Malu Kauai, un magnifique cottage Kauai à 1 mile de la plage de Kalapaki

Nouvelle liste! Malu Kauai est situé dans un petit quartier sûr appelé Niumalu. Trois miles du centre-ville de Lihue cette maison individuelle 1 lit / 1 salle de bain est situé au centre, propre et bien entretenu par les propriétaires. Comprend une cuisine complète, véranda, grill extérieur, climatisation dans la chambre, laveuse / sécheuse et stationnement facile.

Le célèbre Duke’s Canoe Club, avec ses restaurants avec vue sur l'océan, ses concerts et son hospitalité hawaïenne, se trouve à seulement 1,6 km, ainsi que la plage de Kalapaki et le Kauai Marriott Hotel. À proximité se trouvent également Anchor Cove et le Harbour Mall pour plus d'options de restauration et des tonnes de services de shopping et de conciergerie. Safeway et Costco sont à environ 4,8 km. Lihue possède un cinéma, un centre commercial Kukui Grove, des musées et des entreprises locales. Ne manquez pas Kauai Beer Company sur Rice Street ou Verde au Hokulei Shopping Village. Oh et Robs Good Times Grill est super pour le déjeuner aussi.

Puakea Golf Course est à proximité pour 18 trous de golf, à prix modéré et où les habitants vont. Si un Luau vous appelle, visitez la plantation Kilohana pour leur Kalamaku Luau, tout un spectacle!

Le port de Nawiliwili est à proximité pour les arrivées de bateaux de croisière et de conteneurs et la rivière Huleia est à quelques pas de la route pour des excursions de kayak ou de pêche. Parfois un peu bruyant pendant la journée à l'arrivée des navires. Hulemalu Rd. fonctionne également comme une route de contournement pour les habitants qui se rendent au travail tous les jours, généralement de 6 h à 8 h et de 15 h à 15 h..

We had a lovely stay here. The location worked out nicely as we had easy access to the entire island. The property is located in a quiet and safe area with the luxury of hearing live music in the evenings from the inn across the road.

Aloha- The unit was exactly as was described on the site. We greatly enjoyed our stay even with the crazy weather that Hawaii had these past few days. A few things to note: if this is your first trip to the Islands, the road to the unit is winding and seems to be off the beaten path. It is not. It is a beautiful drive as you make your way and just enjoy the view. As with all the islands the wild chickens are everywhere and the roosters will be an alarm clock for you. The unit has everything you need, but stop and get you some coffee and food essentials before you arrive. If you are a Costco member it is less than 5 minutes away. As a comparison of things: lunch in one of the food places averages 40/50 for two people but Costco cost us 6 for two hotdogs . Again - great place to stay and would do it again and the host communication was superb.

The sweet little cottage was perfect. Very nicely furnished, comfortable, kitchen and bathroom stocked with all the basics, nice welcome basket, Nd the shaded porch is a gift, and particularly special after dark. Neighborhood is so quiet, except for the inevitable roosters crowing in the morning, which is simply a reminder of being in rural Kaua’i. Only drawbacks are that no services or beaches are within walking distance, but since you know that beforehand, no complaints. And the drive is beautiful! Mahalo to Marti.

Hawaiian Paradise: A Perfect Stay!

Absolutely loved my stay at this home in Hawaii! The location was fantastic, with stunning views. The accommodation itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Perfect Couples Getaway!

Cozy cottage with plenty of amenities

The property was one of the best rentals we've ever stayed at. It was clean, the furniture was comfortable (a rarity), and an array of amenities were available to use i.e. cooking utensils, beach chairs, and umbrellas. And it was close enough to the highway all of the island was easily accessible.

Another great stay

We come every year and this property has always been our favorite. We love seeing the chickens, ducks, and peacocks roaming around the neighborhood. The mountains are mesmerizing and everything we need is in this little cottage. We will be here again next year!

Best accommodation in Kauai

We’ve been to Hawaii a lot of times but this is by far the most relaxing place we’ve stayed at. Very quiet area. Most amenities we need are provided as well as toiletries. The drive to groceries and restaurants is 10-15 mins due to road closure which we didn’t mind at all. And secured parking is a HUGE plus in Hawaii. Will definitely come bak and recommend.

Very Nice Cottage

We just loved the property. It was clean, neat and well maintained. Had wifi, which was important to us as our Verizon service evidently had a dead spot there. The location was convenient to everything we toured over the 6 days we were there. Would return again next trip.

Excellent Location

My husband and I were visiting Kauai for our honeymoon, and we had an amazing time at the house. The house was clean, had everything you need to cook, stocked with toilet paper and paper towels. It was a very easy checking process, they gave us the code and told us what we needed to do for checkin. The surrounding area was very calm and peaceful, better than what is advertised. This could be due to a road being closed on one side of the house, but it was perfect for us. We took walks at night and enjoyed the beautiful view from our front porch. We are definitely staying here again if we ever come back to Kauai!
