Belle vue sur l'eau avec un cale de bateau

Cette propriĂ©tĂ© est tout au sujet de la vue. Il monte les escaliers avec une vue imprenable sur la baie de Floride. IdĂ©al pour les pĂȘcheurs et leurs familles et amis avec la marina ci-dessous. Ce deux chambres, une salle de bains avec balcon est idĂ©al pour se dĂ©tendre et regarder le coucher du soleil ou pour vĂ©rifier les lieux de pĂȘche et de plongĂ©e. Nous sommes sur la baie de Floride et Ă  seulement 1 miles du pont Channel 5 qui vous emmĂšne Ă  l'ocĂ©an Atlantique.

Everything was amazing. This place was perfect. I couldn't have asked for better service. The only reason we left the property other than on boat was to go to dinner. The shop has everything you need for fishing. The unit has everything you need as well and I slept great. They have great tips on where to go and what to use to catch fish and lobster. They also provide great help loading and launching the boat. Perfect weekend for us.

Weekend in the Keys

My husband and I spent 2 nights here to be near friends who were staying nearby at the Fiesta Key RV Resort. This location worked well for us. We really only slept at the VRBO because we were out enjoying the Keys all day long! The upstairs unit is clean and was adequate for our needs.

Boater & Pet friendly

Great secure place to bring your own boat, ramp use and slip is included. Very pet friendly. Clean & plenty of room for our group of 5 adults and 2 small dogs.

Great Mini Vacation and boat accommodations

We stayed here 4 nights end of May. The owners were friendly and helpful with a bait shop on site. This is a perfect place for a guy's or family fishing trip. The on-site boat ramp easily fits our 32' boat. We will stay here again in the future.

Lovely spot!

This is a lovely spot! In spite of high winds which made boating impossible, we found plenty to do in the surrounding areas. Lynn and family were able to help with every question/concern we had. The sunsets were worth the drive from all of our various locations. We will be back.

Lean and spacious

This might be the cleanest apartment that I’ve rented. The kitchen is nicely furnished and the furniture and bedding is cozy. It’s a little noisy, but it’s a working marina! Good weekend.

Amazing Location

For the boater the location and view don’t get any better. This family owned property is perfectly situated on a marina with spectacular views. We couldn’t wait to wake in the morning to pull the blinds to view the water. The property is comfortable and quiet with great customer service. We will definitely we booking again soon.

Highly recommended place to stay

Kind of torn to write this review, we loved this place so much that we want to keep it a secret for ourselves. But the owners are amazing and so welcoming, that I have to say that we want everyone to experience paradise. The sunsets are out of this world, the accommodations and grounds are spectacular. We brought our boat, but they also have ones to rent and either fish, or just gawk at the colors of the water. We came for our Anniversary and my Birthday and it was so hard to leave and go back to reality. Thank you Lynn and family. Billy was so helpful with our boat and where to eat. Thank you to everyone, and y’all come down and see them.

Great private get away. Safe, cozy marina. QUIET @ night. No private fishing from dock. Allows guests to view beautiful fish. We stayed Upstairs great views of Gulf. Pet friendly. Took our boat. Boat trailor stored in gated area. BONUS!!!! So nice to walk downstairs and get on our boat! Went tubing. Sight seeing. 75 miles from Key west. DeepSea fishing. Snokeled too. Master bedroom bed very comfy. Twin beds room #2 . 1 was very springy. Not comfy. Family business Marina. Very knowledgeable staff. They guided us to everthing we wanted to do. FABULOUS!!!! Even made suggestions for must see. Thank you Lynn, & Son, Sylvia, Chris & Billy. You are all Awesome. Great experience. Already rebooked for next year!

Family run gem in the Middle Keys

We were lucky to find Lynn and this cute two bedroom rental at Seabird Marina. The unit has everything you need for a fun stay in the Middle Keys. It is a great location just a bit South of Islamorada. The space has a nice layout and is clean and well-appointed. There is a nice deck with a grill on the East side facing the road, and a small landing overlooking the marina and the bay to the West. We rented a small boat from the marina which was great and highly recommended - having a boat makes the Keys a magical experience. The unit is on the second floor. It sits above the marina store which offers bait, tackle, beer and ice. It also has loads of information from this charming family who has been running this business for over twenty years. We found Lynn, her mother and her son (who all work there together) delightful and really enjoyed talking with them. Keep in mind that this is a working marina - there will be activity, people and the usual marina noise during daylight hours. (At night it’s quiet.) We enjoyed the activity and watching the boats and people come and go. We were there with two 13 year old boys which was great. Young children would need to be tended to closely given the marina activity and waterfront location. If you want a clean space in a great location with immediate access to the water AND run by a wonderful local family who lives on site, this is the place. (Just please don’t book the days we want to be there.)

Between Islamorada and Marathon, you’re in the middle of everything. Property manager was attentive and quick to help out with any requests. Knowledgeable advice on where to fish, eat, and get the perfect Pina Colada.
