Entrez dans la nouvelle cuisine: avec armoires blanches, Ă©lectromĂ©nagers en acier inoxydable et comptoirs en granit, vous pouvez prendre un cafĂ© sur l’ülot de la cuisine ou prĂ©parer un petit-dĂ©jeuner complet dans un espace salle Ă  manger sĂ©parĂ©. Le plan d'Ă©tage ouvert mĂšne au salon, qui regorge de lumiĂšre naturelle et offre une vue splendide sur l'ocĂ©an! Il y a une grande tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat et de nombreux siĂšges, ce qui est parfait pour les soirĂ©es cinĂ©ma. Sortez sur votre balcon et profitez d'un cocktail au coucher du soleil tous les soirs.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit King et de sa propre salle de bain. Avec deux lavabos, une grande baignoire séparée et des draps fabuleux, cette chambre est sa propre oasis! La chambre a un lit Queen, avec beaucoup de rangement et à quelques pas de la salle de bain commune. Il y a aussi une zone de lits superposés avec lits jumeaux - parfait pour les enfants!

Cette unité comprend également une laveuse et une sécheuse, une cuisine bien équipée avec tous les petits appareils ménagers et ustensiles dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, ainsi que tous les draps et serviettes. Apportez votre serviette de plage et préparez-vous à vous amuser!

Rendez-vous chaque jour Ă  la plage ou Ă  l’une des nombreuses piscines situĂ©es Ă  quelques pas. Les sports nautiques tels que la voile, le jet ski, le canoĂ«-kayak ou le parachute ascensionnel se trouvent Ă  proximitĂ©, ou prenez simplement une chaise et dĂ©tendez-vous sur la plage. Profitez de l'ombre au bord de la piscine. Faites une pause dans l'un des nombreux restaurants ou dirigez-vous dans le village de Grand Panama pour faire du shopping, situĂ© au nord de la station. Grand Panama propose Ă©galement un centre de remise en forme complet et un espace Ă©vĂ©nementiel pouvant accueillir jusqu'Ă  120 personnes. Il y en a pour tous les goĂ»ts au Grand Panama 2008!

Absolutely the best! We will definitely stay again. The balcony was perfect. We watched dolphins every morning, and some evenings. Pictures are exactly what you get, roomy and comfortable furniture, and beds. We have zero complaints. We made some wonderful memories!

We arrived at about 11pm and came into a room with no water in any faucet or shower and unable to use any toilets. I called the 24/7 line, no one could do anything. They all told me someone would call me at 9am the next morning and were putting in my ticket as priority. Couldn’t put us in another unit, couldn’t tell me if we would be refunded if we went elsewhere, nothing. They expected us to stay there without water for 10 hours (with a potty training toddler) to even get a phone call to see what the plan was. The water miraculously cut on after 2 hours of back and forth on the phone and we were finally able to use the restroom, shower & sleep. I never heard from the property manager the next day (they had no idea we had gotten water back). I finally reached out at 10 to express my concern and frustration that I paid for an extra night to have to spend it worried with no water. They said since it was on the condo not them there was nothing they could do. I don’t understand as I rented the condo from Vacation Life properties not Grand Panama. And VLP was the one I had to contact to fix it, not GP. Most condos have maintenance on grounds that would have fixed it that night. But I could not even get someone to talk to me about it for 10 hours so yes that is VLP issue. Aside from that, the condo was filthy. We found all kinds of trash left behind and the floors were so dirty our feet stayed black. Not to mention mold in the shower and having to bring your own toilet paper.

We had a great time, the view is amazing! We seen a rainbow two days in a row and dolphins twice from the balcony. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable and soft pillows. We did use the washer and dryer it was nice to have, the washer sounds loud so I wouldn't run it late at night since it's close to the bunks and the 1 bedroom. I would definitely stay here again! We cooked lunch and dinner 4 nights and had everything we needed in the room, just bring your foil and seasonings.

Clean, beautifully decorated, and the perfect view!

We had the best week! We stay at Grand Panama every year we come to PCB, but this by far was our favorite condo yet! The staff was very kind, plenty of great restaurants near the condo, and the view is stunning!

Clean, Comfortable, and Beautiful

We stayed here in July of 2024. The condo was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The balcony overlooked the ocean and the view was fantastic. Elevators (sometimes a problem in these high rise buildings) were fast. Parking in the garage across the street was okay with a skybridge. Master bedroom bed noisy/creaked quite a bit but overall the condo was maintained & outfitted well. Highly recommend! Thank you:)

Condo had a beautiful view of the ocean and was well equipped with everything you'd need for an enjoyable vacation. We loved the pool and tiki bar. Ocean was the perfect spot for volleyball and relaxing.. Unfortunately, we paid to check in one hour early and found paperwork left in a bunk bed, soap scum left in the master bathroom, and some clumps of hair on the floor in the bathroom. Housekeeping was sent over to clean it and we had our early check in fee refunded but it was something that could have been avoided if the condo was properly cleaned and inspected.

Perfect family vacation

My family and I throughly enjoyed ourselves. We brought our 4,2, and 1 year old and we LOVED this place. Easy access to the beach! The pool area was good. It was a little bit high up for the little ones but we kept the doors locked and it wasn’t an issue. Noise is not an issue it’s well insulated. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Panama Beach City Stay

The property was very nice and the view was great. Easy access to pool and beach. Before the trip, I received several documents that had to be e-signed agreeing to ALL the rules (Alot of them) and ALL the extra charges for everything including leaving too much sand in the apartment. Before check-in you have to go to another website and register you car and guest who will be in the room and that had to match the reservations and you also had to add the person's age (Not sure why). The parking lot is very tight and limited. The apartment was very well stocked in terms of dishes, cup, pots, pans and cooking utensils but no cooking supplies and you have to make sure to empty everything or you will be charged per the agreement. If you are staying more then 1-2 days, make sure to buy extra toliet paper and paper towel as they only give you one for each bathroom. This apartment is perfect for a short stay on the beach for a family with a great view of the beach. We will definitely stay here again but we will be prepared.

Amazing

The condo was perfect very cozy, and clean. Eactly as listed. Check in process was very easy. Property owners were also amazing. Had no issues during the stay but they did check in to confirm we had no problems and to ensure we were able to enter the condo. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.

Good place- great location- needs some upkeep though.

Property check in was seamless and the location is amazing. Great view and condo was stocked with everything we needed. The place wasn't super clean- master bath was not very clean and under the beds was bad. Nightstand/dresser drawers pull out but be careful because they just drop all the way out onto the floor. Overall the condo was nice- it does need some updating though- but it's good for what and where we needed. The property with the tiki bar and pools was amazing!

The Condo was just like the pictures and the description was spot on. The only minor complaints I have is that there was only 6 towels and 6 wash cloths provided, and there was no hand towels at all. With 6 people staying in the condo, I was having to wash bath towels and wash cloths twice a day. Being on the 20th floor I was worried about long waits at the elevators, but honestly it was not as bad as I was expecting.

Overall Great Stay but needs some updates

The property overall is very nice. Best location on Front Beach Road. The access to the beach is fantastic, no steps!! The condo itself is nice but needs some updates. The master bedroom was by far the biggest disappointment. First there is no privacy at all in the bathroom. The sliding bathroom door is broken so there is no way to close the door if you are going to the bathroom or in the shower. The "closet" to hang clothes is very small. Will be lucky to hang 5 items. The nightstands next to the bed is the only real place you can put your clothes. Each comes with 2 drawers. All 4 for drawers fall out after pulling them out 1/4 of the way. So you can only open them enough to get your hand in there and pull something out or the drawers and your clothes will end up on the floor. This is the only real reason I couldn't give it 5 stars. If they take some time to make the master bedroom more accommodating then it's a 5 star rental. The location, Grand Panama is 5 star for sure. '

Loved the condo. Only draw backs no wifi and we did not have parking due to the resort. Had to pay the resort for wristbands and parking and still had to pay to park at another location 1 mile away.
