Lakefront home, large firepit patio, Game room!

The Oneida Lakeside Ambiance is a beautiful newly updated house right in the prime location on Oneida Lake. This clean and comfortable abode provides breath taking views and walkup lake access to boating, swimming, and fishing. Let the kids enjoy the gaming area, while the adults have a cool beverage by the firepit watching the beautiful sunsets Oneida Lake has to offer.

We highly recommend you wear water shoes into the lake, there can be sharp rocks. There are brand new steps with a railing at the end of the dock for easy access into the lake. It is only 3 feet deep at the end of the dock. This is great for kids and swimming activities. We welcome you to bring your boat/ jet ski and moor (on the dock posts) at our dock, just be aware of the water depth especially for the bigger boats. We have an old orange buoy hanging from a tree for reference when coming in from the lake.

The garage has been refinished from floor to ceiling and turned into a gaming room galore. There is a brand-new mini split for heating/cooling the garage, and new insulated doors to keep the heat in during the winter months. The remote can be a little confusing so we ask that you don’t change anything other than the up/down buttons for the temperature. Take family pics in front of the custom designed Pac-man wall or the kids graffiti mural.

Memorial Day through Labor Day there will be dock access, kayak's, life vests, and lawn games. These dates can vary (weather dependent). There is a propane grill with all the essential tools on the back deck.

The driveway has plenty of parking, enough for 7 vehicles if needed. There is a basketball in the garage for the outdoor hoop.

The laundry room has a brand-new washer & dryer for all that lake laundry.

- Oneida Shores is a quick 5 min drive to launch your boat/jet skis. They also have a nice beach area with lifeguards.

- Syracuse is only 20 mins away. Offering many excellent restaurants and great entertainment any time of year.

This lake house is great! It had everything we needed for our extended family to enjoy ourselves while in town for a wedding. The kids loved swimming in the lake.

We had a great stay over Thanksgiving weekend. We were 8 people ranging from 16-83 yrs old and all found the house very comfortable and pleasant. It was exceptionally clean, house instructions were thorough, game room entertained many of us. We could all relax together in the living room in the very large couch and chairs. Overall, I’d recommend. I’m sure it’s lovely in the summer when one can enjoy the outdoor spaces and lake.

Our stay at Brad's lake house was wonderful for a quick getaway with our college son and family. The location was perfect being only a short drive from Syracuse and beautiful location right on the water of Lake Oneida. Use of the kayaks was a bonus for a warm weekend in October. Our teenage boys also really enjoyed playing in the game room. We found the house to be very clean and comfortable. As well as the kitchen was thoroughly stocked with all the items that we needed to make dinner and breakfast. Would highly recommend staying here. We hope to return for our next visit to Syracuse!

Great stay!

Perfect place for a New Years gathering with friends with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and stay. We especially appreciated the heated game room which we spend most of our night in.

Everything you could want in a lake house with a large group. From the game room to the quality of the furniture, bedding, 2 fully outfitted kitchens, 3 bathrooms, it was amazing. Kayaks also provided. We were all impressed.

This property is amazing. It is the most well stocked home of all the VRBO's we have rented. We did not find anything that they had not thought of. Brad is a great communicator, and promptly answered each question that we asked. There are so many things to do, that everyone was happy. We were three generations, and there was something for everyone. We would love to spend another vacation there.

Lovely Lake House

This home was very open and spacious with spectacular views of Oneida Lake! The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, lots of comfortable beds and very clean. The bonuses were the extra kitchen downstairs and the game room-look forward to staying again!

Great Family House

The house is beautiful and perfect for families. We were grateful for the game room and the kayaks since it rained for the first four days we were there. The last two days were sunny and warm and we were able to enjoy the back porch and the dock.

The place was amazing, beautiful clean. The only thing was a neighbor said something to my kids during our stay while I wasn’t looking but other than that everything was perfect. I recommend this for families who want to get together in a beautiful area and place

Family weekend

This home well suited our family of 7 age ranges from 3 to 53 years old. The owners have invested into renovations, provided a warm welcome for guests and it was immaculate. We enjoyed the lake, state fair, wild park animal zoo & local restaurants. Definitely saving this home for future bookings!

Beautiful Relaxing Vacation

Everything was just perfect. Beautiful home, very clean, lots of room, excellent Lakeview and some unexpected treats. The coffee bar was a hit with the adults and the game room was a hit for the kids ( although my grown kids had fun in there too). Thank you for making sure we had a great stay. We just loved it!!!
