Condo 705 located at the Sonoran Sky Resort. Our luxury resort condo is fully equipped to meet any of your cooking or dinning desirers, or if relaxation is more what you have in mind relax on our beautiful patio and take in some of Sandy Beaches most amazing sunsets or the sparkling lights of the Malecon. The resort offers many amenities, starting with 24 hour security, generous parking, great bar and resuturant,convience store ,atm, bbq area kids play area, swim up bar and restaurant infinity pool and Jacuzzi, or enjoy the beautiful beach take in a great massage jet ski or banana bout ride. Rocky point is a great little town it offers great fishing, and Manny great shops and restaurants.

The host was very welcoming, accommodating, the unit was wonderful with a fabulous balcony and if there were any issues everything got taken care of immediately :) would definitely stay there again

View was great and condo was clean!! Had all the necessary things to make the visit welcoming. The screen door lock was faulty. I was not a fan of the electronic key fob. Manager did not reply to my messages like past owner to address concerns (i.e. screen door) Great stay regardless.

Rocky Point Vacation

The location and beach for this property is perfect if you want to relax and not be overwhelmed by too large of a croud. Check in was very easy and the parking is secured. The room is very clean and all the amenities are there if you need them. The bed is very compfortable, nice size private balcony with an incredible view of the ocean. There is also a convince store and a restaurant that is open till 11:00 pm if you don't plan on going into town. Travel to town however is only 15 minutes away. This is a great vacation spot for couples it has everything, you won't be disappointed.

Great view!

Came down for a quick weekend with my husband and two boys. Clean property? Great patio and has a great view. I had not been to RP in 10 years- things to note, the property is older, but still kept up to date. The pool bar will overcharge if you're not careful. No curtains on the patio windows so if you have kiddos sleeping in the living room they may be up when the sun is up! Overall a nice spot with easy check-in and check-out.

Wonderful stay

The host was so accommodating and very attentive to any needs we had. We have never stayed at a VRBO that supplied water, coffee and paper products for the complete duration of our stay like this one did. We loved the location, the resort, and the condo. It was a wonderful vacation.

Excellent Stay!!!

We usually stay at two other resorts in Puerto Penasco. We ventured out of our comfort zone and tried Sonoran Sky Resort and we are glad we did. The unit was clean, the description online was exactly what we received, and the host was AAA. My wife and I enjoyed our stay for her birthday weekend. The restaurant food was great. The sports bar was fun. The shop onsite had everything you need for your stay. The staff was friendly and the private beach was a plus. Resort security was also good. Parking was secure and close. We will stay again. I highly recommend this unit.

Great getaway

The accomodations were great - clean and had a great view of the ocean from the patio. Even tho I didn't book thru the resort, all of the employees there were so friendly and helpful. Anytime I had a question and sent a text to Karen, she responded immediately and took care of any issue right away. This really impressed me. I would highly recommend this property - you won't be disappointed.

Small Touches Make a Difference

We had a great time during our visit to Rocky Point! The condo was clean, the view was pretty spectacular and we really appreciated the beach towels and cooler (because we forgot ours!). It was such a lovely, stress-free weekend and we would definitely stay here again.
