Newly Listed, fully remodeled and highly upgraded, this 1 bedroom ,1 bath condo offers stunning views of the Sea of Cortez.
The Condo is decorated with a modern Boho interior and it is ideal for couples or families.
Rising directly above Sandy Beach, this Luxury Ocean Front Resort is conveniently located near shops and restaurants.
This a 24 hour guarded gated Resort that includes a Spa , Bar, Restaurant, Gym, Pool Bar and convenience store.
This condo has been recently completely remodeled including brand new appliances, furniture and fixtures..
In the bedroom there is a Top of the line memory gel mattress for a restful night sleep and a 55 inch smart TVs with Alexa voice control.
The living room has a large sectional/sofa sleeper with a 65 inch smart TV and an Alexa echo show for music.
Come and enjoy the best Sunsets and find your new home away from home.
There is a pool bar and plenty of lounge chairs by the pool as well as tables .
As you step out to the beach, you will find Palapas and lots of lounge chairs.
Spa Services are also offered in the privacy of your condo when requested and depending on availability.

Not only was Cecelia extremely kind, accommodating, and responsive, but her condo was exactly what my husband and I were looking for, for our honeymoon. The condo itself was beautiful, with a stunning view and wonderful facilities. The entire staff and fellow guests/residents were warm and welcoming throughout our stay.Cecelia provided a comprehensive list of recommended restaurants, amenities, and activities, and we were able to try most of them, every recommendation was excellent. One standout was Diego’s: it was an easy walk along the beach, the food was absolutely delicious, and the staff was amazing.I don’t normally leave reviews, but I couldn’t help but share how incredible our stay was. We will definitely be returning and look forward to bringing our family with us next time.

The condo was amazing. Awesome views of the ocean and overlooking the pool. Perfectly decorated and had everything we needed. The property was very clean as was the beach. Several restaurants/bars within a 5 minute drive. Can’t wait to go back. Cece was a perfect host and her response to any and all questions was fantastic.

Great view and a perfect space for my husband and I. The host was very responsive and the check-in process was a breeze. We would absolutely stay here again. I wish there was more lighting going down to the beach. The walk way is very dark.

We had an amazing stay! The view was to die for. And the condo was immaculate when we got there. Cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. Super Cozy and really good communication with the host. We will absolutely stay here again when we return to Rocky Point.

BEAUTIFUL!

Very impressive condo. Clean with attention to detail in the entire rental. Other units that our family was renting weren't nearly as nice. Our unit had everything needed in the kitchen with all dishes matching, appliances appeared like new, pantry had add'l small appliances and the decor was very classy. CeCe (the owner) was incredibly responsive.

Super cute & perfect location!

We loved our stay at this condo. Check in was easy and the condo itself was so cute and cozy. It was just what we needed with our 2 kids. We loved staying on the 2nd floor with a short walk to the pool and beach. We will be staying again!!!

Wonderful!

My boyfriend and stayed at Cece's property for 5 days. It was an absolute dream. The condo was fully stocked with any and everything we could have wanted. My boyfriend is a diabetic and forgot his sugar substitute and even that was in the pantry! Everything was clean, organized, modern decor and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay. Cece was very responsive and communicated with us when our room was ready BEFORE the 4pm check-in time. We will definitely be returning and staying in this unit. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This was our first trip to Puerto Penasco and we absolutely loved it! The condo was perfect and the resort is beautiful with plenty of amenities. We will be back! Soon!!

Rocky Point is a small, friendly Fishing town very close to the Arizona border making it easy to travel to.
I love to enjoy the calm, warm clear waters of the Sea of Cortez.
It is the perfect spot for outdoor activities such as Kayaking, Paddle boarding, scuba diving, fishing, golfing etc. with 350 sunny days a year average.
I love fresh seafood and Puerto Penasco is the best place for that.
