Belle et spacieuse maison située à Marathon, FL. Magnifique aménagement paysager et patio arriÚre avec un quai de 70 pieds (le canal a une profondeur de 6 pieds; un bateau de 50 pieds peut accoster). Cette maison est entiÚrement rénovée et dispose de 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain, cuisine complÚte et salon. Situé prÚs de l'aéroport et de l'autoroute principale de Key West, en Floride, à seulement 1 heure de route.
Dispose également d'un trÚs grand espace privé pour garer les remorques, les bateaux ou les jet-skis. Un Barbq et un grand congélateur d'extérieur pour stocker votre homard et votre poisson.

N'oubliez pas que du papier toilette et des sacs Ă  ordures ne seront fournis que le premier jour.

Le quartier est trÚs calme et contient de nombreux trésors locaux. Grands restaurants à proximité, Keys Fishery Marina (endroit préféré).

Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and had ample room for our family. The check in process was very easy, as was checking out. Location was great. Right in between vaca cut and the 7 mile bridge. Easy access to both. I would stay here again

Amazing house on the canal

This rental was very nice and has a great location on the canal. You can tell they have put in a lot of work to upgrade the house. My only issue was the photos in the listing showed it had a bunkbed, it did not which caused a minor meltdown from our son. Instead, it had a pull out couch, which was fine but there was not any extra sheets or blankets that we could find. Other than that the place was beautiful!

Amazing stay!

The location and space of this home was fantastic. Being able to bring my boyfriend’s boat and dock it right on the property was so convenient. Neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. Property was better than the pictures! Will definitely stay again.

Great house on a beautiful canal!

We had a really comfortable stay and loved the location! The house had a lot more space than we were expecting, and the kitchen is really up to date. Five adults had plenty of sleeping space and elbow room. The patio area and dock on the canal was a beautiful place to watch the sun go down. We took the kayaks for spin out into the ocean from the canal and really enjoyed that. I was afraid there would be noise from the small airport across the street from the house, but that was really negligible. It was just a short drive to Sombrero Beach and all the restaurants and activities in Marathon and a little more than an hour to Key West. We thought the house was great, and we'd definitely stay again!

Marathon Key visit

We had a fabulous time and loved being on the water. The house was amazing and we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic stay for the week

We had a great time at this sweet little house on the canal in Marathon. The kitchen is well appointed, beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of linens (towels) for all of us. The decor was a bit different from the online listing - in a good way! The owners are redecorating and there are some nice updates! All in all, we loved this house and would absolutely stay here again!!

Great location with some issues

There are some pros and important cons for this house. PROS - Great dockage with quick access to Vaca cut. - Public ramp three blocks away (trailers limited to 2-axle or smaller). - Dock has a really nice water and electric hookup. We don't use shore power, but it's a solid setup for anyone who does. - Perfect parking setup for a truck and trailer. - Chest freezer outside. - House wifi available. CONS - The common bathroom is insanely small. Like 13" from the edge of the toilet to the wall. Older people may have issues getting up off the toilet. - You get 1 roll of onion-skin toilet paper. Management believes this should last the whole week. Be prepared to buy your own on day 1. - During our stay a stand-alone icemaker was installed (the one in the fridge didn't work), taking up precious counter space and coiling a drain tube in the sink. That icemaker also didn't work. Overall we had a great trip and the house worked well.

Perfect for family get away

This house was super spacious and clean. Perfect location! Waking up and my kids being able to fish and us parents being able to enjoy a cup of coffee on the water was amazing. The property manager was super quick to respond and very nice. We would definitely stay here again. A few things just need fixing - like some shade in the backyard and the hammock was torn but all and all we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Better than expected!

When we booked this house, we expected a nice house. When we got there it was so much better than we expected! The house itself is stunning but from the lanscaping front-to-back, to the amazing dock on the water in the back, the entire priperty is absolutely stunning. The house was super clean and decorated perfectly. Not too much, very classy, very welcoming. The beds were comfortable and all the linens were clean and seemed brand new. We loved that it had everything we needed already in the house. It was stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, silverware, plates and dishes, cleaning products, towels, soaps and shampoos. It even had a few fishing lures in the drawer for us to use on the dock. We literally lived on that dock by the way. We saw barracuda, needlefish, crabs, parot fish, sharks, everything right outside our back door. The grill was really nice to have also and we loved that the house already had bikes and kayaks for us to use. The only extremely minor problems we had was there was a dresser and couch that the leg was broken on and kind of just proped up to hold the furniture, which wasnt a big deal because it didnt affect the usability of the furniture. Then the ice machine in the freezer was broken. That one was kind of inconvenient. I contacted the host, who has been extremely responsive the entire time, and she told us they would handle it and apologized for the inconvenience. Overall our ecperience was a 9.5 out of 10 and we will book with them again!

Property was in a good location. It was clean and spacious. Good instructions on how to access the property. The bathrooms were small. Pictures showed a sun shade over the outdoor furniture but this was not in place for our stay. Since it was sunny and hot, it would have been helpful.

Nice house as advertised

The house was as described in listing. There were a few minor hiccups but nothing to distract us from our vacation. In fact as soon as i notified owner she was willing to send someone to fix next day but we only had one day ledt so i told her not to bother. Spacious home & very comfortable. One recommendation would be to install ceiling fans at least in bedrooms. When a/c went off @ bedtime bedrooms become warm even when a/c was lowered.

A Slice of Paradise

Words cannot express how beautiful and inviting this home is. It is very spacious, bright, and comfortable. There were televisions in every room(bonus), very comfy chairs and couches indoors and outdoors, and the best plush mattresses you could sleep on. The AC worked perfectly as it kept us cool in the gorgeous but HOT FL sun. Enjoyed the many amenities included with this rental, especially the Kayaks. It was so peaceful waking up every morning, grabbing your cup of coffee, and sitting outside on the deck dipping your toes in the water. Plenty of room, relaxation and fun for our group of 8. The owner, Mrs Delgado, was very quick to answer any questions we had and did so in a friendly manner. We appreciated how all safety information was located just inside the front door along with hand sanitizing availability. The neighborhood was quiet and anyone you did see was always smiling.This home is truly beautiful, did not disappoint and we would absolutely stay here again. Thanks Mrs. Delgado

AC unit worked off and on the first few days then completely died on Day 4 Got extremely hot in the house and no ceiling fans on property Owner did respond and sent AC techs Issue was diagnosed as improper maintenance

Better than described

This property was much larger feeling that the picture and description led us to think. We loved the location on the canal. There was plenty of fun watching the fish swimming by there. The property manager was very fast to respond to questions we asked. Great place, location and we loved it.

Guys Fishing Trip

Nice place with plenty of room. Dock is large enough for two boats. Master bed is medium soft and comfortable. Place was fine for our group.
