has excellent appliances, air conditioning, and beach chairs, parasol, flippers, all one could need. The Building is in the heart of Menton accessible from the beach side and the street side. Beautiful property and Lovely Owners always available for advice.

We have loved returning to this fabulous studio appartment which is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. It enjoys a brilliant location with views of the Mediterranean from the huge full height windows at the front and access to the town with it's generous facilities, to the rear. Perfect holiday!

This is the third time we have stayed in this wonderful apartment! Perfect location! Wake up in the morning and see the Mediterranean from your window. Lovely building - leave by the front door and have immediate access to the sea, or via the rear door with immediate access to the shops. It's kept in immaculate condition. Magnificent studio apartment directly on the Mediterranean

I cannot say enough WONDERFUL things about this apartment. It is directly on the promenade, looking out over the Mediterranean, and also in the liveliest spot in Menton. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything you need. Corinne is an outstanding host. This was our second time staying at this apartment, and we have already rebooked for next year. No Car Needed

If you are looking for a Mediterranean beach vacation without the hassle of renting/driving/parking a car, it's hard to beat Corinne's airy light studio overlooking the sea. Located in the pedestrian center of the historic town, the apartment is 10-15 min by foot to the train station, and closer yet is the bus to Monaco. The building exudes 19th century charm, and the beach is across the street. Bring water shoes!

Absolutely fabulous Menton apartment overlooking the Mediterranean.

This apartment is absolutely fabulous. We were in Menton for two weeks. It is a studio apartment but with plenty of room for two people and a fantastic view of the Mediterranean. The location is perfect. If you walk out the front door you are right on the promenade in Menton. If you walk out the back door you are right on the pedestrian street and next to the old town. The walk to the train station is easy and takes about 15 minutes. Corinne was so sweet and helpful. We are definitely planning to stay here again next year.

Location...location...location

You couldn't ask for a more central location. Located across the road from the sea, walking distance to old town's many restaurants and shops, and an easy walk to the train station for day trips. The apartment is in a restored historical hotel. It has been beautifully updated, with all modern conveniences, and is clean and well maintained. It is very spacious and well laid out with ample storage space, so it is difficult to remember it is only a studio. Corrine, the owner, is extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. She goes out of her way to ensure you are comfortable and happy with her apartment. We will stay here again the next time we are in Menton.

AprÚs avoir passé toute notre vie Outremer, venons de choisir la jolie ville de Menton au climat privilégié, à la végétation exotique pour y passer notre retraite. Nous sommes des retraités actifs et sportifs, ravis de découvrir cette superbe région entre mer et montagne.
Sur Abritel depuis 2012, nos locataires nous ont toujours trÚs gentiment donné la note de 5 étoiles.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Ayant fait le choix de vivre en appartement, nous avons acheté ce studio pour y accueillir notre famille ainsi que nos amis. Et bien sûr, également certains locataires qui seraient heureux d'y habiter et de découvrir cette si belle ville relativement méconnue et qui possÚde pourtant tellement d'atouts.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Nous sommes vraiment tombĂ©s amoureux de ces anciens palaces "Belle Epoque", nombreux Ă  Menton et pour lesquels une association vient d'ailleurs de voir le jour. Un livre est en prĂ©vision. C'est une architecture magnifique, des lieux qui racontent une histoire. Quelle chance de pouvoir vivre dans un si bel endroit et de pouvoir le faire partager. Mais si l'immeuble date de 1880, nous avons tenu Ă  ce que notre studio soit moderne et confortable. Nous avons amĂ©nagĂ© et dĂ©corĂ© cet appartement comme si nous devions y vivre nous-mĂȘme, en nous attachant au moindre dĂ©tail, afin de rendre le sĂ©jour de nos locataires le plus agrĂ©able possible.
