Maison a env. 2700 Sq Ft avec quai privĂ© entre le loch 23-24 sur la riviĂšre Seneca Ă  environ 1/4 mile de 3 riviĂšres. Grande terrasse donnant sur l'eau. Les quais ont environ 180 pieds d’eau profonde, ce qui permet aux bateaux jusqu’à 48-68 pieds de naviguer sans problĂšme. La maison est entiĂšrement meublĂ©e avec laveuse et sĂ©cheuse. Redescendez sur le terrain et vous pouvez lancer le bateau jusqu’à environ 25-30 pieds. Foyer extĂ©rieur prĂšs du quai. Lot sur l'eau est entiĂšrement clĂŽturĂ©e pour des raisons de sĂ©curitĂ©.

We had a great time and will book again. We had some hiccups with the wrong entry codes and wifi passwords but it all worked out. Pros: the main floor is beautiful. Great views. Excellent natural light. Nice porch. Most of the furniture is older and well loved but still comfy. Kitchen is well stocked and is great for multiple people cooking together. The fenced backyard is great. Plenty of parking. Close to groceries and shopping without feeling like you are living in town. The house was well cleaned. Good water pressure. Mattresses were pretty comfy. The main floor king was comfy but had two defined dips so it's approaching time to changeGood to know: The fireplace is not for use. The heat is locked and you need to message to have it changed. Spiral staircase to the two lower bedrooms had steps on the smaller side. The upstairs tv works with Samsung casting only. The lower has some limited streaming but is older and couldn't load most apps we tried. Cons: Lower level bathroom and living room need repairs. Lower level is pretty basic & not at the same quality as the upstairs, but we didn't mind. Only 5 permanent chairs at the dining table- one of which kept coming apart. Folding chairs are in the entry closet. Some furniture and drapes need deep cleaning. Bedrooms could use some bedside tables. We used the kitchen counter stools to hold cpaps.

Really great location on the river and plenty of room! House is very nice and well-equipped. Marc was very helpful in figuring out some things we couldn’t do on our own! Would stay there again!

Upon arrival the house was not ready for our check-in. Maid was still there, house was a mess as previous renters stayed an additional day. Docks were rotted, smoke detectors were disabled because nobody bothered to put new batteries in. Fence was broken and down on ground. Owner stayed on site and did not disclose that in add. If anyone fell into the river, there was no emergency ladder to escape. Deck rails were rotted, we put chairs in front of the spots so children could not fall off deck. We had to go out day one and buy soap and Toilet paper, the ones there were empty. Lamps did not work, missing bulbs or broken. Too many issues to list. One positive was the location to shops and things. If owner could get his "stuff" together by cleaning and fixing all of the broken and hazardous things, this could be a good rental.
Filthy curtains, looks like urine.
Furniture is whipped, broken and filthy.
Stained dirty chairs
The boathouse/shed on premise is apparently available for the home owner to stay whenever he wants as he stated "it's his house and can come and go as he pleases" (lack of privacy and not disclosed)

Fantastic house on the river!

We love this place!The house was very spacious and clean! And the view! Spectacular!Perfect kitchen for entertaining, with a large island and tons of counter space. Marc was a great host, with great communication. We would definitely stay there again’

Good Value

This is a nice house at an affordable price. Convenient location for our plans and nice yard with water view. Comfortable beds and convenience of 4 bathrooms. We did experience some AC issues and Marc was very good about keeping in communication and getting those resolved.

Perfect for the occasion

This is our 2nd stay at this property. It is exactly as described clean convenient spacious relaxing. Host checked in on us and was responsive. We are looking forward to visiting again in 2026.

Perfect Graduation Weekend

We were staying in the area for a long weekend to celebrate my daughter's college graduation from Syracuse University. We wanted a location to escape to between activities in the city at the University. The property was PERFECT! It was easily accessible to the city of Syracuse and yet a very quiet, spacious and serene location to come to between or after events.It was especially perfect for the post graduation family celebration of about 10 people with a great long porch overlooking the river and an open and spacious living room/dining facility to which the porch was attached. Very roomy accommodations and plenty of parking space.The owner was easily accessible as well as helpful. We arrived very late the first night and struggled with the entrance. I hesitatingly called the owner who answered immediately and fixed our issue over the phone instantaneously.Renting this property made for a perfect stress free graduation weekend spent with family and friends. I would recommend it without question for a pure vacation location as well because of it's location on the water with a big yard and spacious house in a quiet area! We could not have asked for a better long weekend!

RUINED FAMILY CHRISTMAS VACATION TOTALLY RUINED

Where do I begin!! We rented house for daughter coming in from Switzerland, son and family (10mths,4,7) driving in from Indiana so we could all be together for Christmas 10 DEAD MICE FLOATING IN A FULL BUCKET OF WATER BEHIND DOOR IN BATHROOM!!(pictures attached)!! These weren’t found until the 5th day of our stay. Odor coming from bathroom We were not able to find another place for all of us. We contacted the owner after the bucket of floating mice. Each day we found another issue. Mouse droppings on the stove. We noticed mouse traps hidden in the kitchen which means the owner knew about issue. Moving items on the counter we found dirt and mouse droppings. It was obvious nothing had been cleaned in quite a while. Advertised jetted tub-put kids in and BLACK MOLD came out of jets!! (Owner said tub hasn’t been used in a while). Tub in lower level hadn’t been cleaned at all (see sponge pic)). We had to totally clean for 3 hours (4 adults) before having family visit to see grandson. We found mice droppings around dressers in the bedrooms downstairs. Cobwebs hanging in the kitchen from ceiling fan over table and low hanging lights over the island. Food had been left in the cupboards from previous renters (full cupboard). I used 4 buckets of Lysol to mop dirty floors. Shower liners were extremely dirty and gross. Advertised garage 2drwhich had to be physically lifted up and down OWNER SAID REFUND DAY AND 120 CLEANING FEE IF NO REVIEW!!

Dirty and Unsafe

This property is not fit for rental. Upon arrival the home was found unclean, and unsafe. The house was left unsecured and we were given incorrect information for access. The property manager was not concerned and I had to take up the issue with the Vrbo health and safety team. The property manager thought it was reasonable for them to come and clean and provided smoke detectors and testing during our stay. Unaccepatable and very concerning that Vrbo allows this.

Spacious, convenient, and reasonable...Great place!

Our family was in town for a funeral. The home was super convenient to the highway and airport. This is a very nice home offering ample space up to eight (we had six). There is a very tight, winding staircase to the downstairs so we decided to bring our luggage in from outside. Worked fine. The views were so beautiful, and lots of land for pups. The entire backyard was fenced so super nice. We would stay again. That being said there were many spider webs in the downstairs bedrooms which results from the lower level and water location. This needs attention for future guests. Our check in process was okay thanks to the occupant at the lower end of the property who was friendly and helpful. The cost was reasonable so there was definitely value here!
